On my way from Denver to Munich the flight was delayed. The pilot himself said he couldn't explain the reason for the 1 hour delay. The delay resulted in almost everyone on the flight missing their connections, including me and my husband. No effort was made to help passengers with tight connections to get off the plane and to their gates faster. After an international flight, the last thing you want is an 8-hour layover where you've no choice but to remain awake and exhausted for an unhealthy amount of time. As a pitiful expression of apology, Lufthansa gave us a 10 euro voucher to use in the Munich airport--not even enough for a full, hot meal. Not to mention that checking in for both my flight to and from my destination city was very stressful because of an abundance of travelers and a clear understaffing on the airline's side. Even though I came two hours early to check in for my return flight, I only had ten minutes at the gate before it was boarded. The whole experience was rushed and stressful and inefficient. The worst part, though, was that one of my checked bags was returned to me with my clothes sticking out of it and some speciality cheese I bought entirely missing. I have also found it really difficult to get in touch with the Lufthansa customer service. They claim in emails with my flight information that I especially requested that my reservation number be withheld from me (I never requested this). The loss of this number has made it nearly impossible for me to register complaints without calling the airline and wasting hours of time. I would greatly reconsider ever booking with this airline again.

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

OMG! The 5/21/2022 flight was canceled after we were on board over 3 hours! NO AIR CANADA rep to help! No Air Canada gate to check in with. It was total chaos at the Lisbon airport. Trying to get out today, 5/22/2022, the Air Canada agent said we. needed a new Covid test, only to find out AFTER we paid 20EU, that it was NOT needed. They were not educated on the rules, even though they knew they were checking in people from the canceled flight. Totally UNACCEPTABLE! I will never fly Air Canada again, operated. Y Lufthansa. I plan to post on Facebook and Twitter how bad this was.

Excellent ease of boarding even though It was delayed. Great crew and good food and drinks

Leider hatte die Lufthansa nicht genug Verpflegung an Board. Dies war schon auf dem Hinflug der Fall. Bereits ab Reihe 19 konnten die vegetarischen Speisewünsche nicht mehr bedient werden. Sehr schade bei einem 3,5 Stunden Flug, wenn man das Essen gedanklich eingeplant hat.

The lady Lo was worried about which useless mask are children were wearing. We wore these cloth masks on one lufthansa flight and through two airports with zero trouble for the scientifically useless masks we wear for show conformity to power hungry people , dhe demanded we change to the so called medical masks. really, put her on a domestic flight or something.

I expected a better flight. The food was very poor. The aircraft was too warm

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

When it came to food, they ran out and again their empathy was quite lacking. Air Canada really needs to step up their people skills. They will lose customers to airlines that demonstrate that they care (eg WestJet) if they keep this up. This is not an isolated experience for me. They have lost us as a customer. I won’t fly Air Canada again if I have other options, and I’m willing to pay more for the same flight just to avoid them."

Negativ: "My flight was at 6 am and I fell ill with strep throat the morning of. I had not gotten flight cancellation insurance so I had no choice but to board the flight while feeling sick. The illness got rapidly worse and before I knew it I had a fever and was nauseous and dizzy and was overall feeling terrible. For the first half of the flight I tried to sit through it, but it became too much as I was squished into a middle seat and was overheating extremely due to the fever and started to get overwhelmed and felt claustrophobic. At this point I decided that I could not wait out the rest of the flight in this middle seat so I went to talk to the flight attendants to ask to be moved to a seat with more space. Now, I had not slept at all the night before (because I had to take the bus to the airport at 2 am) and felt very overwhelmed with being so sick and so when I went to talk to the flight attendant I started to cry and told them I was feeling claustrophobic and wished to be moved to a seat with more space because I was very ill. I emphasized that I was sick and had to repeat this many times, but the flight attendants seemed to think I was having an anxiety episode even though I repeated many times that I was very sick. It took them HALF AN HOUR to find me a new seat. I spent this time standing while I felt extremely dizzy like I was going to pass out. I feel the situation was handled very poorly. Two of your flight attendants started trying to counsel me on anxiety and seemed to completely disregard the fact that I was extremely ill and that was causing me to feel claustrophobic (to put things in perspective, I spent the next 3 days unable to move from my dads couch, unable to eat anything, and had to be taken to the hospital because I could not even drink water). The illness started right before I was getting on the plane and at the time of boarding I had no idea how quickly it would get so bad. As an example of how poorly this was handled, one of the flight attendants handed me a pen and told me to "name my anxiety, and why I was feeling anxious and to write reasons that this may make me feel anxious" it was ridiculous. Here I was, about to pass out I was so dizzy and it took them half an hour to find me a new seat (I understand that the flight was very full but there were empty seats available). I kept repeating, I feel dizzy, I feel nauseous, I'm very sick, I need to sit down, please find me a seat and they spent half an hour trying to give me a therapy session on anxiety. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and feel like it was dealt with terribly by the staff on board. When a customer says I'm very ill with a fever and it's causing them to feel claustrophobic and they need to be moved to a seat with more room, the staff should not spend half an hour trying to counsel them on anxiety while the customer is standing there about to pass out. This experience made me feel like I wish to avoid traveling with Air Canada in the future."

This made us very late for connecting flight which We just made as they closed the door behind us. People that were slower getting through customs did not make the connection."

Negativ: "There was only one working bathroom for coach. I think they said there were 3 working toilets total on the whole plane. I usually like airplane food, but this time it wasn't good. The exit row seats that we "upgraded" to were incredibly narrow, and there's nowhere close to stow your things. Then someone was in our seats when we boarded, and they took all our overhead bin space, so we were left with nothing for our flight. I would Not recommend paying extra for the exit row seats."

We were unable to make our connecting flight because of the delay, but when we arrived in Toronto I had an email waiting to tell me that they had put us on another flight, which was direct, that would get us home at the same time we had been originally scheduled. The agent that we talked to once we got to Toronto also tried to get us on standby to another flight that would have gotten us home two hours earlier! Also, our bags made it home too after all of the changing! Great service, nice to have a charging station on board and the food was edible."

Lack of assistance from Air Canada personnel was glaring."

Why is it so hard for this airline to be on time?"

The screen didn't indicate that it was going to be delayed. There was no one from the crew or AC at all at the gate until 8:30. No announcement, whatsoever. Then when we finally arrived at SFO, the plane was circling above SFO in a storm for another one hour and fifteen minutes..."

Negativ: "First time flying this airline and I was surprised to see TVs on the plane though they had a smaller selection than other airlines. They made an announcement at the gate before boarding that anyone with a US passport had to complete an info card. I feel that was an inefficient way to collect that information as people who arrived after the announcement did not complete it. The card seemed a bit pointless."

Negativ: "As expected with Air Canada, the service is awful with bitchy stewardesses, the food is poor, the plane is falling apart. Midway through the flight, the plane looked like a pigsty with garbage everywhere. When serving the meals, the stewardess just said to everyone, "You want it or not" and moved quickly with many people wondering why she was behaving so rudely. In addition, we couldn't get clear information about the baggage allowance. This is partially due to booking through Kayak where they don't tell you the baggage limit and some of the flights were code share flights even though all were with Air Canada. Couldn't tell if we had 1 or 2 bags included. This didn't help with our packing. In the end we had 2 bags and wish we bought more stuff."

Zu spät, dann noch auf Mitreisende gewartet die 2 Stunden zu spät waren! Nichts zu trinken und essen

Good budget airline, comfortable seats and pleasant crew

Buchung über KIWI eine Witz. Dienst mit anderer Dienst und noch weitere Dienst verknüpft. Keiner konnte mich helfen, da „jemanden anders“ zuständig. Sitzplatz automatisch zugeteilt. In einem zu 80% leeren Flieger, bekomme ich einen mittelsitz!!!!!!!!

Alle Sicherheitsaspekte an Bord wurden eingehalten. Nettes Crew-Personal. Dass man allerdings inzwischen selbst Wasser und Kaffee zahlt, will mir noch nicht ganz einleuchten.

Neither the agents at the gate nor at the transfer desk were willing to help me get to Manchester. Never fly EW again."
Positiv: "Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean. Ohh and the y didn’t loose my luggage (as I was travelling through connections, I was worried bit)."
