Trotz zweimaliger Mail und Einstellungen im Profil war keine „dairy free“ Essen möglich :(

Die Maskenpflicht könnte man aufheben! Ansonsten alles gut.

Dienstleistung wurde nicht geliefert wie gebucht und ich musste trotzdem Stornierungskosten übernehmen. Nie wieder.

Mehr MNS Kontrollen während des Fluges, einige Fluggäste haben Maske nicht korrekt getragen Getränke Service inkludieren. Erwarte ich mir bei einer Premium Airline

Positiv: "They were really good with checking in my excess baggage and my two cats. Cats travelled well and arrived as expected. Check in at O'Hare was very friendly. In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"
Negativ: "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

Boarding und Deboarding völlig unkoordiniert. Keine klaren Ansagen der Crew.

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

Negativ: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

Heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Flug war pünktlich, trotz 25 min Taxi in LHR. Bequeme Sitze und sauber! Verständliche Durchsagen in angemessener Lautstärke (DE und engl), bin überrascht. Angenehme Kabinentemperatur (auch nicht selbstverständlich)"
Negativ: "Leider startet Lufthansa vom Terminal 2. Liegt ungünstig, wenn man mit Auto oder Bus an-/Abreist, weil erst der ganze Flughafen umfahren werden muss. 8kg Handgepäcksregelung ist echt nicht zeitgemäß und eine schickane. Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

They canceled our flights but they flew anyway.

Baggage drop-off könnte schneller sein, die FlugbegleiterInnen könnten freundlicher sein

Negativ: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

The jet2 check in at Faro was so well done compared with other airlines. They stagger all the package holiday buses so it’s not overwhelmed. Well done Jet2

The seating leg room was good! The flight was delayed by 1.5hrs. I pre ordered a meal on board, but was the last to receive my food. So poor on board service! Jet2 managed to leave my luggage behind at Manchester airport, I’m still waiting news of its whereabouts!

Boarding lanes should have been better organised..as it always becomes a free for all..

The flight was first class the experience on landing in Edinburgh was not Crammed into a bus and held on tarmac for 15 minutes followed by just under 1 hour to clear passport control Only one flight at that time Disappointing!!!

No help or information from airport staff who promptly vanished at the 1st sign of trouble. Edinburgh airport really needs to have a long hard look at itself."

Positiv: "Crew were polite, better than on the outward flight from Paris CDG to Leeds, but seemed more interested in chatting to each other than to reassure passengers about the long delays. Once underway, the flight progressed well."
Negativ: "When a 30 minute delay was announced (13.45 instead of 13.15), I was fairly philosophical. However, we didn't board until 13.45. Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with Jet2.com on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again."

I was glad that i could take my hand luggage onto the plane, allowing me to exit without having to wait at the carousel. There was plenty of space in the overhead locker. I liked the sense of humour in the announcements - it proves that even serious things can be said in a pleasant manner"

Negativ: "Older aircraft means electronic devices can only be used while cruising. Long queue for bag drop due to many flights leaving at once."
Negativ: "Our flight out was delayed by a couple of hours and the return flight was delayed at least an hour. It was clear skies, no tusre why. Also, after having paid to check our bag, the bag didn't arrive at our destination because it was removed from the plane, along with 26 others. We didn't get it back for 5 days, just in time for our holiday to be over."

The airline denied boarding due to ticketing issue and failed to provide any alternate connections. A really awful experience :(
