There was time to get through security and reach the gate by boarding time. All i needed was the boarding pass and they would not give it. I missed the flight i had paid for and of course you won't give me a refund It caused serious problems with my trip. I'm totally disgusted and will never buy another ticket on this ariline."

Felt like I was being scolded. True, I'm trying to be frugal and avoid a big investment in shock-proof luggage and/or checked baggage fees, but as long as it fits under my seat, what's the big deal? I'm sure I easily weigh at least 70 pounds less than the person sitting next to me, so the extra 4 kg in a backpack that I (female) can personally carry shouldn't be an issue. Then, there's no jetway. You leave the gate to board a bus that takes you to a plane on the tarmac where you must climb a rather large flight of metal stairs. Reverse direction, It takes quite some time and a few crew members to assist those with disabilities to deplane. All the time the rest of the passengers are waiting in the bus to get to their connections. Would only ever fly this airline again if it was the only option to get where I want to go."

Negativ: "Saudi Airline's Airport terminal in Jeddah is one of the worse airports in the GCC. It is outdated, dirty, not enough seats, small, unfriendly staff and even the so called Alfursan business lounge is nothing special. I would certainly not recommend anyone to travel via this airport, particularly if they have a long connection."

First the transit area is crowded and very small The transit airport is only for Saudi airlines , they have only one lounge which is not supporting any Visa card ( means if your Visa card allow you to enter for free lounge you will not find it case it will be in the main airport which they will not allow you to go their and if you want to enter the only lounge their means you must pay or to be alfursan member ) . Second when we enter the airplane and when we reach the runway the captain announced (We have technical problem and we will go back to the gate to fix it) . We stayed 2 hours plus in the airplane then they said we fix it and we will start our journey now . Third :When I reached cairo airport sound 3:30 am , i didn’t find my only bag :( Not only me , around 15-20 passengers had same issue . We went to the counter and they said it’s usually happens in Saudi airlines in the busy season , I was shocked , then he said wait for the next flight case they put some bags on it , I have no choice except waiting case it’s my only bag and everything is in it . But unfortunately after waiting in the airport till 7:30 am I got nothing , they took my number and they give me document that I have a missed bag and they will contact me within 48 hours to update me . I was planing to travel out of cairo but I couldn’t case they said i need to be in cairo if I want the bag to be delivered fast . So I waited till they call me again around 4-5 pm the delivery company told me that they have my bag , I was surprised that they remove the plastic packing ( which we keep it for safety ) and they said case it’s needed to be removed before entering in the X-ray , more over the delivery company ask me to meet them around the airport and I reached before them ( the funny thing , they reach to me through public transportation) what a careless!!!"

This is the second time this has happened to us in a week. I checked and double checked with the crew to make sure I get my child’s stroller by the plane so I don’t have to carry him on my back to baggage claim and of course they lied about returning my stroller to me to the plane after landing. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Will avoid traveling through Saudi for as long as possible."

Not to mention the racist way I was treated by their crew who for no reason, despite my very early check in was made to sit in the middle seats next to the toilet. I will never ever fly Saudia again and will tell my many friends and family never to use them too!"

Positiv: "The young man and woman who checked us in were AMAZING. Very sweet, jovial and accommodating to the best of their ability. The crew was sweet as well and they seemingly, loved their jobs. The plane was spacious for economy and wide open. That being said, we were able to get a whole row to ourselves, which just put the icing on the cake."
Negativ: "At such high altitudes, for a very long period of time and for the latter half of the flight, flying over desert sand, I became very dehydrated and constantly had to ask for water. When I asked the crew if my travel mate and I could just have our own bottle, we were given one bottle to share. As a frequent flyer I try really hard to be as little of a pain as possible, ensuring I bring everything I could possibly need with me on a flight. It is suggested, for every 2 hours you're in the air, you drink 8 oz of water, which for us would've totaled 48-56 oz. it's almost impossible to carry that much water with you while flying. That would honestly be my only gripe, full 16-24 oz bottles of water to the passengers or more water service."

Seats are comfortable with great legroom, and good width and pitch. Boarding and ground services at Heathrow are great as always."
Negativ: "The IFE doesn't have the most intuitive user interface and the flight map stopped working at my seat. Also, the seats looked worn and as though they had seen better days though they were still comfortable."

Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better
New airplanes - timely departure! No entertainment, this needs improvement!
The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

Negativ: "In business class Although only 3 out of 9 seats had passengers, there is no room for my bag, the cabin craw asked me to put my bag in economy class. When I refused she then took her bag out of the place above my seat. That was very bad as this location is paid for part of the ticket & I shouldn’t be asked to use economy class storing place."

If I could know from the starting then I must buy Flynas which cost 1000 SR less than Ethihad. This is really cheating !!! And I can nit accept these kind of cheating. I I wanted to escalate this matter to compensate such cheating done by Kayak."
