That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back."

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Larger carry-on items had to be checked through to final destination, which made a lot of passengers upset -- either because they were business people who needed to be able to work on the flight, or they had important baby gear in there that they would need before that, or they were traveling far away using multiple airlines and were rightly worried about lost luggage."

Negativ: "I would not take Air Canada from YWG to the States ever again. It's not the right airline for that trip. AC doesn't offer any direct flights, as far as I can tell, between the small-market Prairie province and the US, and I had to go through security with my checked luggage twice (Canadian & American) each way. These factors leave open infinite possibilities for missing connections and enduring unexpected and grieviously long travel days. To go to Miami, for example, is a trip that took my Minneapolis sister $200 RT + a total of 6 travel hours. For me, from Winnipeg, it took $700 and (unexpectedly) 2 full days, into the wee hours, of flying (I missed a connection because my first flight was delayed, putatively because they switched the gate and wanted to wait for confused passengers, but also something, the pilot said, about maintenance and documents). AC's not especially affordable, even though oil prices are low--I expect because the Canadian dollar is so low. And finally, AC does not compensate for its uncompetitiveness by being any more accommodating of middle class holiday consumers than any other airline business model today. If they treated consumers with the humanity they used to 15 years ago, there might be some reason to endure the costs. As is, there's just no reason to take Air Canada to the US ever."

Of course they let the first class on first and then loyal members but after which they boarded the rear of the plane and worked their way up. More airlines should follow their lead, it makes the boarding process a lot easier when you aren't waiting on someone in the front to get settled in when your seat is in the back."
Negativ: "I disliked the fact that arriving and departing I encountered the same issue, no wifi. Not sure if this was an issue that affected the whole fleet but this was disappointing for a 3+ hour flight both ways. This would have definitely been a higher rating if wifi was available."
