"As a silver medallion I don’t know how to request upgrade and when I call delta I have been on hold 3 times for over 2 hours each and can’t reach anyone."

"Plane was hot. Flight handling was poor (rough takeoff, landing). Young and inexperienced pilot. Short flight made it bearable. If it was longer than an hour, that would have been terrible. Beverage service? Warm water. Disappointing."

The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."

Negativ: "Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

When she showed up, she said she would not give seat assignments for another 15 minutes, so come back then. That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"

Das bringt schon mal "gute Laune" in die trotz 9 Mrd. Steuerzahlerstütze unveränderte Kabine. Die sieht dann auch so aus, als ob sie seit der letzten Stilllegung wegen Corona aus Kostengründen nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Die Businessclass ist ohnehin eine Zumutung, nämlich die gleiche Bestuhlung, wie in Economy, nur mit einem leeren Sitzplatz dazwischen. Lufthansa sollte sich einmal ein Beispiel an Turkish Airlines nehmen, die die Zeit des Lockdowns genutzt hat, um für die Gäste ein Upgrade in Ausstattung und Verpflegung zu organisieren, die ihresgleichen sucht, aber bei der Lufthansa sicher nicht findet."

Negativ: "Die Verspätung ist natürlich immer nicht gut, aber für uns war dies kein Problem gewesen. In 99 Prozent kann auch die Crew sehr wenig dafür."

Negativ: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

When we arrived whoever was running the jet bridge took 15 minutes to get it out to our jet, essentially causing us to miss our flight right then. And then the staff had the audacity to tell us we had to hike back ten minutes to wait in an hour long line to rebook. When they could have done it at their gate just as easily. Simply awful service For paying first/business class"

Ich kam mir vor wie auf einer Kaffeefahrt, ständig Werbung für irgendwas, was man kaufen soll: FlyNet, Boardshop, irgendein Hilfsprojekt."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Positiv: "We had requested special meals and they showed up fine on the reservation page o. AirCanad's web site. Then they changed the itinerary (again) with a minor improvement after we had upgraded to Business class. Somehow Air Canada deleted the special meals. Not just lost with the change but actively deleted according their rep. So no meals."

Positiv: "Service was great. Food menu has improved greatly."

Negativ: "I would like to see planes getting boarded from the back to the front. That way there are less people holding up traffic and you are not bumping someone who is already seated as you are going by."

The flight was too full and the plane too heavy so extra fuel needed to get be left behind, which meant we had to land in Jamaica refuel and then head to Toronto. Arrival time was meant to Be 10:30pm and we arrived around 1:30am."

Negativ: "Seats so close should not be able to recline in someone's lap, makes it for a very uncomfortable ride. Not every passenger cares about the comfort of others. Therefore if seating have to be that close together they should not be able to recline. Our flight got in at 1am and because a family member needs assistance we were told to wait by some parked golf carts and someone would be right over to assist, we waited as we saw all passengers walk by and flight crew and no one showed. Then decided to slowly start walking and after awhile an angel of the airport staff, I wish I got her name to thank her saw our struggling through and quickly ran to grab a wheelchair and assisted us right to our shuttle service.These are the things that make airport service more pleasant, for such a state of the art airport the experience for passengers should run a little smoother and assistance to those that need it should be readily available. Negativ: "On my outgoing flight, the audio jack was broken at my original seat, so they offered for me to move to the only available seat. Unfortunately, that TV broke after about an hour. I noticed that there were several TVs around me that also were having issues. On a long flight- 5+ plus hours, a TV with movies can be extremely helpful! If the technology had been kept functional, it would have been a much more tolerable flight."

Negativ: "Checkin process has to be SERIOUSLY reviewed and improved, especially for International travelers. Our boarding passes printed in Okinawa had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason, and we narrowly avoided a huge line to wait into because staff mistakenly made us wait in the WRONG lane. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"

Also, I had a 60 minute layover in Toronto which is considered "legal", but I had to dash through the airport to make the flight and my luggage did not make it at all (and was not delivered to me until 38 hours after I landed in LHR). Would recommend NOT considering an hour ample time for a layover in Toronto going US to UK."

Positiv: "The boarding was painless. We could board early since we were in Zone 1."
Negativ: "Not enough space for overhead luggage. The crew looked overworked and stressed. Had to ask the stewardess 3 times for the same order. The seats weren't really an upgrade, it was just a Window and Aisle seat with a table in between. The service was not any better than economy. The Upgrade didn't feel like an upgrade. We will definitely think twice before booking with Air Canada."

Crew was friendly. Movies were OK. Mostly old hat. Bring your own I-pod. They only come around once with beverages so you have to ask."

Negativ: "Wie üblich auf diesen kurzen Flügen keine Bordunterhaltung. Relativ wenig Sitzabstand wie sonst aber auch üblich (bei knappe 1,90m) wenn kein spezieller Sitz mehr frei ist."

Negativ: "We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for over 2.5hrs because of “Misterious tape on the plane found by ground crew” Then we sat watching plane after plane take off before us because of traffic. There was no phone charger on the seats so with all the delays and me trying to notify everyone at the Wedding in Santa Barbara (my final destination) it made it difficult to reach everyone. I paid extra to fly straight in to Santa Barbara because this after there was a Bridal party Wine tour which I am missing. The next flight is at 4pm and I have all the Wedding dresses cholis/Sarees. I asked even for a Rental car at Customer service so I could get there by 4 at least instead of 5-6pm ad they said “Oh we don’t do that” I understand mechanical problems or weather delays but don’t say you found Tape randomly on the plane that you need to check out and then sit in line on the tarmac for another hour+ It’s extreemly upsetting and disappointing. If my Luggage for whatever reason does not arrive on my now later flight to Santa Barbara I will be beyond disappointed AND will have disappointed the Bride and 4 other of my Best Friends."

Negativ: "Terrible experience. Will avoid united at all costs. We arrived with enough time and called ahead. They said to run and the plane would still be there however at the kiosk, the personell was very unhelpful. They made us miss our flight, fly out the next day and didn't now help change our return flight to the next day. I called united, the booking agency and the other airline without getting any changes."

Negativ: "Ich bin klein und fand es beengend. Das überraschendste war aber das komplett fehlende Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nicht mal ein gemeinschaftlicher Monitor. Dies bei einem 4h Flug. Info über vorhandene Service( entertainment und food ) im Flug wäre wünschenswert."

Negativ: "they canceled our flight to hanaeda and instead had us take an hour later flight to narita which is a 1 1/2 hour $30 bus ride away which they don’t pay for. this caused us to miss our connecting flight to Asahikawa, the last flight of the day. The connection time allowed was not nearly enough even if the plane had not been an hour late and there are no flights to asahikawa from narita. yo have to transfer to hanaeda. remind me not to fly United to Tokyo again as I’m pretty sure the flight was canceled because it was not full enough. Even the narita flight with all the hanaeda passengers rebooked on it was not full. So i suspect this may be a relatively common occurance on the hanaeda flight."

Negativ: "I had to print out my own labels for my bags. No one told me this . Mind you, I was already in line! I had to go print label. Get in line again. Attendant said I need to put the label on myself. And for me to step aside. I was not gonna get out of line again. No one was there to let customers know of this labeling. People were confused! Then I paid $25 online for my luggage. Then my luggage was over 50 pounds. I was charged $100. So I paid $125 for my luggage. Lax TSA Employees are rude and mean. Yelling do this and do that. Like we prisoners. I will never fly United again. I will let everyone know of my experience. Terrible customer service. Then your screens don't work on your airplane. Cannot watch movies. Therefore your plane is not up to par. But I paid up to $700! Never again. Good luck United."

Negativ: "there where some issues with the airplane from the beginning we were inform that the seat belt and cigarette icons lights were no working . but then they have to call technicians to do a recheck on the plane so there more issues no just about the lights we have to stay in the plane until fixed some people lost their connection flights. the terminal where we landed was a long walk to customs then pick up bags and transport to the next terminal no enough time to eat between flights. to stressful ."

Negativ: "The crew was kind and we boarded quickly however the seats were small. Which mean when your 3.5 hour flight turns into 9 hours due to weather this can become very painful. There is no entertainment unless you brought your own device and without a plug to charge it becomes useless quickly."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"

Negativ: "Not necessarily their fault, but there was a lot of turbulence and at one point I hit my head pretty hard. Puddle jumpers are never for tall people. I do wish they made them just a bit more comfortable to walk through."
