AA changed the Gate from 2 to 13. I M 79 & my wife 73 has to walk. When it on runway almost 40/45 minutes to take Off. The announcement was very poor cannot understand anything. It was landed 35/40 minutes late. Also they changed the gate from 2 to 85. Longways to walk. We R going back to PHIILADELPHIA on 10/4/22. Hope everything works out well.

The plane never seemed to cool off. Idk if AC wasn’t working. It was warm most of the flight. Other than that it was a good experience.

Nice flight

Flight was on time but seat was very uncomfortable.

Overall, no major problems and all employees were great. The gate area was not large enough for the passengers, so people congregated in the walkway or sat in a different area, which is slightly burdensome because you can’t hear announcements elsewhere. But this is an airport not airline issue and nothing in the short term could address it.

I will be very glad when this mask business is over.

Turbulence to much, the multimedia at my seat doen nt work the audio, the crew was rud.

A sandwich could have been offered instead of crisps and water. There were no entertainment such as music or movies in this aircraft. The crew was very nice.

T5 very easy to check in, security was a pain. Boarding was very easy. Flew with Finnair, most enjoyable, great crew.

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.

I found my flight from London to Dusseldorf very satisfactory. All crew were friendly, professional and competent. The flight was a bit delayed but, otherwise, everything went without a hitch.

There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Beverages were offered once from Vancouver to Toronto. I forgot to fill my water bottle so was quite thirsty.

Als Alleinreisender ist der Fensterplatz immer blöd, besonders bei eine 3-3-3 Bestuhlung in der Boeing 787-9 in der Economy Class, weil man gleich 2 unbekannte Leute aufscheuchen muss, wenn man zur Toilette will. Sitzbreite und Fußraum sind für einen Langstrecken- Flug gerade noch akzeptabel. Wenn nicht Mitglieder meiner Reisegruppe, die ich in den letzten Tagen kennenlernte neben mir sassen, wäre es schlimmer gewesen.

The trip from St Johns to Toronto was bearable but my trip from New Orleans via Toronto to St Johns was an unmitigated disaster. I have had a previous unsatisfactory experience with Air Canada and will never fly with them again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

I think given the circumstances the crew and staff were put in they did a great job. You cannot really hold them at fault for... A) Cancelling your flight 3 hours before departure. B) Automatically emailed about being re-booked on another flight the following day, no compensation offered at all. C) Finding out at your re-booked flight that the live cargo (flying w/ dog) that I had to spend 2.5 hours on the phone confirming kennel dimensions weeks before my original flight was not also automatically re-booked. D) Getting re-re-booked on a new flight that could take and/or had room for live cargo. For all of this, Air Canada offered ZERO compensation - nothing for the pet-friendly hotel room I had to get because my flight was canceled 3 hours before it was due to leave, nothing for pet or bag fees, not even complimentary in-flight food & beverage. I understand that things happen, stuff comes up that for valid reasons requires flight cancellations and that covering the costs of every inconvenienced customer is not feasible. I get that. But I have to think that there must be some middle ground between that and absolutely nothing, which seems to be the current approach.

Short trip and the service was great and courteous. I slept through most the trip so that helped that I wasn’t disturbed. Good wasn’t necessary.

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

The amount was wonderful, but they offered this at a time when I had already eaten on the plane and was not hungry at all. I could only buy a few things to eat or take with me, and the rest of the amount was wasted. Alternatives, could have been a partial refund, a visa gift card, an upgrade on my flight back, etc."

With only an original connection time of 90 minutes, it was not possible for me to make it thru Canadian and US customs to the connection gate. I was to learn that no other connection to a Kansas City was available until much later in the afternoon / early evening. As a result, I ended up arriving in Kansas City 6 (six) hours later than originally scheduled, three quarters of the time it took to travel from Paris to Toronto. To say the least , I was not at all thrilled having lost that time."
Negativ: "A totally unremarkable experience. There is no wifi and no extra legroom option. This is a very "economy" level of service for an international flight. Packed in like sardines, offered gross food, hardly anything to entertain you and they literally never stop walking up and down the aisles with carts so good luck going to the bathroom. (that could be said of almost any flight nowadays)."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
