Alles ist gut abgelaufen. Es war ein kurzer Flug und wir haben eine schöne gute Aufenthalt gehabt. Dann haben wir ja sehr gut gelandet.
Leider wurde unser Gepäck vom Mumbai Flug nicht auf den Basel Flug gebracht, so dass wir ohne Gepäck in Basel ankamen. Auch wurde diese Information wohl erst spät nach Basel gebracht,da wir dort ewig auf unser Gepäck gewartet haben bis wir informiert wurden. Das trübt den ansonsten sehr guten Flug.
Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.
I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

Zunächst wird bei der Lufthansa eine gegenderte Drohung ausgesprochen, nämlich, wenn die Gäste die Maske abnehmen sollten und sich den Anweisungen der Crew widersetzen sollten, würden die polizeilichen Organe am Bestimmungsort informiert. Das bringt schon mal "gute Laune" in die trotz 9 Mrd. Steuerzahlerstütze unveränderte Kabine. Die sieht dann auch so aus, als ob sie seit der letzten Stilllegung wegen Corona aus Kostengründen nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Die Businessclass ist ohnehin eine Zumutung, nämlich die gleiche Bestuhlung, wie in Economy, nur mit einem leeren Sitzplatz dazwischen. Lufthansa sollte sich einmal ein Beispiel an Turkish Airlines nehmen, die die Zeit des Lockdowns genutzt hat, um für die Gäste ein Upgrade in Ausstattung und Verpflegung zu organisieren, die ihresgleichen sucht, aber bei der Lufthansa sicher nicht findet.

Reihen werden zum Ausstieg aufgerufen, obwohl der Gang noch völlig blockiert ist mit anderen Passagieren. Anti Covid-19-Maßnahmen scheinen hier noch ein Fremdwort zu sein. Sehr enttäuschend und beängstigend. Andere Airlines (Swiss) sorgen für ein besseres Sicherheitsgefühl."
Negativ: "I could not check in because the system cannot link my flight legs and as such it considered that I’m going to Europe although I’m just transiting in Europe. So it required a visa which I don’t have."

Negativ: "...debarkation at SFO was dismal. The nearest bathroom upon debarking was closed for cleaning. The passport control signs were misleading and confusing (the term "residents" was misused). And there was no one at baggage claim to prevent bags from piling up atop each other on the conveyor. I received a bone bruise trying to get my bag off another one. Avoid SFO as an international destination if you can...horrible airport."

Pünktlich, alle in die Kabinen war sehr nett und freundlich
Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever

A crew member was very rude and forced us to check in our carry on although we were sitting on row 7 we explained that we didn't have any checked in bags and did this so we could speed up our exit. He was very rude and grabbed our luggage's and tagged them to be checked in and said everyone has to check them in there is not space on the plane. As soon as we got on the plane we could see all the available overhead space and multiple people behind us with luggage's that were bigger than ours brought them on the plane. The fact that he was so rude really made the flight experience horrible. His attitude felt like he singled us out and just wanted to ruin our day which he did.

The Aeromexico ground crew is not very helpful and not very informative at all. I know the México airport is very crowded but they should explain better to the their customers.

I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights."

Was on the plane for 45 minutes with no explaination from the crew. It was an electrical problem. Had to inboard and wait 45 more minutes. Allow weld to rehoard again. Waited another 20 ministrations before leaving. I am all for safety, but communications need to improve."

Negativ: "Poor integration with American Airlines for the reservation. Whenever I would check in through British Airways it would not redirect my information accordingly to AA. This made the experience aggravating for doing basic tasks. Then I apparently was flagged by APS."

Negativ: "My ticket was cancelled because of a misrepresentation made by an agent when I had to rebook the outgoing leg of this trip. I had to pay $670 for new ticket at the airport with no other options and very little help from the LatAm agents. I'll never book another ticket with this airline."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "Rouge's entertainment system is spotty. It's via WiFi and you must have your own device. It didn't work for many on the flight including myself. Also, you need to pay for alcoholic beverages on Rouge's trans Atlantic flights."
Negativ: "AC employees gave us contradictory and wrong information about clearing Canadian Customs in Vancouver, so we were unable to get through all the arrival and transfer procedures and had to go on without our luggage. Our delayed baggage was delivered to us 2 days after our arrival. Probably there was not enough time allowed for our connection in Vancouver (about 90 minutes). We were going from Japan to the US via Canada."

Negativ: "The plane was VERY tight. It is probably the plane with the least amount of legroom I have been on, very uncomfortable. The flight staff, although nice, was uninformed of the necessary paperwork to enter the DR and, as we landed, it made a big mess because no one knew what they needed and had to start filling out paperwork all at once."

Everyone was great except for security in Calgary!!! Don't know what the deal was but they set a record for the slowest I have EVER been in. It took so s almost an hour and there were not that many people in line...it was epic"

Negativ: "Flight from Paris to Toronto was delayed 4 hours. That automatically caused us to miss our connecting flight from Toronto to Nashville. The 1st flight turned out to be more than 4 hours late. The 2nd flight was delayed as well. Not to mention we were directed many places throughout the Toronto airport trying to locate a boarding pass for the 2nd flight in hopes to make it to Nashville that day. All members of the Air Canada staff were helpful, however traveling for over 20 hours majority of which was spent in foreign airports made for a long and unpleasant day. It would have been different had it been our fault for being late or missing a flight, but we were very early for our international flights which simply added to the amount of time we had to sit, wait, and hope. A coupon was given to us, however being that I live in a different country I don't know how quick I will be able to redeem this."
Negativ: "No leg room, narrow seats and no individual air control's. It was a surprise when they came around and offered movie rentals which they didn't do on the flight over from Toronto to Barcelona. If we fly with Air Canada another time we'll check first to make sure it isn't Air Canada Rouge before we book."
Negativ: "I haven't been on an Air Canada flight that haven't been delayed at least 4 hours."

Positiv: "crew was helpful and nice, especially in the terminal which is hard for mom to get around. If you need a wheelchair remember to ask beforehand. We hadn't so we had to wait sometimes while they located one for us. As we had long layovers (so mom could rest) this wasn't a problem for us, but with shorter turn around times it could be an issue."
Negativ: "people were rude. couldn't lean seat back and it was a red eye so I had no sleep for 25 hours. WAY too NOISY for a red-eye flight which also didn't help with rest."
Positiv: "Good in flight entertainment options"
Negativ: "My hour and a half flight from SFO to Vancouver was two hours late"
Negativ: "Six hours stuck at an airport with no where to get decent food and ended up sleeping on the floor. There should not be a stop to flights at night time."
Positiv: "The flight was delayed long enough that I missed the connection flight but they put me on the earlier flight so I did make the connection"
Negativ: "The system from the beginning was so unorganised ...went 2 hrs earlier even after online check in and it said u need to be there just an hour ..still had to run till the end.. Seat was so uncomfortable ..to add to the agony my luggage didn't arrive and had to wait till evening"

Negativ: "The light and entertainment system controls are in the arm rest and is very easy to accidentally turn lights on/off or turn the screen off for yourself or your neighbor. This is very annoying . The chicken/pasta dish was the worst I had in many years as an experienced traveler - my kids and I didn't bother after the first bite"
Positiv: "On such a small plane I am just glad I land in one piece and that we do not hit turbulence. The Windsor airport is very pleasant to deal with as an alternative to leaving from Detroit Metro. I will choose to do this when flights are available."

Negativ: "It is Air Canada Express. It has long delay hours both to and from for us traveling from Chicago O'Hare to Japan. No explanation. Made us missed out flight in Tokyo and had to stay at hotel. Air Canada did not honor our flight mileages because of their delay, they had to put us to UA. UA was bad too."
