I am very frustrated sad because it was not a plesiosaur trip My mother was sick and I needed to see her take her to the Doctor. Had to borrow money from a family member to continue my trip. On my way back I try to check And I was Unable to do so. I arrived to the Airport to find OUT that they cancel my way back too!!!!!! I had to borrow money Again!!!! And stay in the Airport for 8 hrs! This was my experience my lost money time family worried about me and my sister.I had No signal in my phone due to the poor Cituation of this country went I'm able to check my fly with you KAYAK notice the right gate number and time went the plane was living. The attitude of management from Aeromexico was so rude And disrespectful. I will never use them again."

The crew in Mexico was not helpful upon boarding either, I had to take my husband down the ramp because there was no one to help us. We had no such problems in our outgoing flights so were surprised at the lack of care and utter disinterest on the way back."

Positiv: "Aeromexico stole my money and never let me board a flight. My initial flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues after a 3 hour delay in the airport. At this point it was 3AM and all passengers were told to call Aeromexico's support number to re-book their flights. Aeromexico staff does not speak English well and when I asked them to speak slower I was cursed at and hung up on. I finally called again and was given 2 options: agree to a flight that would DESTROY my vacation or get a refund. Scared and exhausted, I told them I didn't understand, and the flight didn't work, and guess what, they re-booked me anyway, and said that since I was re-booked any change to my ticket would entitles them to my entire $1,100 fare. Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."

Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."

At the check in counter, on my question if we can get two seats at the aisle the lady immediatly shouted to me I have to pay 93 $ per seat. In the end she gave us two diffrent seats in diffrent rowes and in the middle. In the plane ,enough seats were free so we got what we wanted in the end. Service on board was excellent. The onground service was so terrible and mean, that I will most certainly not fly AA if possible"

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "See above. We never made it on this flight! While we were able to rebook within a few hours the lack of coordination in Montreal was extremely frustrating."

Negativ: "When I got to the airport, the attendant notified me that my flight had been exchanged. No one notified me of this and I was still under the impression that my flight was scheduled as my itenerary in my latest email. It took two hours to figure out that United had changed my flight and booked me on a different one. Once again, without notifying me. Thank god they changed my flight to a later one or I would have missed it. By the time we figured out what flight I was on, I had to sprint to a different terminal because check in was closing in 20 mins. I arrived at the check in kiosk with less than 5 mins to spare. The experience was terrible and customer service from each Kayak, United and Air Canada. I also injured my back while sprinting between terminals wearing a heavy backpacking backpack. Would not book through Kayak again."

Negativ: "I didn't like that their counter doesn't open until 2 hours before the flight, even international. small plane and it was delayed both ways. Never again"

The seats were a wee bit wider and the extra few inches of leg room made the difference between a completely unbearable flight and one that was "poor." (See comments about the crowding and heat.)"
Negativ: "We were returning after a cruise, spent part of the day on a shore excursion before being dropped off at the airport 5 hours before our flight. There was no rep at the check-in counter until 3 hours before the flight which meant we had to sit in the terminal for two hours. If they could have had one rep on duty to check in early arrivals, we could have proceeded through security and spent time in the MCO Lounge which would have been more comfortable than the terminal. Once their check-in counter opened it took about 2 hours to clear that and security. Once on board the sold out flight, we were told it was too cold in the front of the plane; while in the back it was baking. For a flight departing Florida, I would expect the airline to have A/C running before we boarded."

Negativ: "They need a better system for boarding. It took forever to get us all on board. And it was hard to hear which zone they were boarding since the passengers were so noisy. there should've been lanes for the different zones so they could usher us all in orderly. It was a chaotic mess without lanes. There was no entertainment if you didn't download their app onto your electronic device. No snacks were offered either. I didn't pay for a meal but it would've been nice to have some pretzels or something like that. The controls for the lights, and attendant call button were on the hand rest. It was very uncomfortable since it was a raised section, and more than once I turned on the light without meaning to do so. I won't fly Air Canada Rouge ever again, if I can help it."

Positiv: "- At Rome FCO, one of the Air Canada representatives pulled out of the line to get us into the business class check-in line since we had 2 kids - we totally loved this focus on families and respect the attention to detail! - The flight from FCO to YYZ was awesome! great food, great service, constant flow of drinks and the dessert was awesome! my kids are picky eaters and even they enjoyed the food - Movie and entertainment selection was awesome - Lastly, appreciated the prompt service for getting child stroller at the door of the aircraft at all times (from FCO-YYZ-PDX)"
Negativ: "- The new designed aircraft are meant to pack more passengers which means the aisle for rolling the trolley is very narrow - poor flight attendants were having a challenge and bumping trolley into seats (not their fault at all) - given likelihood of injuries and lawsuits, I highly recommend AIR CANADA management to do something about this narrow aisle before it is too late (i.e. major lawsuit filed by future passenger on account of injury sustained because of getting hurt by food trolley)"

Negativ: "The food countinues to be and issue I flew the same airline 2 years ago and the meal options had not changed. The salad was so bland I was certain that I was eating plastic food."

Negativ: "My luggage didn't arrive at destination, so this caused a bit of a problem for me as Philadelphia was not my final destination. I had to take a bus the next morning at 7AM to Pittsburgh. My luggage finally was delivered to me within 48 hours, so that was great."

Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."

Positiv: "Minimal leg room, dirty plane, food worse than frozen dinner. Fed once plus small snack on a ten hour flight. In flight entertainment would have been okay had we been told to download the app to watch it in advance (could not download on plane as no wifi). They ran out of ipads to rent with the app installed so was only able to view minimal programming."
