2+ hour delay. Seats are too cramped, packed in like sardines . Snacks where awful. Miserable flying experience.
The staff was very friendly, they were enforcing good safety practices. It's pretty good value for the money, too.
Positiv: "Nothing, no food or water, couldn't get on the wifi"
Positiv: "We were so delayed due to a broken Air conditioner.we were told we had to get an new plane. The walk and ride took us to a new terminal where we walked and walked and I am 78 and hard to keep up. Then we were off and a nice flight and we made up a bit of time. Upon arrival in Aspen and there was not gate for us so we had to wait 25 minutes to deplane, The staff and pilots were terrific and tried to make the best of it. At least we got there. Snacks and water would have been nice with all the waiting we did....Linda Decatur"

Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."
Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."
Positiv: "Boarding from Dallas was very good but when landed in London there was no service provided to me as I requested. I asked for wheelchair and help claiming my luggage due to health problem but when I asked at the airplan gate if some body will help me the answer was wait over there with a rude way and ended by walking to the passport area and claiming my bags by my self, my bags was not there and I was going back and forth to follow directions been given to find my luggage. I was very exhausted and tired and asked people around me for help."
Negativ: "There was no help at all especially from the British airway. Unlikely there was very rude answer by telling me if you need help you can hire somebody to help you at claiming bags area. This answer was not expected at all and I was very disoppointed as I made a request to have a wheelchair from London. This request was ignored in London. I was very tired and placed my self to a risk of injury because I hade recent surgery to my right shoulder. As a British air way and this was my first experience I will think carefully next time to use this service again. One of my luggage was damaged and this bag was new and this was my first time to use it they told me at customer service this just a scratch and there is no liability for this kind of damage. hopefully some body can investigate this and do something"

Positiv: "The boarding process was great and speedy. They had us all on the plane and we were pushing back prior to the take off time because they already had us all on board. The flight was smooth, and we landed in Charlotte early. Can’t beat that!"
Negativ: "The crew felt a bit standoffish and I felt like I couldn’t have asked them something if I wanted it, which, thankfully I didn’t."
Negativ: "Flight was delayed by untold circumstances causing us to miss our connecting flight to Venice."

Positiv: "The crew was incredibly nice and respectful, the food and entertainment were as expected for coach."
Negativ: "The flight from London was massively delayed - so much that we were forced to spend the night in Dallas. The airline paid for our hotel and food, but the issue is that we came to visit family and we have a very limited timeframe. Missing out on a day with the family because of a delay was rather upsetting and frustrating."

Negativ: "Having to step down very steep stairs after an overnight flight and then board a bus whose driver is not sensitive to the fact that many are standing when he makes right angle turns. It was cool outside as well and all my winter clothing was in my checked bag. I had not known I would be exposed to the elements at the end of the flight. I could have been warned!"

Negativ: "Food options are generally not good on American Airlines flights. This has been a beef of mine."
Negativ: "Kay(Kathy) our flight attendant was unfriendly and acted like she was put out or overworked.Her attitude was unprofessional and we fly a lot. This is not acceptable for First Class Service. No footrests; no monitors for a movie. Very disappointed.........was not First Class caliber. ** couldn’t get into Admirals Club with First Class tickets. Need to look for another airline."
