A flight over 2 hours should be provided an onboard meal other than just snack food.
My flight was canceled at the last minute with Southwest and these guys stepped up and were so much better. Even though the flight was expensive at the last minute, it was so worth it.

I wound up renting a car and driving back to my home airport to pick up my car and finally drive home."

Seriously the worst airport, worst crew, and worst flying experience I've ever had."

Die neue Bordverpflegung von Swiss ist wirklich hervorragend: Frische und sehr gute Sandwiches von Sprüngli. Sogar ein Angus Beef Burger wird serviert. Preise sind etwa gleich wie wenn man das Sandwich in einer normalen Bäckerei in Zürich über die Theke kaufen würde.
Die Pünktlichkeit bei Swiss lässt zu wünschen übrig. Jede Woche mindestens 45 Minuten bis zu zu 105 Minuten Verspätung sind ein absolutes NoGo!

It was a short flight. Checkin was a breezy and staff was friendly
Delays really ruin days, excitement, the overall experience of traveling. Having inaccurate times and poor communication sucks.
So, let's start with the good. Excellent variety of entertainment, nice staff & the snacks decent enough. Now the bad, the seats were the most uncomfortable seats I think I have ever personally had to sit in. The non-existent leg room is another issue. The last part can we get the people on & off the plane a bit faster. I had this elderly gentleman who was attempting to get his luggage out of the overhead bin about 6 people in front of me when trying to get off the plane that was having trouble no crew member and unfortunately no one on the plane stepped up to help him so we all had to wait to get off the plane until I pushed my way past the people standing there to help the guy. This should be something the flight attendants should help with to move the process along. The final thing, REMOVE THE STUPID MASKS. The flight attendants are sitting around in the back during the flight no mask on talking and chit chatting, being closer then 6 feet. You must see the irony in this already. Let people who want to be scared be scared and wear a mask and let people who have an immune system not wear a mask. Its over and done with. We need to move on.

Häufige mutwillige Zerstörung meiner Rimowa Aluminumkoffer durch das Bodenpersonal: Dellen, Löcher, Kratzer (was zu langen Auseinandersetzungen nachträglich führt)."

Dann kann man schauen oder NICHT, wenn man das ganze schon kennt! Zwei Ausstiegs-Treppen wären hilfreich gewesen, saß ganz hinten."

Leider bleibt der Platz aber doch eingeengt, und die Sitze eng. Aber der Preis ist gut! Ich kann Türkisch Airlines nur empfehlen."

Negativ: "This was the worst I have ever experienced. My flight arrived into Istanbul and 45 minutes until the departure I was told it had already left. I later found out something very similar had happened to a man from London, a couple from Boston, three people from Ghana, and many more that were taken advantage of in an attempt to sell tickets for them to go home. Never in my life have I seen such corruption first hand in a business that claims to be professional. I travel with them roughly twice a year so I'm not really a huge spender when it comes to their service, however I have suggested many to use their airlines. Never again will I make this mistake, and never again will I fly with them. I think I would rather spend the few extra hundred dollars than to have to experience that again. Turkish airlines you have lost my service and my respect."
Positiv: "Everything on the plane was good. For once, we flew business class and we enjoyed the experience. However we were not given priority boarding at Istanbul and then had to wait in the cold corridor until allowed onto the aircraft."

Had to wait through SIX separate lines for a simple flight transfer. Had the body scans TWICE. Ridiculous. Nearly missed my 10-hour flight to Chicago."

Negativ: "No alcohol beverage service before take off. One of the only airlines that does this. Also flight was delayed again in Istanbul. We were delayed on our layover in, and out of Istanbul. Both times stuck on the tarmac. I see this as a common problem"

Zudem musste deshalb im Zwischenflughafen jedesmal der Checkin aufgesucht werden (OHNE zu wissen ob man weitekommt) und wegen Verspätung der ersten Maschine war ein rechtzeitiges erreichen des zweiten Fluges ohne massives vordrängeln in den langen Warteschlangen gar nicht möglich! Der Anschlussflug konnte nur durch eine sehr sportliche Leistung (Langes Rennnen) erreicht werden"
Trotz zweimaliger Mail und Einstellungen im Profil war keine „dairy free“ Essen möglich :(
United was perfect, enough space seat to seat, but Austria Airlines was horrible ( disgusting food & very small space seat to seat & late ) . 0 Stars if is possibile!!
One of the flights attendants raised her voice to me and another physically grabbed my shoulders because I used the “wrong bathroom”
Weg mit der Maskenpflicht! Sonst alles gut.
Die Maskenpflicht könnte man aufheben! Ansonsten alles gut.
Dienstleistung wurde nicht geliefert wie gebucht und ich musste trotzdem Stornierungskosten übernehmen. Nie wieder.

Negativ: "The plane was HUGE, too big. With such a big plane the crowd formed by the gate waiting to board was unmanageable. Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."
Negativ: "Beinfreiheit in der ersten reihe bescheiden. kein welcome drink. zuerst wird nach dem essen gefragt, serviert und dann kommt erst das Getränk. einmal wird nachgeschenkt, der rest nur nach Aufforderung. weder Erfrischungstücher werden gereicht, noch sonstige Aufmerksamkeiten. leider auch noch etwas über eine stunde Verspätung. alles in allem: bei einem 3, stunden flug in business class erwarte ich mir etwas mehr."
