Couldn’t get on internet this trip. On way out I was fine but on way back I couldn’t get it. Also one of our bags did not make it to final destination
The flight from Chicago to Seattle was full with only one working bathroom in the main cabin. Flight crew was good…. How about a plane in good working order. The customer service person was a real help rebooking our flights
When I’ve flown internationally with other airlines, the amenities were better. American Airlines served mediocre food and a sad lil breakfast. There were no special touches to make this an excellent flight.
PHOG airport infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired and even lack back up electrical generators for power outage contingencies that delayed the departure of this flight more than 1.5 hrs. As the gateway to Maui they need a lot of work to meet standards
Great flight was early each flight. I was even upgraded to first class for free
Worst airline ever don’t travel with American Airlines
I booked this reservation 2mo in advance with 2 lap babies. When i called to add the babies they never told me about the lap baby rule. If I would have known i would have bought my toddler her own seat no problem. They moved my seats far from each other. My babies need to sit near their mom it was a redeye. At check in the manager did us a “favor” and moved us to adjacent aisle seats… in the last row. Those seats don't recline and the constant people, flushing and talking woke the babies up all night. No one slept. The main attendant couldn’t be bothered and had a, get over it bad attitude. Oh did i mention i had a dog at my feet also?? Every time they were woken up by the bathroom (constantly) my babies would cry for their mommy and i could only hold on at a time. adjacent seats from mommy is not comforting . Why on earth would we be moved to those seats?! I know why. We were discriminated against for having babies. “Put the babies in the back.” I was a 4x a year flyer at minimum. We will NEVER fly with AA again and i will be filing a complaint. You should be ashamed of your treatment of a family and young children.

I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."

Als Alleinreisender ist der Fensterplatz immer blöd, besonders bei eine 3-3-3 Bestuhlung in der Boeing 787-9 in der Economy Class, weil man gleich 2 unbekannte Leute aufscheuchen muss, wenn man zur Toilette will. Sitzbreite und Fußraum sind für einen Langstrecken- Flug gerade noch akzeptabel. Wenn nicht Mitglieder meiner Reisegruppe, die ich in den letzten Tagen kennenlernte neben mir sassen, wäre es schlimmer gewesen.
My flight was delayed then It was cancelled, then it was re-scheduled with a 6 hours layover the next day. It took 20 hours instead of 13 hours to get to my destination. I had chosen a flight that I paid $400 extra to make it earlier with a 2 hour layover because I was going to a funeral. I barely made it. It was awful and stressful and the Air Canada customer Service was just ok. I talked to three different agents trying to book and rebook and rebook again. They give me to $10 meal coupon for my troubles!!!!!!
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.
Food was not great. For an overnight - why did we skip breakfast?

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."
Positiv: "Both going and returning flights left and arrived on time. The crew were good. Boarding and unloading went fast and efficiently and bags arrived fairly quickly and not damaged."
Negativ: "The rouge entertainment system didn’t work. It seems like it’s old technology that was used when only some passengers used it. Now every seat has a device trying to log in. System just can’t support the high volumn of use. It worked on the return flight but most passengers were sleeping."

Negativ: "Flight Delayed by 2 days, only offered hotel voucher for one day, despite being told we would get vouchers for 2 days. Customer service made no attempts to make the situation right. Employees at the airport did not know what they were doing, gave lots of misinformation. Upon landing, we were refused our bags despite being stranded for multiple days. Terrible experience. I urge you to stay away."

The wheelchair attendant was very friendly and courteous she made my mother feel relaxed since it was her first time traveling alone as a disabled person."

They're the only ones that go direct between YYZ and SFO, so not much choice there, but their staff are always friendly and courteous, and usually the plane provides wifi (for a price), which makes the hours whiz by."

Negativ: "In a 2 hour 20 min flight, the flight attendant finally asked me for something to drink with only 45 min left in the flight. Why was only one person serving the whole plane? Also, we should be offered at least a complimentary snack of pretzels/peanuts. Lastly, the carry-on luggage "sizer" at the counter is way too small. My carry-on that I take with me all of the time didn't fit. But when I was able to take it on without using the sizer, it fit just fine."
Positiv: "I slept on this leg which I appreciated and we also got into Orlando early. Very excited about that."

Negativ: "I didn’t like not having to choose our seat assignments after we booked our flight. I have used Kayak on many occasions and I was able to choose my seat after booking. I was not able to do that after I booked my flight."
Positiv: "Guter Komfort und gute Beinfreiheit zu den Vordersitzen so dass man auch nach einem Langstreckenflug von München nach San Francisco entspannt ankommt."
Negativ: "Paying for TV when first flight let Us watch app on our iPad for free. Also - lackluster food choices."

Negativ: "This was a terrible flight. Entertainment system would not go off, no crew attention, we had 2 young kids and they could not sleep with the flashing TV in front of their eyes. Crew did not have the technical chops to even reset the system or try to. To add to the misery, we were seated in the last row where seats won't recline. If after flying 200k miles on United, I get this, I don't know what's worse! Very poor experience on United. Will just donate my miles."
