Die neue Bordverpflegung von Swiss ist wirklich hervorragend: Frische und sehr gute Sandwiches von Sprüngli. Sogar ein Angus Beef Burger wird serviert. Preise sind etwa gleich wie wenn man das Sandwich in einer normalen Bäckerei in Zürich über die Theke kaufen würde.

Ich hatte eigentlich das Niveau eines Linienflugs erwartet. Bekommen habe ich aber Billigflieger- Niveau. Das man für die Bordverpflegung zahlen muss, ist schon schräg. Das Stille Wasser und die 20g Schokoladentafel kann sich Lufthansa dann auch noch sparen, um den Gewinn richtig zu maximieren😡. Da kann man auch gleich mit Ryanair, easyJet oder sonst einem Billigflieger reisen.

Verspätet

Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.

Liegt ungünstig, wenn man mit Auto oder Bus an-/Abreist, weil erst der ganze Flughafen umfahren werden muss. 8kg Handgepäcksregelung ist echt nicht zeitgemäß und eine schickane. Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

I love KLM, its very spacious and clean and the landing is always very soft. Great Airline!

Positiv: "Das Flugpersonal war freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Es gab genug zu trinken und gute Auswahl. Über eine Kleinigkeit zu essen freute ich mich auch sehr. Es war ein entspannter, angenehmer Flug. Danke vielmals."
Negativ: "Dass der Flug sich verspätet hat, hat mich persönlich nicht sehr gestört. Wenn aber jemand danach weiter fahren muss, oder einen Termin deshalb verpasst, könnte etwas nervig sein."
Positiv: "Board-Crew war sehr nett und das Essen + Getränke war natürlich auch sehr gut."
Negativ: "Leider muss man sagen dass das Boarding zu lange gedauert hat und manche Probleme mit dem Anschlussflug hatten. Noch dazu kummt dass mindestens 5 oder 6 Personen ihren Koffer nicht mehr bekommen haben unteranderem auch eine Freundin von mir was natürlich sehr ärgerlich ist."
Positiv: "I am so grateful to have been provided delicious and filling vegan meals on this long flight. Thank you for offering a dietary option that is compassionate toward animals and contributes less to climate change! Now if only the planes were powered by clean, renewable energy... Hopefully that will become a reality someday very soon! Oh, and also the crew on this flight was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you so much!"
Negativ: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Aircraft arrive late and with no air conditioning. The interior of the plane was dirty with fabric torn. Not a great flight at all.

Positiv: "Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC"

Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."
Negativ: "Air Canada sucks. Not only did they delay our flight by 2.5 hours, it took them nearly an hour to get our baggage claim!"
Positiv: "The rest of the cree was awesome"
Negativ: "One crew member was disrespectful - Her name is Brianna"
Positiv: "Our flight boarded slightly later than expected but ended up taking off on time. Flight crew was courteous and provided water the entire time to ensure everyone was hydrated. In flight entertainment was nicely done with a personal touch screen headrest TV that had ample TV and movies to choose from. We landed slightly ahead of schedule and by the time I got to baggage claim, my oversized bag (snowboard bag) was already waiting for me."
Positiv: "Nothing"
Positiv: "Passengers were kept well-informed by staff on flight status. Boarding process was efficient. Gate agents and crew were professional and friendly. Appreciated the in-flight entertainment."
Negativ: "Seating was cramped and claustrophobic. I'm only 5 feet tall and my legs were stiff after a 90 minute flight. "Snacks" were kind of pathetic - tiny bag of pretzels. The worst part was the crowded gate area at Boston. It made me feel like a cattle holding pen. Since we're told to get there two hours early, it would be nice to have more than a tiny little snack bar with overpriced pre-made sandwiches and salads that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Crappy lukewarm coffee. Starbucks is right outside security, but of course we can't bring liquids through."

Negativ: "1. Broken arm, asked for 1st pre-boarding. Was told, “it’s over there”. That’s it. By the time I got on everyone in my section was already on. No one helped me w my one backpack, watching me struggle. 2. The crew appeared to hate their jobs. Scowls and general poor attitudes. 3. Food. Airline food in general is not good. However, this stuff was barely edible. Terrible. 4. Information. None. I had to use the APP to get any info. My connecting flight was almost 4 hours delayed - w NO info. In fact, NO GATE AGENT the entire 4 hours. After finally boarding my flight, the captain apologized for the delay because of a two hour delay in another city. Numbers don’t match - sorry. Then he announced we needed to di ice. No problem. Safety first. He said no longer than 30 minutes. One hour later we were on our way. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Air Canada - very disappointed."
Positiv: "Alles gut, wie erwartet. Cool, dass Internet im Angebot war."
Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."
Positiv: "We did finally get to our destination."
Negativ: "Late flights, missed connection, no ground service"
Positiv: "It was short flight. On time as scheduled so what else to say."
Negativ: "Boarding was a disorganized free-for-all. Complete chaos and the gate staff seemed unable to manage the situation. The plane itself was an aged 767 with uncomfortable, cramped seats and no entertainment options whatsoever. Haven't taken an international flight this bad in years. Entire cabin smelled like the lavatories for the duration of the flight."
Positiv: "Entertainment system has a bunch of varieties to keep you entertained for a 12 hour flight."
Negativ: "The delays were horrible!!! Had 4 flights with them. Seattle to Vancouver, Vancouver to Beijing, Hong Kong to Vancouver, and Vancouver to Seattle. Seattle to Vancouver was delayed so long that we almost missed our connecting flight to Beijing. Because of that delay our baggage missed the Vancouver to Beijing flight and we had nothing for 2 days!!! It was a hassle to get some kind of compensation and just having to wear the same clothes for 2 days. Also the Hong Kong to Vancouver, and Vancouver to Seattle flights were also delayed"
Positiv: "The Air Canada app to have access to the entertainment on board did not work."
Negativ: "Very cold plane"
Negativ: "Flight left late for delays in luggage loading? Poor excuse. Then we had to sit and wait for departure time from Toronto which was off by 30 minutes. Continuous rebooting of the entertainment system which was slow to begin with."
Positiv: "Although late, boarding was smooth and ready for take off quickly."
Negativ: "Late again taking off. The staff were unpleasant as most air canada staff have been in recent years. Uncomfortable seats for a 9hour flight and miserable low energy staff didn’t help the experience either."

Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."
Negativ: "Kaum Beinfreiheit. Essen nur gehen Geld."

Negativ: "Our flight got delayed 7+ hours but we only found out one to two hours at a time. Our return flight was flat out canceled and so we were only able get a flight 4 hours after the original. They did nothing to compensate the passengers at all, claiming it was not their fault; it was due to construction. Construction which has been underway for several weeks and they were well aware. If you know there is going to be construction at the airport perhaps adjust your flight schedule accordingly and don't sell as many flights as when there is no construction?"
Positiv: "The bad stuff overshadowed the good stuff. Bad experience."
Negativ: "We took off late and never made up for the time lost which resulted in me missing my connection in Denver. Had to be rerouted to Toronto that night and spent night in hotel. Next day, we took off late and that resulted in me missing my connection in Denver... It took me two days instead of one to travel to my last destination. Not happy with Air Canada, three out four flights took off late. I also almost missed my flight in Montreal to go to Paris if it was not for the friendly and helpful Canadian Customs people."
Positiv: "Friendly crew. Comfortable seats with enough leg room."
Negativ: "Cold air blowing on our seats that apparently could not be turned off - we asked twice. Very crowded in terminal with several flights boarding at same time, didnt know when we were being called up and didnt know which line to be in- very confusing"

Negativ: "I couldn't use my laptop with Windows to watch a movie because the airline didn't have the app that works for Windows"

Positiv: "The movie selection was fantastic, the check-in and security was quick, the accommodation for my kosher meal was much appreciated."
Negativ: "The plane was cramped with very little legroom."
Negativ: "선택의 여지가 없었다. 사과도 없었다. 그냥 내밀었다. 이것 밖에 남지 않았으니 먹으라고 준 기내식은 누군가 포장을 뜯었다가 덮은 것. 뒤쪽에 앉았다고 이런 차별을 받아야 하는가? 난 돼지고기가 싫었다. 내가 한국인이기때문에 한국식 돼지고기 볶음 요리를 처먹어야 한다는 논리인가? 설령 그것밖에 남지 않았다 하더라도 먼저 "이것밖에 남지 않아서 소고기를 줄 수 없다. 미안하다. 이것이라도 드실텐가" 먼저 물어봤어야 한다. 그래야 승객인 내가 먹을 것인가 안먹을 것인가 선택할 수 있지 않나? 대부분의 직원들 태도가 거만했다. 미소조차 짓지 않았다. 말 한마디가 중요한데... This is the Air Canada."

Negativ: "During transfering from air canada to delta an employee failed to transfer all my baggage. As a result I couldn't get one of my baggage yet. Moreover there was no reservation made for me and I missed the flight since I lost the time by going back and forth to Delta and Air Canada offices to fix the problem. As a result I spent the night at Detroit and take the next day flight."
Negativ: "Crowded gate with not enough chairs because of so many delays. We were delayed too because of the other backups, but flight was great once we boarded. Not a big deal to us but might have been if we had a connecting flight after that. This was the small commuter flight area so maybe that's just how it goes."
Positiv: "I liked the flight"
Negativ: "There was no space around your seats No free food or snacks offered, just soft drinks No big screens for watching movies Not enough bathrooms"
Positiv: "mediocre food, satifactory"
Positiv: "The crew and staff were at all times open to help, with a pleasant surprise to see all of them smile at all times."
