The crew smiled while they answered questions and dealt with some very difficult passengers. The food was Turkish, but very tasty and in large portions. The entertainment included several movies that had just recently been released to DVD. Overall it was great service."

While in Detroit, we were often left for extended periods of time with no update or information as to when we would be able to complete our flight. I realize they were at the mercy of O'Hare, but they should have made some announcement every 15 minutes or so just to "keep us posted" if nothing else. Also, there was quite a bit of confusion for passengers whose final destination was Detroit. I had to explain to the Flight Attendant that they needed to explain to the passengers why they couldn't deplane there. She phoned the pilot and he provided an appropriate explanation. This really my only complaint."

Negativ: "The ticketing when purchasing a ticket from NEW YORK is very unclear and even though we wanted a JFK ticket, the NEW YORK search showed a ticket for NEWARK NJ so my step dad ended up going to the JFK airport - An elderly man who has trouble with English and no one was willing to help him to rebook his ticket. Not only that - the Lufthansa people VOIDED his entire ticket including the second leg because the agency wasn't picking up for a rebooking so the entire ticket cost was lost - $1200 - GONE! We couldn't even get him a one way ticket so he could use the return part of the one he bought. This is an absolute customer service disaster. This man lost all his money, he saves up all year to go see his family. That's an ugly way to take advantage of people."

I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"

The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Wenn vorher eingecheckt wird, sollte es nicht mehr als eine Minute pro Passagier dauern, wie das ja auch an anderen Flughäfen möglich ist."

In fact WizzAir have 2 sizes of cabin baggage allowance and small is way too small and it felt like a trap to make money off unsuspecting passengers. They are unapologetic and perfunctory at the boarding gate - clearly they are used to unhappy punters being caught out by this! Food choice onboard not great"

Airline blamed it on ATC rather than themselves but weatehr was good, no obvious reason for delays except heavy traffic which surely must occur every day. Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."

Negativ: "The problems began around 2 am on 12-July at the Dubai airport. Our flight, originally scheduled for 4:20 am, was delayed until 6am. I attempted to inquire with the Pegasus staff about the flight delay, and what this would mean for my connection, but no staff were even available at the airport (all check-in activities etc were handled by airport staff). Even after the flight got delayed again until 7am, there were no Pegasus staff available to speak with. The Dubai airport staff assured me that someone was on their way to speak with the passengers, and that since our connecting flights were also on Pegasus, they would be sure to hold the flights for us. We were told that we would definitely make our connections. When we asked about the reason for the delay and to speak with a Pegasus staff member, we were told by airport staff that the Pegasus team had been called repeatedly and nobody was picking up the phone. There was a supervisor that was somewhere in the airport, and they had been told that she would be coming to the information desk to speak with passengers, but I waited for 2 hours for her and she never showed up. We were given no information on why the flight was delayed and what the plan was for our connections. Even at the gate there was not a single Pegasus staff member to assist us. We finally arrived in Istanbul and were directed to the transfer desk, where the Pegasus staff were rude, physically forceful (pushing and shoving), and could not communicate in English. The entire situation was extremely upsetting. Nobody was apologizing for the misinformation or lack of accountability. Nobody simply said, "I'm sorry." I was continuously shouted at in Turkish, I was pushed by Pegasus staff. I was simply trying to find out if my flight had left and if I could be rebooked on another flight. They were insistent that there was one flight a day and they could not book me on an alternative airline. For me, this meant that I missed an important meeting in Germany that afternoon, and that I had to forfeit money that I had put down for a hotel in Hamburg (Euros 124). They told everyone that the flights had left and that we should go upstairs to the hotel desk. However, even to do this, I was forced to purchase a visa (USD 30) to go through passport control. Pegagus has not reimbursed me for these expenses, despite emails, speaking to a supervisor at the Istanbul airport, and filing a complaint in the portal online. Again, at the hotel transfer desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were treated like animals to be herded, and not like humans. Needless to say, I will never be flying with Pegasus again, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The treatment of paying customers was horrible, and the service was terrible."

NOT ONLY I had a horrible day and night, run out of money, and went through so much distress - my luggage did not arrive!!!!!!! I am expecting a huge compensation ASAP."
