This flight was nearly empty so there was plenty of room and no problems. Everything on time or early.

Negativ: "Parken auf Aussenposition. Obwohl kaum Flüge stattgefunden haben. Keine Treppe zum Aussteigen. 10 bos 15 minuten gewartet. Gepäck kamm dann 40 Minuten nach Landung am Band an. Unakzeptabel. Keib Wort warum. Passagiere sind offensichrlich nicht so wichtig"
Negativ: "SARS-CoV-2 und Abstandsgebot gibt es für LH nicht!? Biz mit nur 1 PAX bis Row 6, Eco bis Row 10 alle Reihen unbesetzt (Trimmung). Dahinter die Rows dicht besetzt, teilweise 2x2 im ohnehin schon eng bestuhlten CRJ. Bei Ankunft Busposition mit nur 1 Bus (Abstand im Bus??)."

Besser wäre gewesen, von hinten nach vorne die Maschine zu füllen, nicht kreuz und quer durcheinander, bis jeder dann sein Gepäck verstaut hat - das kostete zusätzlich Zeit."

Liegt ungünstig, wenn man mit Auto oder Bus an-/Abreist, weil erst der ganze Flughafen umfahren werden muss. 8kg Handgepäcksregelung ist echt nicht zeitgemäß und eine schickane. Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

A huge problem is that each of these international airports require that you go through the security check again. For that reason, connecting legs of trips through these airports should not be scheduled so close together. Heathrow is the worst, with security staff that, at best, don’t care that you have a close connection to make and just ignore your pleas to speed up the process, and at worst, are just plain rude."

A crew member was very rude and forced us to check in our carry on although we were sitting on row 7 we explained that we didn't have any checked in bags and did this so we could speed up our exit. He was very rude and grabbed our luggage's and tagged them to be checked in and said everyone has to check them in there is not space on the plane. As soon as we got on the plane we could see all the available overhead space and multiple people behind us with luggage's that were bigger than ours brought them on the plane. The fact that he was so rude really made the flight experience horrible. His attitude felt like he singled us out and just wanted to ruin our day which he did.

Which I thought was very unfair and should have been told day I checked in online. When I asked for his name and poof of policy , he said very ignorant I don't have to give you that information! So do you wanna travel or not? Pay the $25 fee !! And when I told him he was rude and ignorant he threaten me with calling security!! Not taking in consideration he had 4 other angry passengers on the side waiting to pay a made up policy ."

1.5 hours req’d to fly “international” to US for a 1 hour flight. Showed up 1+15 prior to takeoff and told the the flight was “closed.” Canada can only be analogized to “girls gone wild.” The COVID “scamdemic” needs to end and Canada keeps perpetuating the fear. Flying on an airline is ass-pain enough, but AirCanada takes it to a new level

Negativ: "- I had to pay extra for lunch and (alcoholic) drinks. - The pasta was overpriced and tasted like nothing - At the destination we had to wait for 35mins in the plane, before we could get out."
Positiv: "The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada."

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

We asked priceline to get us on the next available flight. We held, were disconnected, held, held more, disconnected, held more...until the day was gone. That evening they finally said they booked us on a 6:15 a.m. flight. I asked for an email confirmation and when it didn't arrive several hours later I called back. "Please hold" was the catch phrase of the day. Eventually a rep came on the line and said that we had a 6:15 a.m. flight, gave me the flight number, etc. and said the email would arrive shortly. We went to bed feeling good. We got up at 3 a.m. to get to the airport by 4 a.m. The airline didn't have anything on us. We had two hours to get this straightened out so we weren't TOO worried. "Please hold" When the priceline rep finally came on the phone she said we had reservations and the airline should let us on. Even though it was 5 a.m. now there was a long line at the airport check-in. When we got to the front of the line the guy dug deeper into his system, said he could find our reservation, but that priceline just hadn't purchased the tickets. I told this to the priceline rep on the phone. "Please hold" We watched as our flight left. We spent the day trying to get priceline to get us on a flight, but I was never able to speak to someone able to get us on a flight."

Completely impossible connection- especially with delays. Ticket issue online was a nightmare

Was unaware of level. Booked Iberia. They made us pay for bags, no water, no blanket, crowded check in. All in all the worst

The service was absolutely terrible, check-in had a line that wrapped around the corner, that took about an hour and a half, boarding began late, our plane was scheduled to depart at 5:10 we didn’t depart till 5:50. The service on the plane was absolutely terrible as well. They had no cabin wifi as advertised, no amenities as in drinks or food/snacks. Only to buy, for a 9 hour international flight! I don’t know how or why American Airlines chose to be partnered with this airline. Wouldn’t it make sense to partner with airlines that provide the same care for their customers/guest? Never again.

The seats are the worst ever. So uncomfortable. I did not have an option for checking in earlier.(day or anytime before). I could make a list of things that weren't to standard but I am trying to forget this experience.

The flight was fine and the crew was very professional. The long lines at the Iberia check-in counter were a bit much. Not enough counters. I purchased on-board Wi-Fi - it never worked. Also, be aware that claiming checked in luggage takes a long while to arrive at the carrousel (Barajas is slow that way).

Fast Komplett volle Maschine. Chaos und 10 Minuten Verspätung weil die Genies Kinder von der Warteliste Notausgangssitze gaben ... Man wollte dann ganze Reihen tauschen, da musste ich protestieren. Ich hatte Notausgang gebucht. Eine Toilette hinten ohne Wasser im handwaschbecken ... Wurde in MAD nicht repariert.

Riesige Schlange beim Iberia Check-In in Madrid. Nur 2 Schalter geöffnet. Kein Personal. 2,5 Stunden vor Abflug da gewesen und trotzdem den Flug fast verpasst.

Glück gehabt, statt Iberia Express ist Iberia selber geflogen, mit einer lie flat Business Class. das war sehr angenehm!

Das freundlichste was man sagen kann, ist, dass alles pünktlich war. ansonsten so angenehm wie Busfahren!

Iberia Express ist pünktlich und wenn man Glück hat, kommen die Koffer an und bleiben nicht in Madrid hängen! Ansonsten von Boadrding angefangen eine absolut chaotische, unsympathische Airline! Und oft recht teuer!

Iberia hat eine echte Business Class eingesetzt, mit lie flat Sitzen!

Piss poor experience with Iberia planes and staff, serviced by British Airways, booked through Kayak. I cannot express my disappointment enough. Connecting Flight from Sevilla to Madrid (IB3947) was DELAYED because Iberia’s lack of staff checking people in (we were in line for TWO HOURS in Seville). That plane was DELAYED taking off and landed in Madrid at boarding time (11:00am) for Chicago flight (IB6275). We went through passport control and arrived at the gate at 11:30 (flight scheduled for 11:40). That plane was also DELAYED and still at the gate but agents would not let SEVEN PASSENGERS ALL IN THE SAME SITUATION board. There were other passengers who missed other flights. It is unconscionable they would not wait when the delay was 100% Iberia’s fault AND the plane was in delayed status. Also, no one was manning TWO customer support desks to help us change, finding a THIRD after exhaustive search. Iberia created an UNEEDED travel mess for these passengers. Subsequent flights getting home were also a nightmare and I don't care to go into it anymore. All I will say is that Iberia coded that the flight landed on time (it did not) and British Airways couldn't help, nor Kayak. I don't plan on using Kayak again OR purchasing a flight marketed/serviced by another airline because it adds too much complexity when things go wrong.

Gern hätte ich mir gewünscht dass mir dies am check in Schalter von der Damen gesagt wurden wäre. Da ich unter einer Clausophobie leide, hätte ich noch am Schalter um Umbuchung auf einen anderen Platz gebeten und die Mehrkosten dafür auf mich genommen. Vor das Boardpersonal war unfreundlich und bis überfordert und sagte mir die Maschine ist voll, ich hätte ja online zuvor einen Platz reservieren können. Ok, ich habe dazu gelernt. Auch dass ich so schnell nicht mehr mit Iberia fliegen werde, weil neben all der Tatsachen der Check-In Schalter und die BoardStewardess sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert waren. Schade!

Die Crew von Iberia war in dem Hinflug und Rückflug sehr unfreundlich. Die wollen einem den Flug nicht schön machen. Sowie ist englisch nicht etwas das man bei Iberia sprechen muss. Wenn man nicht Spanisch spricht wird man nicht gleich behandelt.

Negativ: "Ich bin klein und fand es beengend. Das überraschendste war aber das komplett fehlende Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nicht mal ein gemeinschaftlicher Monitor. Dies bei einem 4h Flug. Info über vorhandene Service( entertainment und food ) im Flug wäre wünschenswert."

Negativ: "Just about everything. United Airlines is a transporter for farm stocks. It’s unsuitable to carry humans. Never has and never will be. Fly it only as your last resort."

Negativ: "Let's first start off with the fact that my luggage was a few pounds over and it cost me $200. Yes read that again $200! My extra 5 pounds of luggage was $200... but if I wanted to bring a second bag up to 50lbs it would of been $100. This clearly is the stupidest thing ever. Then my flight was delayed by 45 mins. The staff were super rude... I asked if some of the food options were vegetarian and the workers like hysterically laughed in my face... well cheese omlets can be veggie or have meat. So I didn't understand why that was funny. Overall terrible experience, I will reconsider flying on United. It's not worth it."

Negativ: "The plane was full and we were on basic economy. The folks at the gate were rude and unhelpful, at the United kiosk the personnel were openly hostile. Thank goodness the crew treated us with some decency and were very nice."

Negativ: "Seat did not recline so made the flight a very sore lower back experience."

Negativ: "I was informed by text that flight would be 3 hours late but when I called I was told I would need to get to airport at least an hour before scheduled departure as They MIGHT get a new aircraft!!!! However when I got to airport the flight was now listed at 4 hours late. Then it was listed as 6 hours late and We arrived 6 1/2 hours late. I had missed my first trAin connection and lost part of that fee because of change then had to take UBER from airport to Penn Station in order to catch the LAST train to my home in upstate NY and was so late I could not call people to pick me up so had to take another taxi. The $50 credit you gave us did not even cover my extra taxi fares let alone aggravation AND the TV monitor in front of my seat did not work!! I am a United mileage person who flies regularly but to Texas and internationally but this was worst flight in years."

Positiv: "Everything went well and we didn't crash. 10/10"

Positiv: "The actual flight from FLL to SFO was uneventful. The pilot was kind enough to point out when we were about to fly over the Grand Canyon which I appreciated."
Negativ: "Upon landing at SFO our plane waited on the tarmac for over an hour. Several passengers missed their connecting flights. We were given no good explanation for the wait."
