I am happy they do their due diligence with safety, but it created a long day. They also had to stop food service before they got to me so I wasn't able to get food."

I can normally sleep on any flight but this was like sitting in a tiny cage designed to prevent me from finding any remotely comfortable position or getting any rest at all. They should not be allowed to sell a seat like this."

The entertaiment was not present for 98% of the flight even when it says that wifi is available and to choose the movies or shows from their website. There's no disclaimer saying wifi does not work over the sea which was thru almost the entire flight. When you could finally connect to it, it wouldn't load. Most airplanes have an entertainment system in the back of the seat even for less than 3 hour flights but not on this one. Very disappointing."
