There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

Negativ: "Im Gegensatz zu meinen bisherigen Flügen mit der Lufthansa in der Business Class war diesmal eine Flugbegleitung für 12 Passagiere alleine zuständig, was bei zwei Kleinkindern und einem "anspruchsvollen" Passagier bereits zu einer ansatzweisen Überforderung geführt hat (Essen und Getränke wurden äußerst zeitverzögert gebracht, Schwimmweste und Anschnallgurt für Kleinkind wurde in zwei Gängen gebracht und der Gurt erst kurz vor der Startbahn der Mutter übergeben. Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

Negativ: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Negativ: "Boarding is chaotic for economy, with everyone mobbing around the entrance. Having people board in subsets, beyond just 1st class and people needing assistance would be helpful. It makes the entire airport gate areas hard to maneuver around for other people as each plane loads, and it stresses out the group waiting to get on the plane."

Negativ: "Der Flug ist nicht pünktlich gestartet. Informationen kamen sehr spät. Bis zum Zeitpunkt des eigentlichen Boardings war der Flugstatus pünktlich. Aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen wurden bereits zuvor Flüge von LH und EW nach MUC annulliert. Erst gegen 21 Uhr erfolgte die Snkündigung dass 21:45 die neue Abflugszeit wäre. Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Positiv: "Verpflegung am Board war gut und Personal sehr freundlich gewesen. Sehr schnelle und kompetente Abwicklung beim Boarding."
Negativ: "Die Verspätung ist natürlich immer nicht gut, aber für uns war dies kein Problem gewesen. In 99 Prozent kann auch die Crew sehr wenig dafür."

Negativ: "Boarding was a free for all. My seat was near the front of the plane but the crew directed me to enter at the back of the plane. There were people entering from both the front and the back, meaning people were stuck trying to get past each other in the tight aisle. It was difficult to find space in the overhead compartments for carryon luggage due to people bringing too much stuff - the crew should have stepped in and helped. The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."

Each time anyone walked down the aisle-/including a crew member-/ she would bang my head, lean against me and even though I asked nicely that she sit down or go to the back since it was 3 am and I was trying to sleep, she wanted to stand near her husband in the row ahead of me. And the crew never said a word."

At airport HAJ I've heard that's usual that baggage can't arrive in one our! So I didn't understand why this flight was offered by KLM!"

Negativ: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

It should have been done earlier. 2. weather - caused the initial problem in NYC, no fault of air canada. 3. Montreal airport - Our gates were switched 3 times during the delays. Which happens, however the gate changes started at one end of the airport, moved to the other end of the airport and back to the original end."

On the flight to Toronto, my daughter had to do it for me. On the return flight, the sweet flight attendant put the bag in and took it out for me. I really appreciated that"

Negativ: "Crowded middle seat that was uncomfortable to sit in. Sat next to severely overweight person, who needed two seas to be comfortable. I was squished. The seat belt was tangled up and I could not fix it to adjust it. Bell to call flight attendant was not working. The middle light bulb was burnt out. Took my book to read on this long flight but could not read. just sat in the dark when the lights went out. Boarding the plane seemed like planned chaos! No one (passengers) listened to instructions and these were poor given by those responsible to oversee the boarding the plane. Fight was delayed for half an hour with people coming on at such late time. Had to change seats to accommodate others - family with children. Dealing with disembarkation should be better and much too long. Those with connecting flights should leave first and can be identified earlier to prevent cheating. Those with children should be next. Those in the aisle seats then leave, followed by those in the middle and window seats. Loading the plane after the business class or first class should be according to seat number from the back of the plane to the front. this completely random boarding boarding clogs up the aisle with passengers and luggage. I thought in an emergency this plane would not be efficiently evacuated. You can call me Seelochan Beharry 604-261-6690"

Rushing to C33 I found another flight boarding at that location with one United Representative who could not stop to answer questions. Seeing two unoccupied Representatives at the next gate (C32), I asked if they could help me with the confusion, they said I should check with gate C33 - which I told them that she was too busy with other passengers. I searched for a Departure Board and discovered that gate C33 was still the gate, but "aircraft maintenance" had delayed the flight until after 8:20. After having to check my carry-on because of lack of space in the overheads, my departure from the airport was further delayed another 30 minutes. Upon returning home and checking my email, I found notifications of two different gate changes (C33 & C44). Announcements should have been made at both gate C39 about the changing of the gate and at C33 explaining the problem. The captain's lame excuse about air conditioning and Phoenix's hot weather was lame to say the least."

Couldn't even bend down to get something under my seat because of the lack of space between rows. Also the air conditioner was extremely warm and the pressure of the air did not reach the seat. I was sticking to the chair because it was so warm. It just sucks that air travel has gone the way of every other industry that values quantity over quality."

I told her we'd put the purse in the bag but for some reason she demanded we check in our carry on. And we saw two women right in front of us with "3" bags... That meant an additional 30 minutes at bag check while our ride circled the airport. The was the last of 4 flights, and it was the only time anyone made this an issue."

Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
