The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

After already spending 10 hours in ATL because of an earlier delay due to human error I was extremely disappointed in Delta that my flight out of Atlanta was delayed by an hour because they LOST the plane and couldn’t find it or the truck to bring it to the gate. This kind of error on Xmas eve is embarrassing. Delta didn’t do anything for the passengers affected by this. I was dumbstruck by the apathy of the Delta employees at the gate (the exception was the flight crew, who tried to get the aircraft there earlier). Because Delta did nothing but make error after error I arrived at home 11 hours later than my original flight was booked for on Christmas Eve, missing Christmas Eve Services and family traditions. When I need to get somewhere on time I’ll never rely on Delta after this experience."

SkyTeam Elite Plus status was not recognized by Aeromexico (it was on my outbound flight - I even got upgraded - the return flight was a complete 180 degree experience). The flight was not properly catered. No wine available other than in first class, only beer option was Michelob Ultra. Not the crews fault, likely just poor logistics with catering and ground personnel. At the time, masking was required but not properly enforced at all.

Can’t speak for the crew, I’m sure they were wonderful. The amount of delays, then going back to the original departure time, then back to delays was ridiculous. I had whiplash from all the emails changing my flight time. Ended up renting a car and driving 7 hours because we were going to miss our connection. If you can avoid it, do not take this flight!

No complaints but nothing great about the travel. This is a usual flight journey and would expect this at minimum.

I asked for wheelchair and help claiming my luggage due to health problem but when I asked at the airplan gate if some body will help me the answer was wait over there with a rude way and ended by walking to the passport area and claiming my bags by my self, my bags was not there and I was going back and forth to follow directions been given to find my luggage. I was very exhausted and tired and asked people around me for help."

This answer was not expected at all and I was very disoppointed as I made a request to have a wheelchair from London. This request was ignored in London. I was very tired and placed my self to a risk of injury because I hade recent surgery to my right shoulder. As a British air way and this was my first experience I will think carefully next time to use this service again. One of my luggage was damaged and this bag was new and this was my first time to use it they told me at customer service this just a scratch and there is no liability for this kind of damage. hopefully some body can investigate this and do something"

It was cool outside as well and all my winter clothing was in my checked bag. I had not known I would be exposed to the elements at the end of the flight. I could have been warned!"

Enjoyed it

Flight delayed. Crew excellent. Airlines are struggling amid shortages of staff. Be prepared to have flights canceled or delayed.

Flights kept changing right up to the day before leaving—-finally requiring two connecting flights instead of one with all of us traveling alone to connect through a different city. The connecting flight changes were scheduled too close to the arriving flight time—-requiring another phone call and extremely long wait times to United. In all, we had to call United 6 times with flight changes THEY made. United and their partner companies (in our case Lufthansa) continually blamed the other provider for the scheduling problems. All flights we took on this trip were delayed. The flight staff was always good. The arrangements for the trip a nightmare.

Suggest united conside boarding all window seats first

Positiv: "I like that they serve after dinner drinks which will help me to sleep on the plane. Their blankets are better than United. It was a safe flight and I was able to charge my cell phone. I paid for texting and that worked fine for the entire flight. Even with short layover my luggage made it."

Negativ: "We sat in Economy Plus. They said about how much more room we would have and there was more leg room. However you are still basically sitting on the person beside you. The seats are very tight and never very comfortable. It was easy for us to board but we sat at the gate a while and were a little late getting to our destination."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
