Negativ: "The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally"

Perhaps boarding by groups would help a bit with the organization during boarding. There is a lack of space for overhead bags, and this caused some stress amongst the passengers.

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

Positiv: "Everyone was helpful and fried. They did a real good job of moving people thru security fast. They processed like 150 people in line in about 10 minutes."
Negativ: "We were delayed out of Chicago almost an hour because they had to scrape ice off the wings. I really stressed over possibly missing my layover. I ended up having to race to the it terminal in 10 minutes. I checked my bag because they said they were running out overhead space and then they went and put my bag on a LATER FLIGHT so I still don’t have my bag"
Positiv: "Flugzeug war ein altes Flugzeug meine ich. Durchdas es nicht voll besetzt war hatte ich einen 3er Sitz für mich alleine. Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."
Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."

Negativ: "If you get to the airport too early and there aren't any American Airlines flight before yours you have to wait for the crew to get there to open the counter and check you in. Just a couple pounds over the 50lbs and you get screwed with a $100 fee. There is very little AC in the airport and very few outlets so if you have to wait for a flight make sure to charge your devices prior to getting to the airport. WiFi on this an all other American Airlines flights I've recently taken has been useless - almost impossible to use."

Negativ: "Paid for upgrade that wasn't great. Next class down was just as good. AWFUL FOOD!! Worst I have ever had. HATE the new seat design. Cant lean against the window because of the gap. My purse fell through the gap onto the floor behind my seat. Had to ask the person behind me 3 times to please hand it back to me. The armrest doesnt go up which helps at times getting in and out. It is a large uncomfortable impediment. The remotes were all over the place, down in the seat, on the floor. No one could find the plug in for the headphones. It is in the most ridiculous place!"

Negativ: "The short trip from London to Vienna felt overcrowded with people lugging heavy suitcases on board. Also the fact that you have to purchase even water was a surprise because we were not aware of such a severe policy by BA. Plus our American credit cards were not accepted by the on board cc machine so we spent 2 hour flight without any refreshments"

Negativ: "Nach leichter Verspäung des vorangegangenen Fluges, gab es keinerlei Unterstützung, um zügig zum Anschlussflug zu gelangen, obwohl ich aktiv mehrere Mitarbeiter auf die Dringlichkeit eines schnellen Transfers angesprochen habe. Es gab kein Interesse zu Helfen, keine Entschuldigung und keine Erklärung. Beim Sannen der Bordkarte vorm Security Check wurde elektronisch angezeigt, dass ich mich an den Kiosk wenden sollte. Dort wurde ohne Worte, Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Hilfe umgebucht und eine neue Bordkarte ausgedruckt. Solch ein Desinteresse an Unterstützung habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. P.S. Ich spreche fließend englisch, es war also keine Sprachbarriere."

Negativ: "This was American Airlines flight, not British Airways. The plane was old and quite uncomfortable. The entertainment system was subpar. The AA app was supposed to give opportunity to get more choice using personal devices but the system did not work on this old plane."
Negativ: "Meine Tochter (sie ist 16 Jahre alt) war die einzigste die auf standby gemacht worden ist. Obwohl sie minderjährig ist. Das ist eine Sauerei und das Personal haben NULL Empathie oder Sympathie gehabt."

Positiv: "Boarding was fast and efficient. Everyone went the same time. Had to come in via a small queue and then wait for the gate to open."
Negativ: "No food or drinks given at all for free. You had to buy even a soft drink. Not a good experience at all. I waited and bought fast food at the airport after the flight."

Negativ: "Getränke an Bord: kostenpflichtig zu Flughafen Preisen Warum eine Business Class für 99€ Aufpreis angeboten wird obwol es lächerlich ist, ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Insgesamt eine miserable Leistung."

Negativ: "Flight was delayed. Poor food offerings, no entertainment, minimal leg room, rushed and cramped boarding process."
Positiv: "Sehr freundliches aufmerksames Personal... und pünktliches boarding."
Negativ: "Die Sitze waren ungemütlich und ich war in der Mitte auf einem 3er Platz umgeben von zwei fremden Männern die beide geschlafen haben und ich deswegen nicht auf die Toilette konnte. Alleinreisende in die Mitte zu setzen finde ich nicht gut."
Positiv: "Gut informiert über den Status des Fluges (Verspätung)"
Negativ: "Ist zuemlich mühsam, wenn Passagiere Mc / BurgerKing in den flieger zum Essen mitnehmen. Entweder könnte man das verbieten (den anderen passagieren zuliebe) oder bietet doch einfach etwas zu Essen an (im preis inbegriffen). Bei Swiss klappt es auch. Und so viel günstiger ist BA auch nicht."

Negativ: "The plane had a mechanical problem and did not fly out. We are hoping to fly out one day later."
Negativ: "Eine Katastrophe nach der anderen. Wieder Angefangen mit einer Stunde, am Ende mit 3 Stunden Verspätung. An Anfang keine Begründung (wohl miese Organisation), dann als alle schon im Flieger waren, wieder mal technische Probleme. Wartung würde sicher helfen, Fazit: 4 Flüge alle verspätet, 1 kompletter Tag verloren, ca. 2000 USD Kosten durch Notbuchungen von Hotels und neuen Anschlußflügen."

Negativ: "The bag drop off was awful, we queued 3 times and every time we got to the front the machine stopped working. Not enough staff to help solve the computer issues as there was one member of staff across all the drop in machines. Very frustrating to have to continually join new queues."

Negativ: "Essen wieder sehr BA britisch ... Der Flug war zu kurz, wir hätten gerne eine Runde geschlafen!"

Positiv: "Das Board Personal hat nicht viel mit mir gesprochen. Allerdings war der pilot gut Start und landung hab ich fast nicht gemerkt und er hat den verspäteten Start gut gemacht und ist pünktlich angekommen."
Negativ: "Essen? Hätte man zahlen müssen. Früher hätte man zumindest ein Wasser und a Mini pack Nüsse bekommen"
Negativ: "This is a 3.5 hour flight, early in the morning (meaning people are up hours in advance). No snacks and no water are a terrible idea. It seems that this is something like a strategy for trips to/from Athens. It is not a small/fast flight by any means and water should be offered and not charged at ridiculously high prices. Not enough space for a slightly taller people. Emergency exit seats which have more legroom were priced extra and way expensive. PS: it was too cold in that plane."
