Person behind me was kicking me during flight. Breakfast was terrible. Need fresher croissants. Dinner good. Bread terrible. Stale. Boarding extremely slow.
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.
The flight was very pleasant, the crew members friendly and quick to respond to requests. However, they did not provide a sandwich during the flight…

Negativ: "Entertainment has old movies. I don’t pay less to fly rouge, and sometimes I may not have a choice. At least they should have the same movie content as the planes that provide movies outside of the rouge app."
Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "Movie selection was limited although I found one in the lot that I thoroughly enjoyed. As always with Air Canada, you only get the most basic snacks and everything else is extra."

Negativ: "No pre check-in with Kayak...annoying! Extremely narrow seats, delay boarding because some people were allowed on before the wheelchair travelers and the aisle got clogged, snarky comments at check in.. “.too many seniors on this flight “ yes, it’s January and it’s going to Florida!"
Positiv: "Alles gut, wie erwartet. Cool, dass Internet im Angebot war."
Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."
Negativ: "Difficult to cancel flight. Could not do on line and when I called I went through a menu that said that no one was available and to call back later. Didn’t even state what later meant. Subsequently ended up not canceling in advance since very little ability to call back once into work day."

Negativ: "For almost a 5 hr flight all they offer is water or juice...no complimentary meal...and the meal that was offered for sale onboard, they did not have enough meals to keep up with the demand of actual passengers who wanted to purchase."
Positiv: "The seat comfort was wonderful. And the food was great."
Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Positiv: "Efficient crew as with the first flight I had, consistent service."
Negativ: "I don’t know if it’s the Vancouver-Mexico route or if it’s the seats but there’s just something difficult about it. First time I flew into Vancouver I was exhausted which makes sense as I had to fall out of bed at 3am, but this time I was awake and well rested and it still felt draining (which generally doesn’t happen to me with flights). Maybe it’s the leg space and the seats? Not sure. Could also be the odd time zone crossing."

Positiv: "The flight arrived about 30 minutes early. Also, it left a little late. For me, the less time on the plane the better."
Negativ: "Guy next to wanted to charge phone a laptop in USB port in front of me b/c his was our of order. This worked out OK but in a small space it's not so good. He was bare foot too. Take of your shoes but wear socks, please....Plane was not hot, actual a litter chilly."

Positiv: "Chris from AirCanada customer service is a true hero to the industry and I'm sure he deserves much more recognition than he gets. Thanks Chris for helping save our travels!!!"
Negativ: "When checking in for our flight, AirCanada prompted me to select which passengers' email addresses should be used to send updates in case of changes, delays, or cancelations. I selected the both of us to receive the updates. However, we never got any notice that our flight was CANCELLED. They cancelled it well in advance that had we known, we wouldn't have gone to the airport but NO - we already arrived and passed through security only to arrive out by the gates and see on the board it was cancelled. Even while passing through customs, the officer said he didn't see it on the flight schedule and then said, "oh it's just listed at a different gate." The way in which AirCanada handled the incident was completely unprofessional and just plain stupid. I for sure will be giving my business to Amtrak or Greyhound the next time I need a trip from NYC to Montreal."

Negativ: "they should give a warning about downloading an entertainment app before an almost 5 hour flight. made no sense that our 1 and half hour flight had built in entertainment and the longer flight required an app"

Negativ: "What a mess. Every DELTA flight I have been on in recent months has had terrible delay issues - I'm cancelling my credit card."

Negativ: "No snacks, and that on a long flight and a flight over the Christmas holidays. Although I was lucky to get a good price to fly to Maui with my adult daughter,, as a senior citizen and a person on GIS, a little snack goes a long way."

Negativ: "I was travelling with a 13 yr old and expected to be seated together when I booked. I didn't know I needed to pluck my seats if I didn't want to pay extra. The woman at boarding moved our seats, however, closer at boarding, which I thought was pretty considerate."
