I followed all airport, tsa & delta staff regulations. They charged me a fortune. $750 to check luggage which went to Baltimore without me. I need two of those bags sent to Atlanta now. I will be on hold for an hour with them trying to resolve this. I will be flying home on America or United

Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

The boarding crew was rude, everything was disorganized with lack of information.
Food and service were excellent. Some of the crew were wonderful.
The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

The flight delay was tiring but once we started boarding, that went smoothly and quickly. The plane was comfortable with loads of overhead space. Being a short flight, there was minimal interaction with the crew.
Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.

Insgesamt war der Flug ok, nach dem Desaster davor mit verpasstem Anschlussflug und den lautstarken Mitreisenden, wo niemand etwas unternahm von der Crew. Insgesamt hatten wir ca. 15 min. Verspätung.
I found my flight from London to Dusseldorf very satisfactory. All crew were friendly, professional and competent. The flight was a bit delayed but, otherwise, everything went without a hitch.
Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.
Nach 6 Stunden (12.30am bis 630am) im Flieger wurde der Flug abgesagt. Dann ging es erst richtig los: keinerlei Information, kein Support von BA team am Flughafen, stattdessen wurden wir zunächst zu falschem Bereich im Flughafen geführt, nach 25 min waste of time dann Korrektur. Um 7.50am kam dann endlich das Gepäck. Wir mussten dann mit Emirates nach London. BA Kundenservice war nicht verfügbar. Auf refund warte ich noch. Fliege ~50-80x pro Jahr und kann sagen: BA - Worst airline ever.
Nette Crew, schlechtes Catering. Business Class innereuropäisch lohnt sich nicht
Die neue Business Class auf Langstrecke ist Klasse! Also die Kabine. Service wie immer sehr unterschiedlich. Board Bar (Self Service) war nach einer Stunde leer. Verpflegung war furchtbar! Es gibt keine deutschen Filme mehr :-(

They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."

They arbitrarily decide who has to much carry on luggage and force you to check it last minute at the gate while letting others with same size bags take them on the plane. Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."

Contacted Air Canada and they had a lot of trouble locating my booking/itinerary. When it was eventually found, I was able to reserve seats in advance through Air Canada. It cost a little extra."

I observed gate agent repeatedly tell customers that she couldn’t help them find out if their flight was delayed and to just look at the computer board ."

This inconsistency between airline policies is very annoying - you never know if you can take food on-board, if you should take food along or how much you should expect to be ripped off at the terminal/on-flight. The entertainment unit stalled the entire time. Oh, and boarding... it's very odd to check-in at the domestic terminal at LAX for an international flight and I don't recall seeing any message in my email/SMS regarding this. So taxi dropped me off at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX and then I had to run over 4 terminals to get the Air Canada. A precaution about this would be nice."

Negativ: "They had nothing together. My first flight was delayed so I got in late and my connecting flight was rescheduled for 5 hours later. Their "free meal voucher" for rescheduling amounts to one slice of pizza and no drink. The airport then lost my checked bag and kept me waiting in one room for 4 of those hours to where I was still rushing to catch my next flight. Air Canada then forgot to assign a plane to my new second flight so I waited another 2 hours to board. Once boarded, the airline made us wait another hour while they loaded bags, then unloaded some of the wrong bags thy put on. They then tacked 25 minutes in the wrong direction and we went all the way back. I have never seen so many people rushing the customer service desks because they missed their connecting flights, throughout the entire time I was stuck in Toronto. Additionally, their "in flight movie system" doesn't work unless you rent one of their iPads. It prompts you to download Java Flash player even if you already have it instead of asking to run it. Then once you allow it, you get a 1-2 second animation then the movie breaks. There are similar errors with their music and tv show features, I tried all of these in my laptop and phone."

I do not spend so much money to fly with an airline, whose agents treat it me like this! She really should be fired for her terrible manners and for giving customers wrong information..the second supervisor we talked to helped us, but the impression we got from the agent was so terrible, that it was hard to feel any good...no food on a flight during lunch hour, seems unfitting."

Negativ: "There's only one choice for refreshments, unless you count the cracker-amd-nuts machine. The seats are terrible. The assumption seems to be that no one waits long, but the experience proves the opposite, as wind, construction, security clearance for flight crews and who knows what else (any excuse will do) creates delays of more than an hour for people who end up standing along the walls and sitting on the floor waiting. Again, crews and ground staff for AC are not able to give accurate instructions or guidance for boarding flights. That airport is a mess."

I understand that smaller planes often get bumped, but on the outbound leg, a 20 minute delay on the tarmac and then not allowing us to deplane for another 15 minutes meant I missed the connecting flight."
