Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

I have tried to avoid AA due to how they handle flying right now , I couldn’t today and they were just as bad as I imagined. Delta was so much safer and more protective of its customers . 50-60% full by design . Fly them and learn something."

Positiv: "There is nothing positive to say besides it got me where I needed to go, even though my first flight was cancelled and had to completely redirect to another airport an that took me 2 hours to get to."
Negativ: "Everything, the staff was rude especially at the gate. I was forced to check my bag not because of size but because I was in Group 6 boarding and I got on there was plenty of room on the plane. I had even explained I needed to do work and would have to hold everything in my arms."

Felt frostbite, couldn’t move fingers, and have a sinus headache. absolutely appalling this is NY and USA - yet we can’t have car services pick up pasengers outside the door of the airport, instead require to walk 7 minutes and stand in a freezing air tunnel airport garage. Changes my mind on flying to LAGUARDIA in the future"

The 737 on the way out was terrible and shouldn’t be used on flights more than 2-3 hours. On the way back a much more comfortable 767. But again, upgraded seats only made it bearable."
Negativ: "Their on board entertainment wasn’t working and apparently it only works intermittently. The live tv worked, but they only offer live news channels. Otherwise. Not much different than any other airline today. None are “good” any more. All about squeezing more people in smaller and smaller seats."

Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."

Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."

Negativ: "The seats in economy are too close to the row in front and too narrow. You can barely move. Its claustrophobic, even for a person not prone to it. I had to upgrade my seat to avoid this as I was in those horrid seats on the trip over. Crew from the late arriving flight should have announced the connecting flight delay well before landing at DFW. The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time."

Negativ: "The seats were SO uncomfortable and my legs were cramped up into one position because there wasn't enough room for legs and knees."

Avianca had a flight that night to our destination but they refused to find space for us, or to issue some type of refund or voucher for our lost time and money."

I was informed by a customer going that way that I indeed could. When I got in line for the priority check in, the agent looked over and very loudly said that I was in the wrong check in area. Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location."
