KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.
Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."
Negativ: "If you happen to be unfortunate enough to sit in the back half of economy you are constantly at risk of having limited choice of food. My wife has Celiac and all she can often eat are the apples, cheese plates. You CONSTANTLY run out of this. Please have the crew strart service in the back half of the plane 50% of the time! Or stock more food!"
Negativ: "The flight got cancelled way in advance and nobody neither airlines nor webjet.com informed us about it. Also, nobody could replace our tickets for the next day either. So our flight didn't happen and we had to drive to Washington DC to find a flight from there. So we will never buy any tickets from Kayak or Webjet.com! Extremely poor service"

Crazy on bag drop at check in #5 lane in departures in Toronto. Perhaps one more staff at high volume to make sure the folk in the bag drop line actually have bag tags. Travel to same route last year at this time and it was the same experience."
Negativ: "After taking Air Canada to Toronto, this Air Canada flight from Toronto to Orlando was a shock- no back-of-seat tv screens, no entertainment choice, no meals provided, less space, less comfortable."

The commercials take up the first 10 minutes (or longer) of the experience and make for an excruciating long wait."

Negativ: "9 hours + flight with no entertainment and HORRIBLE food (it didn't even bit hunger). Not that it would make a difference, but the people on the back of the plane only had one choice of food instead of the usual chicken or pasta, for example."

It was fun seeing the flight status on the monitor and watching movies. We were fed very well. I believe we had 3 meals and a snack. Attendants came by to see if we needed more to drink too."
Negativ: "It was a huge plane with about 500 people on board. Not a lot of space for getting up an walking much. Not a lot of space between seat rows. I guess that's just the way things are. Had a huge issue with checked baggage [see below] but don't know which airline was at fault although the AIr Canada employee who checked our baggage in Washington, DC said we wouldn't see our bags again until we arrived at Hirochima, our final destination."

Negativ: "Due to Air Canada's I missed my flight to Amsterdam. I missed out on a day of sightseeing and having fun and Amsterdam instead I spent a day in Toronto. I was able to get on a flight 24 hours later. This missing connection happens routinely with Air Canada, for some reason they have not managed to fix the error."
Positiv: "The flight was late. The plane was overcrowded. N explanation given until we were on the plane. They boarded us then made us wait in the jetway for 15 or 20 minutes. No room in the seats whatsoever"
Negativ: "Most everything! Unapologetic about delay and gate changes. Lousy boarding. Plane uncomfortable."
