Flug 3h Verspätung bereits 15 min nach dem check-in. Neue Crew freundlich und alle Gaeste wolten einfch schnell nach hause, somit zuegiges boarding.

Die Pünktlichkeit bei Swiss lässt zu wünschen übrig. Jede Woche mindestens 45 Minuten bis zu zu 105 Minuten Verspätung sind ein absolutes NoGo!

My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly."

Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."

Negativ: "Wifi never works. I wanted to charge my phone, but my outlets weren't working, either (my neighbor had no issues). Kinda sucked considering I was planning on working on my flight to New York. The AC was blasting humid air, so it was extremely uncomfortable."

Verspätet

Alles ist gut abgelaufen. Es war ein kurzer Flug und wir haben eine schöne gute Aufenthalt gehabt. Dann haben wir ja sehr gut gelandet.

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

Kniefreiheit nicht gegeben

Zunächst wird bei der Lufthansa eine gegenderte Drohung ausgesprochen, nämlich, wenn die Gäste die Maske abnehmen sollten und sich den Anweisungen der Crew widersetzen sollten, würden die polizeilichen Organe am Bestimmungsort informiert. Das bringt schon mal "gute Laune" in die trotz 9 Mrd. Steuerzahlerstütze unveränderte Kabine. Die sieht dann auch so aus, als ob sie seit der letzten Stilllegung wegen Corona aus Kostengründen nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Die Businessclass ist ohnehin eine Zumutung, nämlich die gleiche Bestuhlung, wie in Economy, nur mit einem leeren Sitzplatz dazwischen. Lufthansa sollte sich einmal ein Beispiel an Turkish Airlines nehmen, die die Zeit des Lockdowns genutzt hat, um für die Gäste ein Upgrade in Ausstattung und Verpflegung zu organisieren, die ihresgleichen sucht, aber bei der Lufthansa sicher nicht findet.

Negativ: "Formulare für Einreise wurden nicht geladen und mussten in der Warteschlage im Stehen ausgefüllt werden"

Negativ: "SARS-CoV-2 und Abstandsgebot gibt es für LH nicht!? Biz mit nur 1 PAX bis Row 6, Eco bis Row 10 alle Reihen unbesetzt (Trimmung). Dahinter die Rows dicht besetzt, teilweise 2x2 im ohnehin schon eng bestuhlten CRJ. Bei Ankunft Busposition mit nur 1 Bus (Abstand im Bus??)."
Negativ: "Wie kann man in Zeiten von "Corona" das Flugzeug komplett voll belegen und dann mit "Vertrauen" und "We care for your health" werben? So bekommt man verlorene Kunden bestimmt nicht dazu, wieder öfters zu fliegen... :-("
Positiv: "Nette Crew, bequemer Sitz. Leckeres Sandwich"
Negativ: "WLAN dürfte doch auch gratis möglich sein ;-)"

I want to particularly commend the attendant who, after I notified her that someone was very ill in the adjacent bathroom, stood discreetly nearby and offered the person a glass of water when he emerged. Very considerate."
Negativ: "The transfer was a horrible, stressful experience. We knew it as a short connection but Lufthansa had accepted it. On our outward bound flight three weeks earlier, we were all met and escorted swiftly by a flight attendant from the first leg plane (EWR-MUN) to the second leg plane (MUN-Nice) to ensure that we all made it onboard. Impressive. On our return journey, no such luck! No attendant to meet us, and a huge line at immigration, full of panicked and stressed-out passengers jockeying for position, with no-one from ANY airline there to do a triage for those with the shortest connections. Ridiculous. In addition, the passport-scanning machines were very slow and quirky. My own passport was rejected because there was no evidence I had passed through Munich on my outward bound journey!! RIDICULOUS. I managed to slip through to a human being and begged the immigration officer to let me go through with my husband, who had had no such problem. The officer told me he could not find a stamp from my earlier transit through!!! Eventually I suppose he did because he let me through. Don't cut costs on things that customers see, touch and eat. To add to that, my mother in law is handicapped. When transferring her to the gate, they took her in a bus and did not strap the wheel chairs next to her chair. All of them fell on her - YES! THEY ALL FELL FROM A HEIGHT ON A HANDICAPPED PERSON WHO HAS ARTHRITIS AND IN PAIN ALL THE TIME. Damaged her knee joints. This is why we travel business class - and they hurt her more than if we took her our selves."
