They changed plans after I had checked in and had my confirmed seat. They changed my comfort seat to main cabin and even though there were 4 available comfort seats showing, I wasn’t able to pick one. When I asked at the counter if I could switch back to my comfort she said no.. bc someone else may have higher status than me which is ridiculous bc I was originally comfort. On the flight, I asked the flight attendant to switch and he said once they closed the doors he’d let me know, and he never said anything to me again. Plus we were an hour late arriving, because apparently we weren’t cleared to land and we had to circle. Not sure what’s up with Delta lately, but this was a crappy experience.

It’s different compared to Southwest flights. Comfortable seating. Nice staff. Drinks and coffee free.

Crew was rude, and continued to bang into me as they passed and ram the cart into my seat.

Sat on ground at Lax for 40 min after landing because some one was at our gate. After a 3 1/2 hour flight it sucks to just sit there and wait for no reason that the pilot could give us. So much for ever getting out of the airport on time.

Everything was great until landed and had to wait 25 minutes to get into our gate! Can’t think of a good excuse for that on such a late, cross-country flight. Plenty of prep time!

Alles ist gut abgelaufen. Es war ein kurzer Flug und wir haben eine schöne gute Aufenthalt gehabt. Dann haben wir ja sehr gut gelandet.

Leider wurde unser Gepäck vom Mumbai Flug nicht auf den Basel Flug gebracht, so dass wir ohne Gepäck in Basel ankamen. Auch wurde diese Information wohl erst spät nach Basel gebracht,da wir dort ewig auf unser Gepäck gewartet haben bis wir informiert wurden. Das trübt den ansonsten sehr guten Flug.

Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.

Angenehmer Flug, sympathische Crew

Flight was canceled due to mechanical issues, which is 100% ok and understandable. I’d much rather be safe than sorry. HOWEVER, when we got off the plane there were no reps at the gate to tell us next steps. It was 7pm and we were traveling with two small children. One hour later (8pm), still no updates, no reps. Most of the airport was closed. Lucky we had plenty of snacks for the kids. One hour after that (9pm) FINALLY an AIRPORT EMPLOYEE (not Lufthansa rep) tells us that she has hotel vouchers and taxi vouches that will be given out in order of family size. Since we were a fam of 4, we got one. Others had to sleep in airport. Got our bags, headed to taxi stands. No taxis because it’s now 10pm on 30 October in menorca, an island that basically closes to tourists by 1 November. Waited with the other 100 people in line for taxis to finally come 30 mins later. Lufthansa did NOTHING. Help desk phone number, online chat, and Facebook chat did not work. No reps at the airport. The cutstomer service aspect is HORRIBLE. If you fly Lufthansa I hope that nothing goes wrong with your flight.

Für einen Linienflug ok. Hygiene voll in Ordnung. Alles in Allem schon ganz gut.

Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Positiv: "They were really good with checking in my excess baggage and my two cats. Cats travelled well and arrived as expected. Check in at O'Hare was very friendly. In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"
Negativ: "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."
Negativ: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough."

Boarding: I was asked to check my carry on complimentary. I assume the staff believed my handbag was too big. Crew: n/a outside of the snack service. Comfort: the turbulence was so bad I was nauseous. I looked for the bag behind the seat and it looked used. Food: n/a except for the complimentary cookies. Those taste good. Entertainment: only allowed for Sprint/T-Mobile customers for some reason. My flight two days before included entertainment so this was disappointing. American Airlines spelled my name incorrectly which resulted in me being unable to use pre-check on both flights. I am overall disappointed with this experience.

The flight was an hour late getting into New Orleans. We landed in Philadelphia 30 minutes late. We sat on the tarmac for 20 more minutes. I ordered a wheelchair because I cannot walk such distances. None came after 30 minutes. I had to walk in short spells to get to baggage. It was a disaster flight. Lucky it was not cancelled.

Liked everything about this flight. They could have been a little more transparent as to the delay. But the pilot did get us to our connection with plenty of time to spare.

Great crew!

Both ticket agents and flight attendants were very pleasant to deal with. There was no entertainment on the flights and the charger in my seat was inoperable.

Negativ: "American Airlines cancelled a flight because of ‘weather’ from Msy to dfw, all other flights from Msy to Dallas operated on time but were sold out. We were re booked flying through San Francisco, missing out on flying on qantas, which is what I had paid for since they are a premium airline. We were booked on virgin America and then United for the international flight. United charged us each for 2 bags totalling $150 each, despite we booked a ticket with qantas which allows 2 bags each. Virgin America honoured our 2 bags, but united refused to. United also has service and aircraft which do not match the levels of qantas which I has specifically sought out. I could not eat some of the food because of the poor quality, and this is something I’ve never done before on an international flight. Additionally their were a lack of amenities on both flights, and no food vouchers despite our travel delay of over 5 hours. This whole ordeal has cost me money, worktime, and created a lot of stress to where I have had to cancel meeting on my arrival in Sydney."

Negativ: "Flight was delayed 2 hours, then moved to the next morning at 6am. Before we got to the hotel, the flight was pushed back to 8am. All for mechanical reasons. We've flown this route before, and have had an abnormally high number of mechanical issues. They seem to use older planes for these shorter flights, and it really shows. Technology could really help ease these situations. American's app does not allow you to look at rebooking options, so we had to stand in line for a solid 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Since it was the last flight of the night, there were only 3 agents there to help an entire plane's worth of people. Calling American didn't help. They couldn't help with hotel/food vouchers. These types of vouchers seem like something else that could be distributed through the app or electronically, eliminating the need to stand in line and grow increasingly frustrated. To add to the fun, the vouchers were not event enough to get a hot dog and drink for dinner, then a coffee and pastry for breakfast. Once we got the vouchers, trying to get to the hotel was a disaster. They had 1 van, so they could get about 10 people every 30 minutes. We just took and Uber, and were eating in the restaurant by the time others were still arriving from the shuttle. There was no one from American there to help coordinate with the hotel or shuttle. We were like blind sheep wandering around looking for the van. Finally, arrive for the flight the next day, and they start boarding about 10 minutes before the 8am takeoff time. So, of course, we were late getting off the ground. Then, when we arrived in Dallas, our gate was occupied by another plane, so we got to sit on an old plane for an extra 30 minutes until another gate opened up for us. Really, other than crashing, not much else could have gone wrong. Made American look completely incompetent...which is happening more the more we use them. Next time, I'll pay a higher fare to fly with Southwest."

Insgesamt war der Flug ok, nach dem Desaster davor mit verpasstem Anschlussflug und den lautstarken Mitreisenden, wo niemand etwas unternahm von der Crew. Insgesamt hatten wir ca. 15 min. Verspätung.

Boarding in Heathrow was a total mass due to staff shortages. 3 out of 4 flight legs were delayed, some considerably. Food is as always mediocre, but plentiful. IFE is a bit dated with imo poor movie choices. Cabin staff was always amazing, friendly and helpful. Always available and smiling, even through the mask. Very clean lavatories and comfortable seats in business, although the product does feel a little dated by now.

The connections were very tight, I had delays on the first 2/3 flights and almost missed the connecting flights. Check in at Austin took nearly an hour and almost jeopardised making the first flight
