Holzklasse halt, eng, und alt
There wasn't much communication and reassurance in terms of delay of the flight. They offered water and some cake only after 3 hours as we were taking off. I ordered 1 noodle and lots of drinks, they charged me two, she said she needed to take a photo of my card which I said no to. Then I said OK we ll keep the 2nd noodle although we didn't need it, just to end the bad situation, she grabbed my bag as I was holding it to get the wallet out and she accidetantally hit the boiling noodles and spilled over my hand and really hurt me, a colleague Brought an ice bag thankfully. This made my journey even worse than it already was with the 3 hour delay of the flight.

Der Pilot ist so sauber und ruhig geflogen, die klimazisierung in Flieger war auch schmeichelhaft und die Beleuchtung ebenso. Da ich nachts geflogen bin fand ich die Entspannung umso schöner im Flieger. Daumen hoch. Jedes mal aufs neue:)"

online check in did not work and then was charged 30 Euro at the airport for check in. Also was not able to by check in luggage online and was charge 130 Euro for two bags which is excessive. We were a family of 3 but they allocated 2 seats together and another one separately a few rows back. Joke of an airline and will never use again. Will be reclaiming the 30 Euro charge.
They only checked us in 30 mins before the flight leaving us a very short time to go through security and getting to the gate And last but not least - My luggage has not arrived to my destination
Worst connection ever! Terrible airport.
