Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."

The cabin was freezing cold and they couldn’t raise the temperature. It was in business class. It was the worst flight I’ve ever had.. after paying for thousands of dollars for the business class!!!!

Everything was excellent, the boarding could have been done better as far as who is boarding first and so on..the lines weren’t organized well so even with business boarding there were lots of people who went in front and there was one kind of line that made things slower

I had bought a ticket with two checked bags but when I did the check in they made me pay for the second bag saying it wasn’t included in the ticket. Plus, I had asked for vegetarian food when buying the ticket and they didn’t gave me special food. Don’t know if it is eDreams fault or Turkish Airlines.

We waited for 75 minutes (1.25 hours) until after EVERY OTHER PASSENGER was on board. The flight attendant was unresponsive to us, talked down to my husband and me in a way that was insulting, rude, demeaning and very nasty. When another passenger complained that he did not get the seat that the attendant just changed for him, FOUR flight attendants helped him - one person got on the phone with someone (I don't know who), another went down to his seat to see where he was sitting. Yet another came and tried to explain why they couldn't help and finally a fourth tried to speak with another attendant on board. Whether or not his problem was solved, I don't know, but this was in the middle of our conversation (with only one attendant, I will add), and so his attention was taken away from us and put on him. Our seats were changed from seats closest to the bathroom to the middle of the plane. My husband cannot walk so 14 rows walking was not possible. I will say that finally, it took three volunteers who offered their seats to us to sit near the much needed bathroom. Regarding being seated near the bathrooms, when we asked for an aisle chair (that they told us they had on board) we were told to "stand there. we will get one in around 10 minutes). And, the wheelchair was sent all the way to the BAGGAGE CLAIM and NOT GATE CHECKED, when we arrived in Houston, we can clearly see the frame is bent, the wheels are out of alignment and the brake is also bent out of shape. The wheelchair is a custom made chair just for my husband. We will be sending Turkish Airlines the bill for a new chair if it cannot be repaired. I hope you can see to address these problems. I am not hopeful it is not normally like this for Jews who wear their head coverings. We would welcome a further conversation about our experience in hopes that others do not have the same one we did. Vivian and Henry Blum"

Kein essen für Business Class Passagiere. Covid!

Ich hatte eigentlich das Niveau eines Linienflugs erwartet. Bekommen habe ich aber Billigflieger- Niveau. Das man für die Bordverpflegung zahlen muss, ist schon schräg. Das Stille Wasser und die 20g Schokoladentafel kann sich Lufthansa dann auch noch sparen, um den Gewinn richtig zu maximieren😡. Da kann man auch gleich mit Ryanair, easyJet oder sonst einem Billigflieger reisen.

Leider hatte die Lufthansa nicht genug Verpflegung an Board. Dies war schon auf dem Hinflug der Fall. Bereits ab Reihe 19 konnten die vegetarischen Speisewünsche nicht mehr bedient werden. Sehr schade bei einem 3,5 Stunden Flug, wenn man das Essen gedanklich eingeplant hat.

Boarding und Deboarding völlig unkoordiniert. Keine klaren Ansagen der Crew.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

All luggages got lost, one of them had my dad’s 3 month supply of medicine (hence we had to check), and none of the Lufthansa nor United customer service have been helpful. This is outright horrible… Will always try to avoid Lufthansa whenever I can from this point on

Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

For example they have on board air-hostess specialized to deal and play with kids, even with another uniform!! Wooow !! And she was doing great with my 3-year old daughter."
Negativ: "Catering !!!!!! Meals need to be upgraded internationally to fit all tastes !! Travelers on board on route AUH-LAX are not all from Gulf or India or far Asia. Actually the majority are either from Middle East including Arabian Gulf counties and from United States. But menu on board is always splitted into two choices: One choice fits all and another fits only Indians !!! This would be a great favor if we are on board an Indian airliner, but not for Al-Etihad Airways !! And this is a true problem because any passenger from Middle East or Europe or America CAN NEVER eat that Indian meals which was served on board !! I’m a doctor.. You will have a diarrhea straight forward for the rest of the flight. It’’s hot spices mixed with anything pasta or chicken or vegetables and that’s it. That maybe so much tasty for certain group of people but in a restaurant not on board a flight on air. They are blocking passengers’ choices in food in the other option whatever it is. And situation may got worse if the only other option is for instance is meat because my wife doesn’t eat meat (she’s exceptional.. That’s right) but then she poorly can not eat any meal on board this flight and has to wait for the second meal after another 6 hours. Maybe she will be lucky and she can eat the only second available option for all because we all can not eat the first choice meal which is a must to be Indian. And here I’m specifying it. It’s Indian, not vegetarian meal. Vegetarian meal would be a nice choice acceptable to try for anyone. This must be considered!!! Passengers have nothing to eat except what air-hosts serve them for 16 hours !! So Al-Etihad should kindly know that not half of its passengers on board are Indians.
