Flug hatte Verspätung, nächste Flug verpasst
The crew was good to me but I could see one short hair air hostesses was very rude to a fellow passenger. She behaved very condescending towards him and I could see at one point he even got upset saying that she cannot treat him like this. It was uncomfortable to watch that. The business class seat was uncomfortable. Please make sure atleast the business class is better in condition. Thanks

The flight was delayed by 4 hours, we lost all our connection flights and what started as a 17 hour trip turned into 28 hour trip
I missed the flight!!!! , they left me !

Positiv: "I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me."

Positiv: "Nachdem der Personalveranwortliche an Bord die Überforderung der einen Flugbegleitung festgestellt hat, ist er sofort mit eingesprungen und es wurde alles besser, schneller, freundlicher und entspannter erledigt."
Negativ: "Im Gegensatz zu meinen bisherigen Flügen mit der Lufthansa in der Business Class war diesmal eine Flugbegleitung für 12 Passagiere alleine zuständig, was bei zwei Kleinkindern und einem "anspruchsvollen" Passagier bereits zu einer ansatzweisen Überforderung geführt hat (Essen und Getränke wurden äußerst zeitverzögert gebracht, Schwimmweste und Anschnallgurt für Kleinkind wurde in zwei Gängen gebracht und der Gurt erst kurz vor der Startbahn der Mutter übergeben. Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."
Negativ: "Von drei Flügen auf der Strecke Bali-FRA war einer von Lufthansa ausgeführt und der einzige verspätete gewesen. Leistung - OK, mehr kann ich nicht sagen."

Aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen wurden bereits zuvor Flüge von LH und EW nach MUC annulliert. Erst gegen 21 Uhr erfolgte die Snkündigung dass 21:45 die neue Abflugszeit wäre. Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Negativ: "Frankfurt airport is not very good. Why does a passenger who has cleared security in the US have to do it again in Frankfurt? It is an unnecessary requirement that causes some passengers to miss their connecting flight. I will give them a pass on clearing immigration But going thru security....no."
Make sure to resave your card in the app every time even if you choose to keep in there for additional flight otherwise you cannot purchase anything. United fix your app!!!

Negativ: "- I had to pay extra for lunch and (alcoholic) drinks. - The pasta was overpriced and tasted like nothing - At the destination we had to wait for 35mins in the plane, before we could get out."

Negativ: "We were on the runway for one hour and Calgary was not notified so we could not make our connecting flight even though room on the plane. On the flight an hour later we were on the plane for three hours but the weather prevented takeoff. Now we are sleeping in the airport until 6 am. So I think communication needs to be improved"

Negativ: "The enertainment system was down for over half the passengers and only returned to spotty functionality two thirds of the way through the flight. I gather after some other passengers disconnected. Clearly the system didn’t have enough bandwidth to support all 350 passengers. and why no wifi?"

Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "It was interesting to me that the plane used for a 4 hour flight (this one) was smaller than a plane used for a 1hr flight. I was uncomfortable the entire time. this was a redeye flight, departing at midnight. the cabin lights stayed on for the first hour making it impossible to dose off. we were given a 'snack' of a disgusting chicken wrap slathered in mayo. it was inedible. oh, and accompanied by a large kitkat bar. I mean. Who came up with this combo? there were no screens, no in flight entertainment unless you wanted to run down your phone battery or rent an ipad for $10. I was truly disappointed."

I asked the flight attendant about it (when I passed through the gate after most other customers had boarded) and she flippantly responded with something like, "Yeah, maybe I didn't call your boarding zone. I don't know. Whatever." This left a terrible first impression on me."

Negativ: "I flew from Vancouver to Osaka. There was no free entertainment, food was of the embarrassing quality, and the crew was not smiling at all. The cheap price was the only big benefit to claim. It was much worse than expected."

And because there were no Air Canada workers at the desk in Philly no one could tell me where my bag was. It was a very stressful end to a long series of flights."

Negativ: "Boarding was terrible. For some reason we boarded 30 minutes late and then take off took forever. This made us late for our landing. When we landed, we were stuck on the plane for an extra half hour (after a 10 hour flight) because customs couldn't take us. I will never fly through Toronto again. This was my second experience with Air Canada there (and the first time my luggage was lost on the way to Brussels) and it is a complete disaster. Customs was the most complicated least organized process I had ever been through. There were 3 different spots to go through, I showed my passport and boarding pass a million times, stations were understaffed and the staff was unhappy, grumpy and snapping at airline guests. Additionally there was no free entertainment on the 10 hour flight."
Positiv: "Going through customs and immigration in Canada before returning to the US is very convenient and saves time after you land."
Positiv: "The first leg of the trip was great from Montreal to Toronto on wide body plane."
Negativ: "The airport in Toronto where they crammed about 10 gates together in a small area with no air conditioning (it seemed). Also flight was delayed about an hour so had to wait in horrible conditions with no seats for a long time."

Positiv: "Crew was fairly friendly and a little hands off. Food was the best I've had flying abroad thus far. Seats were okay. Was in economy so I can't expect too much but I would love if there was a little more room especially for people stuck in middle seats. Seats were fairly comfortable. There was a lot more leg room than I have before which made the 10+hr flight better!"
Negativ: "Boarding didn't go well for me as I almost missed my flight due to delays (but that didn't make me feel upset towards Air Canada, just bad circumstances that I had to be honest about). Crew was fairly friendly - a little hands off (which is good) but I wasn't wowed by them. Wasn't a lot of movie options. I realize you can't get a TON but a few more current movies would have been nice."

Positiv: "The flight number was changed, but the new flight got in 45 mins earlier which is always a good thing. Every seat had a screen which kept me entertained."
Negativ: "I was busy on a last minute call during boarding and couldn't lift my carryon with only one hand, so I asked for Mrs Caron a hand to help me steady the carryon while lifting it. She just refused and offered me to hold my phone. She did not give a reason why she couldn't help, cold and distant very far from welcoming, just there for appearance."
Positiv: "No food service from Toronto to LA. And when I asked for item to purchase, it was not available."
Negativ: "No food service - only purchase"

Negativ: "Service alarm button is in armrest, dings constantly during flight when people sleep on it"
