Speedy service, very efficient
Delayed boarding otherwise all was great. Had the Comfort+ seating which was decent. A bit more room than what is normal these days. Free Wifi for the whole trip was a bonus also
I gate checked my carry on bag. Upon deboarding the luggage was on the top shelf of a cart since we didn't have a jet way. I asked the man standing by the cart if he could help me get it off. He told me that i could get it off myself. I'm 72 yrs old. A little help would of been appreciated.
Even tho we paid to have seat next to each other we had to give them up, and my husband who just had major surgery on his hand was given an isle seat which was part of the reason we PAID to have seats next to each other and him in a middle seat

Negativ: "The flight was delayed 3+ hours and Delta kept pushing the delay out further without giving any updates as to why it was so delayed, and when I inquired at the Delta desk at the gate the woman was very rude to me as she snipped that it was a mechanical issue."

Negativ: "I had three seats to myself! After getting elbowed all the way from Amsterdam to Minneapolis, I was tired and I slept three good hours."

Negativ: "Wir hatten uns für den teureren Direktflug entschieden - dieser wurde zweimal geändert, letztendlich hatten wir einen Stop in Orlando und sind viel früher losgeflogen als ursprünglich geplant - was zur Folge hatte, dass die Kids quasi nicht geschlafen haben weil wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und zu allem Überfluss wurden unsere Sitzplätze geändert - in die Reihe vor dem Notausgang, an der sich nicht mal die Lehne zurückstellen lässt... also extrem wenig Platz wenn der Vordermann seine zurückstellt..."

Negativ: "I didn’t appreciate that your rude flight attendant allowed another passenger to move suitcase and she got an attitude with me. Delta there is always something on your flights."
Positiv: "Landed Early at LAX"
Negativ: "Having to go through 1 terminal to get bussed to another terminal & gate was at the opposite end. Having to ask the person next to me not to eat nuts Bc I was allergic. I disclosed this on my registration for my flight."
Positiv: "Clean bathrooms and great refreshment choices"
Positiv: "the service, on time departure, early arrival, FOOD at no cost"
Negativ: "nothing...everything was great"
Negativ: "I boarded and my assigned seat was 1B, I had no where to place my bag as all the overhead compartments were already packed. I asked the flight attendant to help me and she said, I can find a place for my bag further down the aisle. This is a complete inconvenience, as I would have to walk and hold off the de-planing while I find my bag. I have always met friendly flight attendants to assist me as I am boarding, until this one! she was so rude and not willing to help at all!"
Positiv: "Gluten free snacks, hooray!"
Positiv: "Flight was late leaving JFK. I paid extra for Comfort Plus and had the most uncomfortable seat ever. My back ached during and after the flight. Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."
Negativ: "Not being on time. Not delivering service stated. Sitting on a taxi way for extra time. Having to disembark down steep slippery stairs, basically an emergency exit. This trip was late from start to finish."
Positiv: "Great people and crew early arrival nice passengers"
Negativ: "Partner site said it was Aeromexico. First flight was delta so different check bag policy for internal flight that cost me $80. Screw you all"
Positiv: "Der Flug fand immerhin statt"
Negativ: "Der Flug startete mit 4 Stunden Verspätung, die sich im halbstündige m Rhythmus ohne Angabe von Gründen aufbauten. Erst nach massiven Beschwerden mehrerer Kunden gab es schließlich ein Fläschchen Wasser."

Negativ: "Long wait for de-Icing. Got on and off the plane 3 times. First wait was 1 hour, but plane aborted takeoff. Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule."
