Chairs are hard could be better. Other then that everything is ok

The flight was delayed and we were stranded at Dulles airport for 2 days (48 hours) as United Airlines cancelled the flights!

The flight was cancelled. I asked Kayak for a refund by email. No answer.

Our entertainment/movie and audio did not work during our flight. Two of our bags did not make it to our final home destination. No personal assistant. Everything is via email/web with no assistance.

Nice airplane, quick boarding, excellent crew. The entertainment choices are very poor comparing to previous trips with LH. Food was horrible, neither one of us ate it.

Ich hatte eigentlich das Niveau eines Linienflugs erwartet. Bekommen habe ich aber Billigflieger- Niveau. Das man für die Bordverpflegung zahlen muss, ist schon schräg. Das Stille Wasser und die 20g Schokoladentafel kann sich Lufthansa dann auch noch sparen, um den Gewinn richtig zu maximieren😡. Da kann man auch gleich mit Ryanair, easyJet oder sonst einem Billigflieger reisen.

Leider hatte die Lufthansa nicht genug Verpflegung an Board. Dies war schon auf dem Hinflug der Fall. Bereits ab Reihe 19 konnten die vegetarischen Speisewünsche nicht mehr bedient werden. Sehr schade bei einem 3,5 Stunden Flug, wenn man das Essen gedanklich eingeplant hat.

Exzellenter, professioneller Service.

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

All luggages got lost, one of them had my dad’s 3 month supply of medicine (hence we had to check), and none of the Lufthansa nor United customer service have been helpful. This is outright horrible… Will always try to avoid Lufthansa whenever I can from this point on

From 11am to 12:55 pm we were provided only 1 meal and ice cream. The staff were not apologetic at all, they said if we wanted to be mad at someone it should be the weather... They should probably go back to customer service school."

He was saying it was hard for the crew to have to charge, but they were made to do it now, and what would it look like if other passengers saw him giving me the water and not charging?! OMG!"

Durch eine Verspätung von 2h vom Flieger haben wir unseren Anschlussflug verpasst und keine Hilfe oder Erstattung bekommen und saßen dadurch 24h fest am Flughafen und mussten für überteuerten Preis neue Flüge buchen

Diesmal ging das Einchecken wesentlich schneller. Ob das damit zu tun hatte, dass die Einreiseanmeldung nicht mehr abgegeben werden musste oder ob es tatsächlich besser organisiert war, kann ich nicht mehr feststellen. Insgesamt aber erheblich reibungsloser als früher.

Obwohl der Flieger Verspätung hat, lässt man die Leute nach dem Einchecken in der Kälte auf der Terrasse stehen. Da löst sich dann der Unterschied zwischen Priority und Nich-Priority in Wohlgefallen auf. Das könnte man auch anders organisieren, jedoch wird aus Kostengründen scheinbar immer darauf verzichtet.

Das Einchecken in Kiev eine Katastrophe. Das Personal völlig überlastet und ohne Wissen um die erforderlichen Dokumente. Einige Passagiere sind deswegen nicht mehr rechtzeitig in den Flieger gekommen. Das muss unbedingt besser werden!

Beim Einchecken eIne Minute zu spät online eingecheckt und pro Person 40 EURO zahlen müsssen. Ganz mieser Service. Nie mehr WIZZ Air. Auch Der Bergamo Airport ist eine Abzocke. 3 Tage Parking für 53 EURO

Die Pünktlichkeit von Wizzair ist überragend.

Delay flight....:(

The flight was delayed for almost two hours. We had to wait in the bus before boarding for 30’.

Positiv: "Direkter Flug und freundliches Personal!"
Negativ: "Das Priority boarding klappt von Memmingen aus nie. Alle werden durcheinander eingecheckt und geboarded. Das Gepäck kommt dann auch nie unter Priority Gesichtspunkten. Lohnt sich also nicht, den Aufpreis zu bezahlen."

Negativ: "Der online Check in war im Vorfeld nicht möglich. Daher MUSSTE ich vor Ort einchecken. Das hat nochmal 43chf extra gekostet. Die langen Wartezeiten beim Sicherheitscheck waren unnötig und 2separate Schlangen für priority Fluggäste und regulär auch völlig unnötig und nervig. Die Infos dazu nicht gut."

Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"

Negativ: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Negativ: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"
Negativ: "The flight was delayed and there was even no information about it. Gate number was changed after boarding time and we didn’t hear any appologize not even receive some meal vouchers or food on board. We arrived more then 1 hour later- I can not evalute this as a good service."

Positiv: "Personal freuundlich aber überfordert nachdem am checkin einige passagiere saier wirden.....flug gut zeiten pünktlich.. Sitze eng und alt, kein inkl. Sandwich wie bei anderen billugfliegern.. aber ist ok. Handgepäck musste in frachter, an bord war aber noch genug platz."
Negativ: "Oline Check-in reine abzockfalle, bin ein jahrelanger billigfug user,ständig fehlermeldung beim tagelangen versuch am laptop oder mobil, war nicht möglich.., auch andere passagiere hatten das problem. Mussten dann exzra zahlen!!!"
Positiv: "Flugpersonal war sehr freundlich und das Flugzeug sauber."
Negativ: "Flug hatte Verspätung - sehr häufug bei WizzAir. Sitze sehr unbequem und wenig Beinfreiheit"
Negativ: "Obwohl recht zeitig mit dem Boarding begonnen wurde, konnte erst mit 55 minütiger Verspätung gestartet werden. Begründung gab es glaub keine. Etwas zu trinken auch nicht."
