Overall it was a pleasant flight.
Positiv: "Die meisten Crew Mitglieder waren nett"
Negativ: "2-4-2 Sitzreihen"
Positiv: "The flight was okay."
Negativ: "- I had to pay extra for lunch and (alcoholic) drinks. - The pasta was overpriced and tasted like nothing - At the destination we had to wait for 35mins in the plane, before we could get out."
Negativ: "Late departure as YVR would not allow us to land due to weather. Late arrival as YVR would not allow us to land as too many flights in the pattern."
Negativ: "Free wifi for business class customers. $6,000 ticket then asked to pay 10/hr for wifi is insulting!"
Positiv: "Good service and no delays"
Negativ: "Crowded and no food"
Positiv: "Customer service from SFO to YVR. The BNE to YVR customer service wasn’t good when I came, particularly from the Brisbane airport staff, but going back, it was great."

Positiv: "The flight itself was fine but AC could splurge for a gate rather than bussing our to the tarmac"
Negativ: "The enertainment system was down for over half the passengers and only returned to spotty functionality two thirds of the way through the flight. I gather after some other passengers disconnected. Clearly the system didn’t have enough bandwidth to support all 350 passengers. and why no wifi?"
Positiv: "gate crew had our small luggages checked-in even if there were tons of space available, flight crew chatted noisily hald the duraltion of the flight, video entertainment either kept crashing or playing the wrong episode, toilet had no water"
Negativ: "overall service"

Negativ: "THERE WAS NO WIFI ON A 6HR FLIGHT!!! omg its 2019. mind blown."
Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."
Positiv: "Pleasant crew on board. Quick boarding. The pilot made regular announcements when the flight was delayed (for weather or other reasons that were out of their control)"
Negativ: "All was good"
Positiv: "The 1.5 hours they turned the lights down and stopped the crew from going constantly up and down the aisle."
Negativ: "We were traveling from 11 pm local time to 10:30 am local. However they kept all the lights on for nearly the whole flight. In addition, the crew was constantly going up and down the aisle with food or beverages. It made sleep impossible. To make matters worse I’m allergic to dairy and I tried to prebook an appropriate meal but couldn’t and everything had cheese."
Negativ: "Really doesn't fit into the "didn't like" category but my boarding pass said Zone 6, however there was no Zone 6 called nor signage for it. Even the person checking our boarding passes was surprised. Just a comment really!"
Negativ: "The airline crew keep on pushing back the departure due to bad weather. No discipline while boarding passengers. Delay after landing to open the door. No clear instructions about the delays"
Positiv: "Alles gut, wie erwartet. Cool, dass Internet im Angebot war."
Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."
Positiv: "They seemed like a good airline. It was my first time flying with them, and I got upgraded to business class on the very first flight of my trip. What a great first impression! They're quite service oriented, with attendants speaking multiple languages. The in-flight magazine was good but not available on every plane. The food was usually pretty good, and the live map was convenient."
Negativ: "All of the flights were late (I had 6 of them on this trip, all thru Air Canada, and not a single one departed on time). All of my layovers were long, except one, which was planned to be about an hour but ended up being less than 30min. That one was a pain: had to go through Canadian customs and then run across the Toronto airport, but thankfully my next flight was still boarding - and ended up running late because they had to de-ice the plane. One of the flights ran late, and as we were reaching the gate a passenger felt the need to yell racist/ignorant comments at a fellow passenger who wouldn't sit down, and then the flight attendant - overall that was a real shame."
Positiv: "No surprises."
Negativ: "Crazy uncomfortable seats, esp for such a long flight. I’m 5,7 and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me for the whole flight. Spent 45 minutes trying to land because of weather was very inconvenient. Other than the free dinner/breakfast we were never given the option to buy food."
Positiv: "Basically the same budget airline, BUT unlike a previous Germanwings experience, on time, no boarding issues, great crew. This was connecting flight with Air Canada. This time around seating was in the roomier front section which was infinitely better than the "cheap seats" near the back."
Negativ: "Food is rubbish. Why bother. Just give us water and have done with it!"
Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."
Negativ: "Kaum Beinfreiheit. Essen nur gehen Geld."
Negativ: "With basically all my flights on Air Canada, there were significant delays. The delays on this flight caused me to almost miss my connection. I had to run full speed to make it to the next flight, and the attendants on this flight were very terse announcing as we were landing "Do not ask us about your connections; we have no information. Do not ask us about your luggage; we have no information" With other airlines in the past, if I have had a flight delayed by an hour, the attendants have announced where I should be headed for my connection, or have called ahead to the connecting flight (if within the same airline" and asked them to wait for us. I didn't feel that AC did anything to help make up for the fact that my flights were so late. Almost ally other AC flights on this trip we're also delayed."
Positiv: "Overall good flight in terms of smoothness, safety, timeliness, etc."
Negativ: "No enrertsinment without downloading google app for phone or pad. Short announcement about this made shortly before flight and we did not react in time to do it. Thought I would read but overhead lights broken; complained three times before fixed."
Positiv: "Wireless was free and we were able to log on to the entertainment website to watch movies."
Negativ: "Each chair didn't have a tv. There weren't any plugs to keep electronics charged up."
Positiv: "Seats Comfortable. Drink service was effiicient."
Negativ: "An hour to get a gate upon landing. Unacceptable. Crew did not push passengers to get luggage stowed. They did not seem very concerned about boarding efficiently. Cup size on drinks is stingy."
Positiv: "Professional fight attendants, very nice."
Negativ: "The flight took off late but most of the lost time was made up during the flight time."

Positiv: "Since I got a bike accident the day before I took off, I had difficulty doing simplest things, and, exceptionally, I had a lot of baggage. All employees, especially at boarding at FLL, helped me very kindly. Although I travel a lot, I rarely have used Air Canada for 30 years, since the time a steward dropped hot water on my thigh. From now on, I will use this airline again."

Positiv: "This was a full sized AB 330-300 which was full. With two aisles - everyone is no more than 1 from an aisle. The desk staff and crew were excellent."
Negativ: "They delayed push back for 40 passengers that missed their connection. We left 20 minutes late and arrived only 7 minutes late."

Negativ: "on march 13/ 2016 booked my tickets on kayak.com so end up getting it with vayama.on july 28 missed my flight for a family raison called vayama and explained the situation they said they will help me just they need to confirm with the airlines (air canada) and they will give me new tickets.no body called me back ,called air canada said: we have ticket but you need to get it from vayama.called vayama again he said sorry about that i will let everyone know and he promise me that i will get help a.s.a.p.did't hear from them left with my wife and two kids in morocco for a week end up buying new tickets from laufthansa."

Negativ: "Every flight was late boarding and arriving."

Negativ: "The food is chargeable and also was no many items from menu to purchase"
Negativ: "Air Canada shares a trait with many other incompetent organizers: everything is fine if nothing goes wrong, but there are no contingency plans in place in case something goes wrong. So, things get more and more delayed. Can't you predict roughly when the plane is going to land (once it is in the air!) and arrange for some gate to be open, so that we don't have to sit on the ground for 45 minutes once it has landed, for example? People who know how to organize are ordinarily capable of doing that. Furthermore, the lack of transparency is really frustrating: we just sit on the tarmac with no indication of how long we're going to be there, and the estimates of the delays are completely wrong when we're given them."

Negativ: "No space, no tv, no food, no music, no blanket, no water, nothing. Pack everything you need or bring your credit card"
Negativ: "Certain Crew Members were a bit rude and abrasive"
Positiv: "Entertainment system was awesome. Flight was comfortable. Crew very friendly."
Negativ: "Checkin staff at airport was not friendly. Airline cannot allocate seats together even though booking was done months in advance. seriously!!!"
Negativ: "You put me on Delta once I got to Detroit. Confusing and exhausting when you're not use to different airports and flying."
Negativ: "I almost missed my connecting flight due to AC delaying departure in Vancouver. I received no solid information from the stewardess on the flight on whether the connecting plane in Toronto would wait. I mean, really. There was never any explanation as to why the Vancouver flight was late either."
Negativ: "They lost my bag which was full of important clothing I needed for interviews this week."
