Negativ: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."

I would like to ask for the same standard of parents traveling with children who are 6 or younger to board first so they can get settle and these patents are tiring from dealing with their children during the flight. Later I took my things and this time another FA rudely said I cannot move because the empty seats were required for FA's to rest on this 14 hr flight. Fair enough. But not once did they sit at those empty seats at all. When I had to continually get up to allow my window passenger who frequently uses the toilet. Why lie?"

Customer service

The entertainment selection was great, boarding process was smooth. However, the staff were so rude, my tray table was broken so had drinks split on me. I had a child coughing on me and kicking me in her sleep. The person in front of me put his seat down so far that my knees were against the seat (I’m only 5’9). The person behind me used her tray table to sleep so I couldn’t put my seat back. She woke up for breakfast, by which point I wanted sleep so I put my seat back and she complained about it so I had to put the seat upright again!

We had originally booked the flight with the expectation of being on the A-380, but in the last 48 hours before the flight learned we were changed to the 777. A bit disappointed in the last minute change as we were looking forward to the A-380 experience and would have planned differently if we’d known that the 777 was the only option.

Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Positiv: "My flight left on time and from the moment I was greeted upon entering the A380 Airbus, I knew I was in for something very special. As prepared for departure, blankets and pillows were distributed amongst the passengers. Once in flight, dinner and in the morning, breakfast. And, throughout the night, the flight attendants attended to passenger requests for beverages and snacks. The plane was clean and, maybe I need to compliment my fellow passengers also, for the washrooms were clean and well maintained. We arrived on time and the trip seemed rather short with the entertainment of movies, news and inflight updates. Thanks again Emerates...you have brought back flying to it's original objective to give service and a safe means of travel. See you soon. Philip Dorn"

Weg mit der Maskenpflicht! Sonst alles gut.

Dienstleistung wurde nicht geliefert wie gebucht und ich musste trotzdem Stornierungskosten übernehmen. Nie wieder.

Mehr MNS Kontrollen während des Fluges, einige Fluggäste haben Maske nicht korrekt getragen Getränke Service inkludieren. Erwarte ich mir bei einer Premium Airline

Positiv: "Boarding was great. As it was a short there was no entertainment. I would have chosen N/A bit that wasn’t an option hence the one star."
Negativ: "I wish there was an option of a sandwich vice sweet or pretzels."
Positiv: "The attendants on Austrian air are all very nice and helpful. You can make any request of them or ask any question and they are happy to help. Great customer service. Arrived on time. Also, very good entertainment options!"
Negativ: "The seats are very uncomfortable on Austrian air. The only way I would fly them again would be if I had extra money for the exit rows with more leg room. Food isn't great, but no airline food is really great. Boarding was significantly delayed from what it said on the boarding pass, with no updates. But we arrived on time. Getting luggage after flight at Dulles took a really long time, but I think that is more of an airport issue as getting my luggage from another Austrian airlines flight to another airport was a breeze."

Negativ: "The plane was HUGE, too big. With such a big plane the crowd formed by the gate waiting to board was unmanageable. Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."
Negativ: "Beinfreiheit in der ersten reihe bescheiden. kein welcome drink. zuerst wird nach dem essen gefragt, serviert und dann kommt erst das Getränk. einmal wird nachgeschenkt, der rest nur nach Aufforderung. weder Erfrischungstücher werden gereicht, noch sonstige Aufmerksamkeiten. leider auch noch etwas über eine stunde Verspätung. alles in allem: bei einem 3, stunden flug in business class erwarte ich mir etwas mehr."

Positiv: "It was a total nightmare all Austrian flights they put us on were canceled !!! We did not leave Vienna for another 7 h a total nightmare all planes had technically difuculties !! Austrian airlines had total chaos !!!"

Negativ: "The food was not good at all and the entertainment selection was so limited. This was so weird because coming back from Vienna it was the complete opposite."
