He spent a good deal chatting with his female coworker when he should've done his job better. We won't be flying China Airlines in the future and will pay more for better service."

Negativ: "I know you can't expect coach to be luxurious. But the space between seats in the airline industry in general have gotten ridiculously small. Words were exchanged between my wife and the lady (nothing extreme, but still) in the seat in front of her. When the lady leaned her seat back, my wife could barely watch her movie. All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."

Overhead personal lights were either burnt or malfunctioning. - Lunch meal was decent. pre-landing meal is the same as the snack... some sort of dry and non-appealing wrap. - Crew did not perform passenger safety-check before takeoff and landing (seat backs raised up and seat belts fastened)."

Negativ: "Charged for checked bag on international flight. Late departure. Only food was a small cup of water on a 3+ hour, lunch time flight -- not even a bag of pretzels. Late arrival with short connection and flight attendant directed us to wrong gate. When we reached final destination, only one of two checked bags showed up."

My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."

I was charged another $320 and I am disgusted with their business practices which revolve around, deceit, lies andl I would even say fraud! There were many others complaining about the SAS Go luggage issue and then having to pay again. I could have gone with Ryan Air for a fraction of the cost."
