The first air company that will refuse to cabin board pets will be my only company to fly for the rest of my life. Sometimes, saying NO is the right answer."

When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

Negativ: "They used to have an affordable Economy Premium option, now all they have are seats made for someone 5’5” 150 pounds. Anyone over 6’ can and will suffer greatly. I’m 6’4” and fly many of their 12 hour flights from LAX to Istanbul and have to sit sideways, until my back aches so bad I have to turn. They also keep their planes unbearably hot, which I have no idea why, making the trip in that cramped seat horrible. Their in between meals snacks consist of cheese sandwiches, and the attendants never come around with drinks or snacks. I also fly Singapore Air and Emirates and their service is subperb!"

Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

Lufthansa is the same as any other airline. Unless you pony up premium cash for business or first class, you’re treated little better than cargo. People are so crammed together they start sniping at each other. It’s a sad state of affairs.

The lady Lo was worried about which useless mask are children were wearing. We wore these cloth masks on one lufthansa flight and through two airports with zero trouble for the scientifically useless masks we wear for show conformity to power hungry people , dhe demanded we change to the so called medical masks. really, put her on a domestic flight or something.

Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

My initial flights got canceled after o checked in 4 bags and now the bags are not in final destination or anywhere to be found.
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

We had to run to catch our flight. An announcement should have been made that they would wait for us. When we were departing our flight from Hfx. There was commotion became the flight attendants asked for passengers to wait that weren’t connecting to another flight,a passenger yelled out for everyone to SIT DOWN that weren’t connecting. I feel that the air craft should be exited the same way as is boarded,by zones.Also,if people are connecting then those passengers should be exited first,an announcement to suggest that people wait DOES NOT WORK. So much for social distancing!

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."

Since we're told to get there two hours early, it would be nice to have more than a tiny little snack bar with overpriced pre-made sandwiches and salads that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Crappy lukewarm coffee. Starbucks is right outside security, but of course we can't bring liquids through."

Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."
Negativ: "Kaum Beinfreiheit. Essen nur gehen Geld."
Positiv: "My group of five arrived to the airport late (one hour before the flight took off), but the crew worked together to quickly process all of us and get us through to ensure that we didn't miss our flight. We really appreciated it!"
Positiv: "Friendly punctual"
Negativ: "Seats are way too close! No leg room!"
Positiv: "Great airline for food and service."
Negativ: "For couples traveling in business Air Canada's seating is designed to de-couple by placing barriers between seats . They need to try Emerites to check out how a pod should work Entertainment is limited"
Positiv: "The crew were Greek and I liked them very much. Other than that, though, nothing good stood out."
Negativ: "There was a riot in Athens that day that delayed us 2 hours. I arrived in Athens WAY later than expected WITHOUT my baggage. It was still in Toronto and never moved once they made me late for my Munich flight. I did not have my baggage for several days following that and it made my trip difficult."
Positiv: "Great movie selection"
Negativ: "Late departing and on arrival the ground crew wasn't available so we were stuck on the plane awaiting their arrival. I can't understand scheduling issues that end up leaving jets stranded."
Positiv: "Meals were good and I do like the premium economy seats."
Negativ: "One issue that the premium economy seats have is that they recline button is very stiff to push. Then when you have final pushed it in then push back on the seat it falls to the full recline position, potentially surprising the passenger behind. I thought this was isolated to this flight but have now encountered in 2 subsequent flights in AC premium economy."
Positiv: "Dieser kurze Flug verlief schnell und komfortabel. Es gab Internetzugang am Board, der gut funktionierte."
Positiv: "The crew was friendly, quick, and helpful. The seats were comfortable, we had space for our carry on items, and there was a good selection of entertainment and food/snack options. Takeoff and landing were also very smooth - the pilot did a fantastic job!"
Negativ: "On an international flight (or any flight over 3 or 4 hours) I believe it would be courteous to provide a meal as part of the ticket price. We purchased food on board as it was a five hour flight from Mexico City to Toronto. The food was good with a variety of options, but it seems that Air Canada should update its policy to offer complimentary food service on longer flights."
Negativ: "Customs detained my girlfriend and I for an hour causing us to supposedly miss our flight. We spoke to a Air Canada Rep and they told us our flight had left and they couldn't hold it for us. That is fine but they said they would not provide us with a hotel for missing this. Ok that is there policy but we ran to the terminal E95, for our Flight to Portland which had actually had not left and they were actually holding it for another person. So Air Canada lied about our flight leaving and that there was not another one till the next day. Overall I will never go to this airport nor will I use Air Canada ever again."

Negativ: "That there was a secondary charge for everything."
Positiv: "Comfort and Entertainment were great. They were punctual as well."
Negativ: "The overall checking process was horrible. Nobody to provide help in Mexico City. We ended up spending extra time on line even though we did online check-in. One of our bags never made it. Which was very frustrating since we were traveling with two kids and were the last to leave waiting for the bag that never made it. At Newark, the lady that handled our missed bag claim had little customer service skills. All she said was that it was common for stuff like that to happen. Just that experience might make this the first and last time I use Air Canada again."
Positiv: "The crew was so good and friendly. The entertainment options were good, some variety. The flight was smooth."
Negativ: "Any additional amenity cost extra. No inflight snacks."
Positiv: "Air Canada's excellent and consistent performance and delivery of services.!! I have been flying with your company since 1970 and I have enjoyed every trip with your Company.... Thank you!!"
Positiv: "The plane was very new. Had a great entertainment system. Power plug ins. USB plug ins. Seats were a bit small, but when are they not?"
Negativ: "They forgot to bring me dinner then when I finally got someone's attention they told me they had given away ALL the dinners. How is that even possible? In the end they gave me a first class meal so not bad."
Positiv: "Wel,l my flight out of SFO was delayed by an hour and ~20 minutes, which was the length of my layover in Toronto. The pilot was able to make up some time in the air, but I still had to go through customs, security, and then run through most of the Toronto airport with only 25 minutes (before my flight left, probably even less because they close the doors before take off). I was off the plane at 7:30. My flight to Charlottetown was on-time, leaving at 7:55. The nicest male flight attendant on the plane moved me to a seat right before first class and put my carry-on in the closet at the front so I could be of the first off the plane! I ran through the airport, customs, security and all. I got to the gate at 7:41. The lady at the gate saw me running from far off and asked if I was Michelle. She was so happy that I had made it and let me catch me breath before I boarded. The delay on the first flight was very unfortunate and stress-inducing, but all the Air Canada people I interacted with along the way were very wonderful."
Negativ: "The delay."
Positiv: "The food was really good. I was kind of shocked but each meal or snack I had was delicious and I especially liked that I could pre order special food according to my diet. The staff was friendly and the entertainment was good."
Negativ: "the music channels were lame. I was bummed we did not have wifi in the plane and so I couldn't listen to good music the whole flight"
Positiv: "All crews were nice and friendly."
Negativ: "Would have been great if I had a Entertainment (movies, TV etc) screen on my seat for my Vancouver - KIX flight."
Positiv: "The entertainement system was great, unfortunately some of the movies were said to have english subtitles, but no matter how hard I tried... None."
Negativ: "I wish I could of had a vegetarian meal, but there was no flexibility and I don't believe I was offered the choice during check-in...."
