Florida was in a state of emergency and we needed to change are flight due to a hurricane because of the good chance the airport could close. Chat deal did nothing to help with getting out of Florida early so are trip was not ruined.we had to buy a new ticket and lost out of a lot of money.we where willing to drive at our own expense to Dulles and catch our flight but was told if we didn’t get on in Florida we couldn’t have any of our flights we paid for not even the return flight. Very disappointed in your site

Teuer bezalter Business Flug mit bezahlten, reservierten Plätzen. ich reservierte 4A / 4G sowie 5A (1 pax for the two seater in C) Als Familie mit Kleinkind bekamen wir am Gate die neuen Plätze 1D, 3 A, 6A. Als Familie mit Kleinkind durften wir als erste in den Bus und waren so die letzten im Flieger. Als wir uns auf 1 D setzen wollte, sass da bereits eine dicke Frau, die ebenfalls 1 D elektronisch vorweisen konnte. Wir sollten uns laut FB irgendwohin setzen ... Statt Essen gab es nur (für die ganze Kabine) 1 Fl. Wasser und 1 Keks. Ausgeführt von Dolomiti.

Crew was nice, boarding was organized chaos, they didn’t offer a non-dairy option for a meal. My entertainment device didn’t work properly. We waited an hour and a half after boarding to actually take off due to baggage being put in the plan, which forced us to miss our connection.

Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.

Negativ: "Upon deplaning in Cancun, an attendant asked me if I was staying there. I indicated that I was not, that I had a connection. He clearly knew I was about to be led astray, but he did nothing to prevent it. Maybe there was nothing he COULD do, but if so, why bother to ask?"
Positiv: "Boarding went smoothly."
Negativ: "Aeromexico was unable to provide the boarding pass for our second flight on the itinerary (operated by Delta) when we checked in in Mexico City (our checked bags were tagged all the way to Minneapolis though). They informed us that we would need to go to the Delta ticket counter when we arrived in Cancun (with a short layover). This is an unacceptable level of service."

Negativ: "The poor service provided to customers when a flight gets delayed, there was no explanation, no gate, we were walking around the airport without any information and the food voucher barely cover a meal."

Negativ: "Got to the airport 2 hours before my flight to fly domestically. Waited 1.5 hours in line. Everyone who worked there didn't give a damn about anyone's situation. This isn't the first time the experience was miserable. I recommend viva or volaris. This airline can't get it together."

Positiv: "Seats had the television screen in the seats instead of the monitors that come down from the ceiling. Everyone could choose what they wanted to watch. Good selection of movies and television shows. Airline stewards were nice."
Negativ: "All three of our flights were delayed. It was stressful trying to get to new gates and not sure if we would make our flights or not. No explanation why there was delays. However, this worked out to our advantage or we would have missed our flights."
On board service Priority check in was awful Boarding was a mess
Als Alleinreisender ist der Fensterplatz immer blöd, besonders bei eine 3-3-3 Bestuhlung in der Boeing 787-9 in der Economy Class, weil man gleich 2 unbekannte Leute aufscheuchen muss, wenn man zur Toilette will. Sitzbreite und Fußraum sind für einen Langstrecken- Flug gerade noch akzeptabel. Wenn nicht Mitglieder meiner Reisegruppe, die ich in den letzten Tagen kennenlernte neben mir sassen, wäre es schlimmer gewesen.
The meal service could have been better for a 14 hours flight especially in business class
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Negativ: "- I had to pay extra for lunch and (alcoholic) drinks. - The pasta was overpriced and tasted like nothing - At the destination we had to wait for 35mins in the plane, before we could get out."
Negativ: "Not enough washrooms for # of people. Denied us of from WR. Food carts blocked WR access to most people for long periods of time."

Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "Not much room in economy class."

Positiv: "There seems to have been improvements to the check in and boarding for disabled disabled passengers like myself at Pearson. Much easier to drop off luggage and move quickly to the wheelchair pickup area. Staff were courteous and efficient."
Negativ: "Spacing between seats continues to be a problem especially for disabled clients. Because I was travelling alone, I was asked if I would move to accommodate someone with a pet carrier that would not fit under the seat they were in. I declined but wondered how they were allowed to board with an oversized case. Also seemed strange to ask a disabled passenger to move."
Positiv: "Take off and landing smooth and relatively smooth in between."
Negativ: "6 hour flight no food included. Came by twice for beverages. No entertainment. Probably the first time in 10 years I've been on a flight without any screens for entertainment. Goes without saying, no USB plug in."
Positiv: "When the flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues my flights from Victoria to Cancun was rerouted through Toronto with free hotel where my brother and I shared a bottle of wine at Air Canada's expense..."
Negativ: "very inefficient boarding. Also had trouble booking seats in the 24 hours before the flight."

Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."

Negativ: "The entertainment system is a bit outdated and had to be rebooted more than once. But this was only a minor inconvenience."

Negativ: "Entertainment Was limited. Ran out of options for food because of flightbdeparture delay we were over 6hours on flight and many were hungry."

Negativ: "We paid extra for bulkhead seats at the front of economy. One of the stewards working in business class repeatedly came to get something out if the compartment over my head. The noise woke me up over and over. I finally asked him what he was getting and he told me it was his lunch! Irritating."
Positiv: "Boarding was excellent, most of the staff except one was excellent. The flight was smooth. Got hooked on a new series that I started watching on the plane."
Negativ: "The wait time between flights on the way home was brutal but you expect that if you are flying on points. What made it worse was that I had to leave the secure area and collect my bags then wait 8 hours in the airport only to go through security again. On top of that trying to get my baggage tag there was a female agent that should have retired 100 years ago directing people like it was our fault she still had to work. If you can't be nice you should not be in customer service."

Positiv: "1st time on Air Canada and we were overall impressed, this was a fast an easy flight across the board. Love the free inflight entertainment too!"
Negativ: "Food availability was restricted because it was only a 3hr flight despite it being during dinner time. Still what was there was enough, I had cheese and crackers and Granola balls and it was filling enough."
Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."
Negativ: "Kaum Beinfreiheit. Essen nur gehen Geld."
Negativ: "With basically all my flights on Air Canada, there were significant delays. The delays on this flight caused me to almost miss my connection. I had to run full speed to make it to the next flight, and the attendants on this flight were very terse announcing as we were landing "Do not ask us about your connections; we have no information. Do not ask us about your luggage; we have no information" With other airlines in the past, if I have had a flight delayed by an hour, the attendants have announced where I should be headed for my connection, or have called ahead to the connecting flight (if within the same airline" and asked them to wait for us. I didn't feel that AC did anything to help make up for the fact that my flights were so late. Almost ally other AC flights on this trip we're also delayed."
Positiv: "Comfortable seats, nice crew"
Negativ: "Extra charge for checking a suitcase, extra charge for choosing your seat (all seats are the same) boarding crew did not uodate as to continuous delays in flight, no headphones"
Positiv: "I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness of the AC information staff inside the gate area,especially when I was offered an earlier flight by almost two hours. The boarding process went smoothly. The flight crew was friendly, accommodating and efficient."
Positiv: "Seats comfortable"
Negativ: "No overhead bin for centre section of row that my seat was in made it very inconvenient. It seemed to take far too long to offload the plane at the gate; we waited over 10 minutes for the door to open."
Positiv: "Onboard attendants were pleasant"
Negativ: "No apology for lateness, flight boarded late, took off 40 min late, arrived 35 minutes late but we sat at gate waiting for someone to open it ?!, then another 15 min before bags started to unload Ridiculous but indicative of airlines You are not their valued guest or even their customer, you are a problem that needs to be solved and are consequently met with preloaded annoyance and a readiness to dismiss, placate at the best of times but definitely not please, impress, sympathize or satisfy. There is no evidence that it's even in their lexicon- not a part of their recruitment or selection process or training, ever! They're main focus and only positivity is saved for themselves. There may be a long line of concerned and anxious travelers but their priority is getting coffees for the battle ahead! They break their focused indifference only for each other and enthusiastically leave their post to satisfy each other's needs and attention. This has got to change! Why do we put up with such awful service for which we are the paying customer? Why are we, their customers, not valued? This airline makes record profits, provides less, charges for everything and increasingly delivers bad service, sometimes offensively bad! It doesn't cost more to hire a customer centric pleasant person, or incorporate guest experience into training or at the very least be friendly and smile! What if an airline just did that?! They'd differentiate themselves and develop a positive customer centered culture. Don't we deserve that, at the very least?!"
Positiv: "The crew was friendly and the plane was new."
Negativ: "There were no media screens or TVs. This was an Air Canada 'Rouge' flight, which is apparently a more budget version of Air Canada, but I don't think that was apparent when we bought the tickets."
Negativ: "People who insist on bringing their "carry on" luggage on board. The cases are clearly over sized and then they get to put them in the hold for free, meanwhile, those of us who are honest about the size have paid to check their luggage from the start. Everyone should be able to check one bag for free and anyone who brings more than real carry on should be charged a fee. It would speed up onboarding and off loading and would not create the danger of suitcases falling on people's heads when they are put in the overhead bins."

Negativ: "My seat partner had a dog with her. I like dogs but it was more of a irritant and distraction, didn't seem that nice for the dog either. What happened to the pretzel/nut snacks?"

Negativ: "we pre booked seats at #14 because our daughter cannot walk without help, we took her to and from the plane by wheelchair to make it easier, they bumped us to seat # 32 , the very last one, that is a long walk, at check in the woman there was rude when we told her of our situation and that we had seats, she said there was nothing she could do because the plane was full, she was not very helpful at all, and asked if we wanted to take another plane. Our whole family has been traveling with air Canada, but I think it's time for a change. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Negativ: "Miscommunication with luggage No food included but at extra cost No entertaining at all! Only through wifi in your own device and you have to download an app BEFORE boarding for it to work but yet, no one tells you"
Negativ: "I tried to call your airlines to reserve a spot for humanitarian supplies. I run a rescue for dogs in Cancun. I could never get through to anyone and there is no info on your tickets about the cost of a third bag. I was charged an extra $500.00 for two extra bags that were carrying donated supplies to help the animals. But your airline made it a useless endeavor because they ended up costing more than they were worth. The people at the gate were unbending and I'm so disappointed that it is more important to you to make money than help non-profit organizations. I have run Isla Animals for 15 years and have had much help from kind airlines, I won't be flying yours or recommending yours to any dog lovers."
Positiv: "Really a lovely new airplane with great features. Comfortable and everything went smoothly."
Negativ: "Connecting flights to/from the US are a challenge. Both times (coming and going) were significantly delayed, causing me to miss my outbound flight. While AirCanada did rebook, I ended up in a ridiculous process of having to claim my suitcase (even though it had been checked all the way to my final destination and I never intended to stay in Canada) which involved dealing with non- communicative staff who slowly located the bag, got me an escort into the baggage terminal and then send me through customers even though I was just trying to get the bag on the flight they rebooked me on. Whole process took 2.5 hours. My shuttle was late for my inbound trip and when I tried to check in (which was just slightly less than an hour before departure) they took my passport and just stood there. No communication about what was happening. Luckily, after about 10 minutes they did check me in but kind of unnerving not to know what was happening. Wish the staff were more available and more communicative."
Positiv: "Crew was professional and friendly."
Negativ: "No video on an international flight without an iPad or other device (with the app that want warned about until after boarding the plane) and even then the available selections were bad."
Positiv: "I had a five year old and an eleven year old traveling with me and was able to board early and get them settled before everyone else got on."
Negativ: "We didn't see much of the flight attendants and my grandson became ill. We could have used more water throughout the flight as that may have prevented him from getting sick."
Positiv: "Flight crew was friendly. They were dealing with a lot of crabby people due to a 4 hour weather delay. They handled it, some better than others."
Negativ: "I checked my bag. It got soaked. I am talking drenched like dumped in a lake and left there for the 4 hours we were delayed in Toronto. When we contacted air canada the luggage complaint rep told us to complete an online claim. We haven't heard a peep out of Air Canada in a week. Unacceptable Air Canada. You must would at least acknowledge that something was done wrong by a baggage crew even if they aren't on your payroll and on an airports."
Positiv: "Wel,l my flight out of SFO was delayed by an hour and ~20 minutes, which was the length of my layover in Toronto. The pilot was able to make up some time in the air, but I still had to go through customs, security, and then run through most of the Toronto airport with only 25 minutes (before my flight left, probably even less because they close the doors before take off). I was off the plane at 7:30. My flight to Charlottetown was on-time, leaving at 7:55. The nicest male flight attendant on the plane moved me to a seat right before first class and put my carry-on in the closet at the front so I could be of the first off the plane! I ran through the airport, customs, security and all. I got to the gate at 7:41. The lady at the gate saw me running from far off and asked if I was Michelle. She was so happy that I had made it and let me catch me breath before I boarded. The delay on the first flight was very unfortunate and stress-inducing, but all the Air Canada people I interacted with along the way were very wonderful."
Negativ: "The delay."
Negativ: "Captain's announcements were inaudible from the wing seats. Seats very cramped - I'm only 5 feet tall and barely had room for my legs. Also, unable to see safety demonstration as the seat backs were too tall for a short person to see anything but the back of the seat in front of me."
Positiv: "Left on time, arrived on time."
