More Indian movies Travel kits were not provided in business class

Food for Dinner was repeated in the next lunch too.

Only 2 meals on a 16 hrs flight and they had few option for food and drink. Qty was not sufficient

There is not much good to say. Boarding process is time consuming, food should improve a lot and entertainment choices are limited and outdated.

Singapore airlines should update their meals plan for “Hindu NV”. I felt like it was not the best choice we had!

It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.

Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.

Food should be supplied as per request. One meal option they are giving as per passenger request either vegetarian or non vegetarian. When real vegetarian people get to choose by that time all vegetarian meals are finished. Entertainment telugu movie collection is very poor. When 90% passengers are Telugu speaking there are only 2 Telugu movies whereas other language selection is more. Movies number should be based on passenger destinations

Did not get bassinet seat for my infant. Qatar airways sold the bassinet seat to adults and we travelled with our infant on our lap

That was a wonderful trip. Staff are courteous, Doha airport is awesome and flight is very clean. Asian vegetarian food stated okay but could be improved.

Reason: There are two queues 1 For people who did a web checkin 2 people who didn’t do a web checkin The Qatar staff at Hyderabad experienced a technical glitch because their only system failed and there was no backup option. There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.

Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Later when I asked them to show the baggage restrictions, they went back saying it's okay. I had only 1 check in bag and it weight 1 kg more. I thought they would allow it since I had only 1 check in bag but they made me take out that extra kg and check in my carry on as second bag. Finally I asked for an aisle seat and they said the flight was full. But when I boarded the IAD flight I was rather surprised to see quite a few aisle and window seats. So rather than being a great experience, I would say it was a mediocre one because of the Hyderabad staff."

The crew were very friendly and smiling all the time.

The crew was good. The change in the schedule delayed our connecting flight from JED to DMM for more than 10 hours. I had to schedule my important meeting early morning. SAUDIA is not helping to reserve other available flights as this delay was their mistake and we paid the penalty without any care to satisfy their customers. It will be the last time to travel with SAUDIA and I will post this story everywhere to tell all passengers the risk they need to take if they book via SAUDIA.

I had a 3 yr old who got tired of sitting so i took him around and took him to prayer area when no one else was there, and they came in telling us that it was not safe and i told them that he just wanted to walk around and we just got here iw will go in 2 mins and they were like no sorry its not safe, something with ocygen and everything and i was like if i pray here then it wudnt be dangerous? And they were like ur baby wont be here. Why in the world will my baby stay at his seat when his mother is away. And then I was really sick that day which is why i was drinking alot of tea that i do not even like, i was only drinking it bez it was hot and they were giving me attitude giving the tea. Also one time they did not have the tea so i asked them to give me hot water and one of them said u have to wait 5 mins when we start serving and at that time i really thought she just did not wanna give it yo me because they were just being mean. I did not know tht genuinly they were refreshing everything, so one of them brought me boiling hot water and then cane 5 mine later with food and taunted me that you did not finish your water. For heavens sake I was not gonna drink boiling hot water, i was waiting for it to get to the level ehetr i cud drink it. Overall extremely very disappointed"

In addition, it rained and there were leaks in the roof all throughout the terminal. The water was literally pouring in non-stop. I advise anyone to avoid long layovers (or any layover) in Jeddah. The only positive aspect is there are a couple of good (small) coffee shapes and reclaimed chairs that are good for sleeping."
