Alles ist gut abgelaufen. Es war ein kurzer Flug und wir haben eine schöne gute Aufenthalt gehabt. Dann haben wir ja sehr gut gelandet.

Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.

Wie beim Hinflug auch beim Rückflug Verspätung von fast einer Stunde. Auf Nachfrage zunächst keine Informationen und unfreundliche Antworten. 50 Minuten im Flieger warten müssen bevor der Start erfolgte. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es zur Überbrückung ein Wasser. Schade, dass man als Gast immer darauf Selbstverständlichkeiten aufmerksam machen muss. Dabei möchte LH angeblich immer ein Wohlgefühl an Board vermitteln. Das behaupten sie zumindest immer in der Durchsage. Enttäuschend.

Boarding und Deboarding völlig unkoordiniert. Keine klaren Ansagen der Crew.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

Für einen Linienflug ok. Hygiene voll in Ordnung. Alles in Allem schon ganz gut.

This flight was nearly empty so there was plenty of room and no problems. Everything on time or early.

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

Dienstleistung wurde nicht geliefert wie gebucht und ich musste trotzdem Stornierungskosten übernehmen. Nie wieder.

Mehr MNS Kontrollen während des Fluges, einige Fluggäste haben Maske nicht korrekt getragen Getränke Service inkludieren. Erwarte ich mir bei einer Premium Airline

Getting luggage after flight at Dulles took a really long time, but I think that is more of an airport issue as getting my luggage from another Austrian airlines flight to another airport was a breeze."

Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

While I understand there are some delays sometimes, this was the ONLY flight to Greensboro out of DCA, and the times kept changing throughout the day, even though the gate agents knew that the issue was that the crew was delayed. There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

There was no personal entertainment screen for an 11 hour flight and only one of the safety demonstration screens was working during take off. Also no plugs at all."
Positiv: "They offered pretty decent food and snack options that were included in the flight- the high quality chocolate ice cream was an especially nice touch as well as the included wine. My seat appeared to have more space than the flight previous to it, so that added a lot more comfort without the extra expense of having to pay for the "more space" seating- I often feel like airlines nickel and dime you to death these days. Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well."

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Positiv: "Took a red eye, so slept most of the way. Crew was super chill and let me sleep the whole way. Minor turbulence, but the captain made announcements and made sure everyone felt at ease. Quick to unload passengers once we arrived at the gate. Didn't use the in-flight entertainment but there was a cool and updated map feature that was much better and more high-tech than previous AC flights I have taken. Also enjoyed how the cabin door separated economy from business class, so we didn't have to wait for the entire front of the plane to unload from the same door."

Negativ: "It was a 787 but any or all room was taken into cramming more seats. Food was the worse I've ever had on a long distance flight. Bland and despicable. This is the worse international flight as far as room or food. Requested for an exit row seat but was told it was an additional $125 charge. Really that's how Air Canada is getting business by giving customers a very poor experience. A group of four us traveled on this trip and we had the same consensus and won't be recommending Air Canada."

Positiv: "Lots of choices for entertainment. Our tickets were booked as a family of 3 and we did get placed together this time in a row of 3 seats."

Yes it was frustrating but I would much rather have a flight of upset passengers then risking our lives. Upon arrival many passengers had missed their connecting flights, including myself. They put us on the next flight out and gave all passengers a hotel and meals for the night. I would definitely recommend Air Canada. The plane itself is also pretty spacious so don’t be afraid to fly economy."

Negativ: "1. Broken arm, asked for 1st pre-boarding. Was told, “it’s over there”. That’s it. By the time I got on everyone in my section was already on. No one helped me w my one backpack, watching me struggle. 2. The crew appeared to hate their jobs. Scowls and general poor attitudes. 3. Food. Airline food in general is not good. However, this stuff was barely edible. Terrible. 4. Information. None. I had to use the APP to get any info. My connecting flight was almost 4 hours delayed - w NO info. In fact, NO GATE AGENT the entire 4 hours. After finally boarding my flight, the captain apologized for the delay because of a two hour delay in another city. Numbers don’t match - sorry. Then he announced we needed to di ice. No problem. Safety first. He said no longer than 30 minutes. One hour later we were on our way. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Air Canada - very disappointed."

Negativ: "I decided to pay a little extra for preferred seating (exit row). However, I was stuck in the baby row. I would have been better off not paying extra and staying in my original seat. I have nothing against babies (the baby in my row was quiet), don't get me wrong! It's just that this should be pointed out at the time of selecting a seat and it was not clear on the AC website. The crew moved my carry on several rows back without telling me (I put my bag in first into the overhead bin and then had to chase it down when I needed something). Not acceptable!"

Negativ: "This was a +10 hour trans Atlantic flight. We walked on and immediately noticed there were no TV screens. I expected that the crew would be handing out portable screens instead which would have been ok but pretty inconvenient. This was not the case. We asked the crew and were told that to have entertainment for the flight we would have to download the Air Canada flight into our OWN devices and connect to the airplane wifi. They also explained that you can't download the app while connected to the airplane wifi so anyone who wanted entertainment had to scramble to download the app while we were still on the ground and Use cellular data! at this point 300 people were either panicking because they didn't have a personal device with them, didn't have a charger for their device and so would have power issues or were forced to use up roaming data because they had non Canadian phone plans!!! At the very least staff should have told passengers about this setup while they were waiting at the gate, so that people would have time to download the app with airport wifi! add to all this the fact that the app was extremely low quality and the options for movies/show were disappointingly dated and limited. This was not officially a cheap low cost flight for my family but the service we got certainly would categorize it as such. Very disappointed."
