Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Also, both my pieces of luggage were damaged and not properly latched following opening by security."

American Airlines should train the staff to be more courteous and not to ask that many questions ..it feels like you where in Siberia.."

For the flight, the air quality in the plane wasn't good and they seats felt like small prisons."

Negativ: "Es gibt 2x auf einem über 11 Stunden non-stop Flug was zum essen:Nach dem Start und einmal 1,5 Stunden vor der Landung. 9 Std. nichts. Wenn dann eine Stewardess helfen will mit einem kleinen Snack aber von einem Kollegin gebremst wird, dann finde ich das unverschämt!! "Wir machen keine Ausnahmen!""

Negativ: "Ich bin klein und fand es beengend. Das überraschendste war aber das komplett fehlende Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nicht mal ein gemeinschaftlicher Monitor. Dies bei einem 4h Flug. Info über vorhandene Service( entertainment und food ) im Flug wäre wünschenswert."

Negativ: "United Express flies out of Terminal A at Newark (EWR) and routinely they do not have Precheck lanes open. Despite flying on the Saturday after Thanksgiving they only had one mixed security line open. When I asked TSA they said they simply weren't staffed to have a Precheck line open. Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags."

Negativ: "Poorly marked gate. Late boarding time. Sat on shuttle for 20 minutes before they took us to the plane. Then we sat on the plane with the heat blasting and no air available. Flight was delayed due to maintenance."

Negativ: "They could have used the bathroom to stuff a few more people on this flight. Whoops, no, bathroom not clean. Tray broken on seat. Seated in last row and asked to close bathroom door of it opened during takeoff. Seated next to very large passenger who wanted to share my seat. Sat on tarmac for 30 minutes waiting to take off. For this, I paid $650."

Negativ: "The united staff kept skipping the lines to drop off the bags. They didn't care when multiple people in line said they were skipping people. After paying once for my checked bag they tried to make me pay again. Asked to see in writing what they were trying to explain and the manager couldn't do it. They never gave me my ticket stub for my checked bag. So if it hadn't arrived I wouldn't have had anyway to find it. Very disappointing staff in SFO. Seemed aa if no one at SFO was happy to be working there or even worse didnt know what to do most of the time. VERY different than the DEN united experience."

Positiv: "Happy with all products & services."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"

Negativ: "Since it was a smaller plane the seating room was tight."

Negativ: "Although the flight was scheduled to depart quite early, it was delayed twice. Weather was good, but incoming flight was late. Then there was no cabin attendant-40 minute delay. Few amenities in Terminal A of JFK."

Negativ: "Entertainment System war defekt und es gab keine Entschädigung."

Negativ: "The gate agent for United at Newark was very rude and dismissive. Would not answer any of my questions or anyone who attempted after me. His attitude was very poor and seemed to not care about his job. Plane was late arriving in Portland Maine."
