Super Crew / Great Entertainment System
There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.
Es gab einen Snack und gute Getränke. Besser Service als bei manch anderer Airline

Negativ: "the seating is horrible. it was the tightest seating I've ever experienced."
Negativ: "KLM lost my suitcase and did not deliver it until three days later... They refused to compensate me for having delivered the bag with broken articles inside (A pair of Rayban Wayfarers!)"
Negativ: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars..."
Negativ: "So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!"

Negativ: "It was a connection flight from Manchester via AMS to HAJ. Transfer time in Amsterdam (offered by KLM) just 1 hr - so my baggage hasn't arrived in HAJ, at least one day delay! At airport HAJ I've heard that's usual that baggage can't arrive in one our! So I didn't understand why this flight was offered by KLM!"

Negativ: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."
Despite entering my AA info multiple times it didn’t seem to cross over
delayed repeatedly w/ no explanation and then cancelled flight now means no way ti make connection and not rebooked
Everything was excellent, crew was fabulous. Everything went perfect even with all the holiday delays we had heard about in the media.
The check in process was very slow. We arrived 3 hours prior de departure time and almost made it.
Changed gate more times than I can remember, and delayed the flight without much of an explanation.
The WiFi was spotty & unreliable … hard to use
Super experienced pilot flew a steady flight out of a huge snow storm in Chicago ( no flights were landing and few were leaving) and landed like a feather in a driving rain storm in NYC LaGuardia which is usually a hard, difficult landing airport. Didn't see the flight attendants the entire flight except for boarding. New plane was a dream. Seats comfortable, tons of room for carry- ons and electric at each seat.
Terrible hit Ding noise at take off and landing. Needs to be checked!!!

Positiv: "I was in first class this time. The seat was comfortable for the flight of roughly 2-1/2 hours. We were served a continental breakfast that was filling and healthy with cereal, fresh fruit, Brie, soft crackers and yogurt. I'd rather have something simple but satisfying than something overcomplicated and possibly not that good. The crew was polite and efficient. I did have to use the lavatory at one point and I was happy that it was clean."
Negativ: "The entertainment system was down, but it wasn't American - it was gogoflight or whatever it's called. I ended up listening to my Audible so it turned out alright, but on a 2+ hour flight, it could have been frustrating."
Negativ: "We boarded on time then Pilot announced that they were working in the plane so we sat at the gate 90 minutes with no air conditioning. I would have much preferred to have been in terminal while waiting for maintenance to repair aircraft"

Negativ: "The flight was delayed. The pilot explained that the plane had been sitting in the sun all day and during the flight check, they realized that the interior of the plane had gotten over 100 degrees by not being operated for hours before the flight. Seems like poor planning or preparation."

Negativ: "They had 3 hrs delay. I have missed my connecting flights. They rebooked me to London but I had to stay in London overnight, they promised me hotel voucher but once in London the promise wasn't kept. She told me due to weather conditions causing the delay there is nothing they can do. I can pay for hotel and dispute it later. On top of that hey have lost my luggage. It was a nightmare. I will never fly American Airlines again!"
Negativ: "The female staff at the desk where the luggage is dropped and boarding passes are issued was very rude. A little smile makes a difference vs being rude to customers. Apparently she needed to know that she is getting paid because customers like us choose to fly AA or BA"

Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."
Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."
Negativ: "Delayed for more than 2 hours, at midnight, then more delay over the plane"
Positiv: "Entertainment was awesome! Crew were nice. I liked the plane. Ride was smooth. Food was as can be expected."
Negativ: "The multiple delays. I purposely picked the earliest flight that would fit our schedule and even pay slightly more per ticket to do so. I’m traveling with 4 kids ages 8-1 and I know by experience that late nights don’t mix well with kids. We were supposed to arrive at 8:50, instead we arrived just before midnight. Can u say cranky kids? Sigh. We may not travel with kids for awhile to recover."

Negativ: "Im Prinzip war der Flug in time gelandet. Aber dann 40 Minuten gewartet bis ein Gate frei ist. Danach ewiges warten auf den Koffer. Sehr schlechter Service, keine Informationen."
Positiv: "The gate attendants and on-board crew were lovely. Pilots provided info which was great and made up some of the long delay."
Negativ: "There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide."
