It didn’t happen. The flight left early. We would have made our connection had they left on time. Our arriving flight had a 2.5 hour delay. We would have made it on our connection had they not left early. Now our luggage is in limbo.

Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."

I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great."

I paid over $1500 for the flight. I requested a refund, but all they gave me in return was $100.

I was traveling with a young child and the flight attendants were rude and unhelpful when simple requests were made like an early cracker or cookie to help distract him while everyone else was boarding. Also, my wife received dirty looks from an attendant when she asked if she could get by while holding our crying infant. They made us feel like a burden instead of a paying customer. The food was really sub par, especially the breakfast sandwich; cold, soggy veggie sandwich with no flavor (zero seasoning or vinegar or oil) and as mentioned the bread was cold and soggy wet. Also, there seemed to be something wrong with one of the bathroom’s ventilation, the smell was terrible throughout the entire flight. In the past Lufthansa had a good reputation for customer service, they are actively destroying it with how they currently treat passengers. If our return flight is as bad we will never fly Lufthansa again.

It never happens. I did not receive the travel info and was forced to buy another much more expensive ticket.

Besser wäre gewesen, von hinten nach vorne die Maschine zu füllen, nicht kreuz und quer durcheinander, bis jeder dann sein Gepäck verstaut hat - das kostete zusätzlich Zeit."

Liegt ungünstig, wenn man mit Auto oder Bus an-/Abreist, weil erst der ganze Flughafen umfahren werden muss. 8kg Handgepäcksregelung ist echt nicht zeitgemäß und eine schickane. Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

Schließlich fand sich doch noch ein Platz in den Staufächern der Business Class, mit dem Hinweis, da hätten wir aber nochmal Glück gehabt."

They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."

Als Alleinreisender ist der Fensterplatz immer blöd, besonders bei eine 3-3-3 Bestuhlung in der Boeing 787-9 in der Economy Class, weil man gleich 2 unbekannte Leute aufscheuchen muss, wenn man zur Toilette will. Sitzbreite und Fußraum sind für einen Langstrecken- Flug gerade noch akzeptabel. Wenn nicht Mitglieder meiner Reisegruppe, die ich in den letzten Tagen kennenlernte neben mir sassen, wäre es schlimmer gewesen.

Nothing to like. We never made it to that flight because our previous flight was late getting in

It's a systemically dysfunctional Air Line. Considering my past experience with Air Canada and my most recent flight from New Orleans to St Johns Newfoundland and back, I will never fly with them again.

Long lines for everything during departure, delays for takeoff, seating ok but cramped, bathrooms disgusting and delays on arrival, sat on plane 30mins before being able to leave plane.

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

I ended up having the 2 seats to myself which was great. Extra legroom. I have no complaints at all."
Negativ: "The plain had been siting at the gate when I arrived 1.5 hours early...trouble was the flight crew did not show up on time. the flight left 2 hours and 45 minutes late. Even after we all boarded, they made an announcement that we were ready to go, but still needed a pilot. If I was this late, I'd be in serious trouble."

Negativ: "My husband went onto the plane in Toronto bite-free and left the plane in Toyko with over 20+ bites from what we assume were bed bug bites. This left us in a panic about dealing with bed bugs. Apparently, bed bugs on planes are becoming more common place! We've contacted Air Canada via email about a week ago and are waiting to hear back from them. Furthermore, the flight to and from Tokyo did not allow much time for sleeping. The flight attendants were going up and down the aisles very often with meals/snacks, drinks, duty-free, and charity requests. I was expecting a lull after the dinner meal where they would dim the lights and limit services for a few hours, but it did not happen. While impressive how many services were available it was a bit much and would have preferred less to allow for some quiet time. Finally, the return flight from Tokyo to Toronto there was a single flight attendant who was quite rude to the other attendants as well as passengers. While boarding a lady in front of us didn't have her boarding pass when entering the plane but was with her husband. This flight attendant asked her for the pass, and she said she knew where her seat was because her husband was right in front of her and they were sitting together (at this point we had our boarding passed check 3 times before even boarding the plane). The attendant raised her voice at the lady and told her it didn't matter and that she needed the pass. Within a few minutes, she was getting after a few flight attendants for insignificant things. This behavior continued throughout the flight, very unprofessional. This was my first time flying Air Canada and I was not impressed."

Negativ: "I booked a flight for 8pm on Friday 7/29. Night of 7/28, I found out my plans changed and wanted to try and find an earlier flight. I called the help line and waited on hold for 1hour and 45min. The man I spoke with was able to move my flight to 12:50p for $200 change flight fee and $207 ticket difference. I arrive at the airport for this flight only to learn that the man last night moved my flight to the next day, Saturday 7/30. After over an hour of waiting and pleading, the check in attendant was able to get me back on my original flight and return the monies I paid for the seat change. However I had to wait at the airport for 8 hours until my flight, after wasting 2 hours on the phone and another hour at the check-in desk... 11hours total. THEN, they cancelled my 1:30pm return flight and could only get me on an 8pm flight, so another 8 hrs of waiting around. Customer service was terrible throughout. Will never fly this airline again"

Then she got annoyed and was disrespectful to the passengers as they were trying to get in line. She needed to give better directions or change the way they called the zones. Air Canada knew the flight to Montreal was delayed when we left London. They changed our reservation to Toronto to a flight that we still couldn't connect with because of timing. It would have been easier if they were more realistic with the timing of the flight and booked us on a later flight to Toronto."

Delay was very frustrating. Also, not a fan of selections on United WiFi entertainment - very limited."

On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

In other words, UA is accomodating stand-by passengers before accomodating customers who have purchased tickets. Try sitting in a middle seat after two overseas flights... especially as a tall person with no knee space and a super-uncomfortable seat with the headcushion area reaching only your neck. Those seats were clearly made for folks under 5'8"-5'9"."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
Negativ: "After I booked my round trip flight to Denver from New Orleans I discovered that my mom had surgery to remove her breast cancer on the day I was originally supposed to depart. I called to see if there was anything I could do to change my flight to the next day and received no help what so ever. They said it would cost $200 just from the start. I couldn't afford that, so I just bought a cheaper one way ticket for the next day, not knowing that if I didn't catch my first flight that my return flight would also be cancelled. When I called to see if I still had my return flight I was told no and one again told it would cost $200 to do anything about it. So in the end, I'm stuck in Denver and bought a round trip ticket for absolutely no reason."

Negativ: "I have arthritis (walk with a cane) and didn't have enough leg room....hated being in a middle seat....and due to that could not stand in flight to stretch legs. Also the crew on the way to New York made sure I had a wheelchair to cross the airport in Chicago and not so in New Orleans...had to make a visit to the emergency room after getting home and be off work for 5 days due to the condition of my leg after the walk across the airport."
