Negativ: "Hygieneplan scheint nicht vorhanden zu sein. Boarding ohne Abstand und aussteigen unter chaotischen Zuständen. Reihen werden zum Ausstieg aufgerufen, obwohl der Gang noch völlig blockiert ist mit anderen Passagieren. Anti Covid-19-Maßnahmen scheinen hier noch ein Fremdwort zu sein. Sehr enttäuschend und beängstigend. Andere Airlines (Swiss) sorgen für ein besseres Sicherheitsgefühl."

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

The flight crew were very professional and were nice to us, because a lot of us were worried about making our flight. They kept us updated with all the changes. They had good entertainment selections. The pilot got us to our destination about 5 minutes early."
Negativ: "Our flight was delayed about 7 times, we changed gates twice, and the I got to my second layover with 20 minutes to spare instead of the usual 2 1/2 hours. When I tried asked the stewardess if I could deplane with business because I was running late for my connecting flight, she said they no longer do that because passengers don't listen to them. Instead of trying, she juat said no. I felt like an inconvience to her, like it was my fault I didn't have enough time between my flights."

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "On both my departure and return flight, Air Canada insisted I did not tell them ahead of time that I was a vegetarian. I am sure I did it for the departure, and I am absolutely certain I did it on the return. I contacted them because I didn't want to go hungry on another 10+ hour flight. I think, what happened was, another vegetarian who didn't order ahead requested a vegetarian meal and got mine. I was told I had to verify 48 hours before my flight. Why? Could I have become non-vegetarian in that amount of time? You should have to say it only once. I have never had this problem on any other airline, and it happened the only two times I've flown Air Canada. The light positions are terrible; my neighbors' light shown directly into my face the entire flight."

You had the option of purchasing snacks. The people in the rear of the plan did not receive the honor of buying snacks (or even getting a cup of water) until 3 or 4 hours into the flight. Uncomfortable seats. Avoid Air Canada until they get their act together or they lower their prices to reflect their new status as a discount airline."

Negativ: "I boarded in Group 4 and all bins were full. So my carry on case had to be checked (several others’ cases as well). This caused me a 30 minute delay at baggage claim and some minor scuffs on an item that wasn’t designed for checking in. These are 2 reasons why I no longer check in. 3 is lost items."
