That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat."

this is a great airline to fly on. I have not ever had a bad experiance with China Air.

Problem is that once they passed you, it's hard to get their attention, as they are always in a hurry, and not looking over the cabin just to check if someone needs something or wants to call on them for any reason, and there are no attendant calling buttons available. So you have to wait until they come by your seat again. Finally I got my meal with apologies 15 minutes later, but the experience was already ruined and the negative impression built.. Also, when departing from Taipei, the boarding process was a bit disorganized, compared with the one we had in Vancouver. As for as the entertainment, the LCD monitor at my seat was pretty worn out, with very poor contrast, making it difficult to watch a movie or read information. Same airline with two opposing experiences: Vancouver-to-Taipei very good, Taipei-to-Manila: poor."

They gave a 250NT lunch voucher and asked to what til the next flight in the afternoon. That was the longest flight I experienced coming from New York."

Seriously, she went and got several families that had teens (no kids in the fam under age 10) only, and lined them up behind the fams with smaller kids. What an interesting look on the faces of the first-class passengers waiting in a separate line to board. After boarding the new category of "All Families", first class boarded. Then the masses. Once again, zones were not utilized by gate agents, and we all boarded at the same time, ignoring the zones (front/middle/rear). Once in my seat I could not find a charging outlet, nor a USB outlet. And wifi? I asked the F/A. Her response: "We don't have. Sorry. Its 1 hour 50 minute flight. You are OK." Really! No, sweet woman, YOU will be OK, working. I will have to waste 2 hours not getting something productive done. Entertainment unit on seatback: Waste of time. Even if it worked, the sound requires the old twin-male plugin jack on the armrest. Nobody has one of those in his pocket, and the F/A's never passed any out. I can hear it now, had I asked for one: "1 hour and 50 minute flight. You are OK.""

The crew doesn’t make u feel welcome . The food is ok all the 4 flights have inconvenient. The first one 7 hours late. We miss the convections and they don’t honor the ticket. We have to buy a new ones when we arrived to Istanbul . The flight cappadocia to Istanbul cancel and after 6 hours we flight . We had a big expectations about Turkish airlines and we will avoid to travel With them again .

Das Frühstück ist sehr lieblos . Keine Brotauswahl und ein schlecht präsentiertes Omlette. TV Auswahl eher mäßig.
Essen war nicht so doll, das Sandwich zum Frühstück war schon fast eklig. Service war gut und man hat uns mit unser 1 jährigen Tochter auch umgesetzt, wo 3 Sitze nebeneinander frei waren
Teuer bezalter Business Flug mit bezahlten, reservierten Plätzen. ich reservierte 4A / 4G sowie 5A (1 pax for the two seater in C) Als Familie mit Kleinkind bekamen wir am Gate die neuen Plätze 1D, 3 A, 6A. Als Familie mit Kleinkind durften wir als erste in den Bus und waren so die letzten im Flieger. Als wir uns auf 1 D setzen wollte, sass da bereits eine dicke Frau, die ebenfalls 1 D elektronisch vorweisen konnte. Wir sollten uns laut FB irgendwohin setzen ... Statt Essen gab es nur (für die ganze Kabine) 1 Fl. Wasser und 1 Keks. Ausgeführt von Dolomiti.
Boarding für business class war etwas chaotisch. Flugbetreuung war sehr gut. DB als Zubringer war eine Katastrophe.

Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.

This flight was nearly empty so there was plenty of room and no problems. Everything on time or early.

Negativ: "Wie kann man in Zeiten von "Corona" das Flugzeug komplett voll belegen und dann mit "Vertrauen" und "We care for your health" werben? So bekommt man verlorene Kunden bestimmt nicht dazu, wieder öfters zu fliegen... :-("

Leider gab es in der Eco nur ein Glas Wasser, was diesmal aber nicht kundgetan wurde (oder ich habe geschlafen und hab das nicht gehört). Danach war aber auch keine Motivation mehr vorhanden die ausgegeben Plastikbecher anzusammeln. Man sollte die einfach im Netz des Vordersitzes reinstecken. Naja ...."

Aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen wurden bereits zuvor Flüge von LH und EW nach MUC annulliert. Erst gegen 21 Uhr erfolgte die Snkündigung dass 21:45 die neue Abflugszeit wäre. Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."
