Private business class seats
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Negativ: "- I had to pay extra for lunch and (alcoholic) drinks. - The pasta was overpriced and tasted like nothing - At the destination we had to wait for 35mins in the plane, before we could get out."

Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."
Positiv: "The staff was kind and courteous. Food was ok and they gave us snacks"
Negativ: "The seats on the air rouge plane’s were tiny. I’m 5’2 and I was ok because my seat-mate was also small, but if you’re tall or wide, these flights will be uncomfortable. Note: this was an international flight(8hrs). Small seats and no in-flight movie. There was a flight delay due to weather (40 mins) on the way home. I get it. On the way to our destination there was a 4 hour delay due to a problem at the airport. Though frustrating, probably not air canada’s Fault."

Negativ: "Crew wasn't super friendly, missed 2 meals because we were asleep, time between food and drink offerings too long"

Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."
Negativ: "First flight was delayed so I missed my connection to Brazil, was left stranded in Toronto for 24h without a hotel or restaurant voucher."
Positiv: "Air Canada is a respectable airline but the plane is not spacious at all. I mean, yes you pay for what you get, but damn the aircraft seats are so small. Then for people taking the morning flight, who probably haven’t eaten breakfast, you give them a measly omelet with a nasty side of spinach ? for the entire flight ? and a measly bag of pretzels ? Your starving the people which isn’t nice at all. Getting through baggage and getting in the flight was quite smooth and the air hosts were excellent. Entertainment was ok, there’s way to many Asian inspired films on there that I find are uninteresting, but hey, to each his own. Now coming back however was far better, the food was good, although can we stop putting soggy food into the mix, I know the food is premade but the mash potato is always so soggy and the vegetable mix has no flavour. Drinks are always great on the flight, entertainment was the same, hosts were great, pilot knows how to fly the plane, thank goodness, and overall it was a good flight back. Make the tiny adjustments I suggested and you’ll be at the top of your game Air Canada ! Merci !"

Negativ: "I lost over a day of my trip because a flight was cancelled and wasted 6 hours trying to rebook with no help from the staff, who were extremely rude. Everyone on the canceled flight had to be aggressive at getting a new flight booked because there was no help. Every time you asked an associate from Aur Canada for help, the passed the problem off not taking any responsibility. If your name is on my ticket, then it's your responsibility. Worst experience traveling by far. Also lost over a day of my expensive trip that I've been waiting to go on for awhile and saved my money for a year. I lost hundreds of dollars in events and hotels. Avoid Air Canada if possible"

Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Positiv: "My group of five arrived to the airport late (one hour before the flight took off), but the crew worked together to quickly process all of us and get us through to ensure that we didn't miss our flight. We really appreciated it!"

Negativ: "This is not an Air Canada flight, is a Rouge flight, meaning there is no service, no screens, not even blankets on board. I didn't know that until after confirming my reservation, and it makes all the difference. For a low cost flight, the service is ok, but it shouldn't be advertised as Air Canada at all."

Negativ: "My 6:30am flight was cancelled just as we were about to board. No big announcement, and more importantly, no repeated announcements. I stood in line to get the details about my new flight only to be told to go to a the air canada customer service desk to arrange for that. The line I was in was for people with connections and no checked baggage. Again, then was no loud or repeated announcement for this, so I wasted more time. I arrived home 12 hours later than my original schedule."
Positiv: "Very nice crew! Kids were given a pilot's cabin tour. Good selection of food and drinks. Good on-board entertainment. On-time :)"

Negativ: "The lack of space in the cabin was very uncomfortable. Being arm in arm with strangers is not my idea of a great flight. Flights lasting over 4 hours should really be courteous to those on board."

Negativ: "The plane was late. We had to spend night in Toronto. We have not received our luggage yet after being assured it would be on plane with us. the boarding in Rome was pure chaos. The Italian staff were totally out of control"

Negativ: "1 bathroom for entire coach class? Consistent line of 4-5 and sitting in the back meant someone standing next to me. Turbulence mandated seating generated overt unhappiness from many passengers."
nul I am satisfied because Jewish people were very noisy during the flight I AM NOT RACIST but they were extremely noisy and what impressed me was that the food served them at the beginning and the rest 1 hour late. The biggest problem was during the trip I was very scared the plane started shaking tremendously for a long time, this terrifies me a lot and I do not have to choose with this and I do not have to recommend it to anyone
Everything was great. Even though the flight got delayed 10 minutes we arrived on time
Highly Impressed with United Airlines fights to and from El Salvador.
Negativ: "Many other travelers were not wearing their masks and the flight was completely packed."
Positiv: "Good flight, but pretty jammed in."
Negativ: "Coach seats were definitely not comfortable"
Positiv: "Sehr positiv dass man der Person neben mir einen freien Platz anbot und wir dadurch mehr Platz hatten. Sitzplatz hatte ausreichend Platz und das Unterhaltungsprogramm war sehr gut."

Negativ: "The security at the gate is poorly organized. Even though there are bathrooms at the gate, security will not let you use them! You must leave the gate, walk down the hall to the bathrooms, and then reenter the gate and be searched again!! This is a problem that can be easily fixed but they need more people speaking up before they will. Wheni spoke with people, Security blamed it on United and United blamed it on the security."
Negativ: "Free high speed Wifi. More room / comfort"

Wenn dann eine Stewardess helfen will mit einem kleinen Snack aber von einem Kollegin gebremst wird, dann finde ich das unverschämt!! "Wir machen keine Ausnahmen!""

Negativ: "Wie üblich auf diesen kurzen Flügen keine Bordunterhaltung. Relativ wenig Sitzabstand wie sonst aber auch üblich (bei knappe 1,90m) wenn kein spezieller Sitz mehr frei ist."
Positiv: "the only good thing I can say about the flight was that the crew was for the most part friendly"
Negativ: "Everything. From the chaotic boarding scheme to the uncomfortable seats that really didn't recline. Less than 2 hours into the fight, they were out of red wine. They were also out of chicken for dinner so the only choice was vegetarian pasta. As for movies, what happened to Gogo Entertainment? I had to use their headphones to watch the movies on their screen instead of my iPad. So, I couldn't use my bluetooth headphones. There was no close caption so it was hard to watch the movies amidst the noise of the engines."

Negativ: "Ich bin klein und fand es beengend. Das überraschendste war aber das komplett fehlende Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nicht mal ein gemeinschaftlicher Monitor. Dies bei einem 4h Flug. Info über vorhandene Service( entertainment und food ) im Flug wäre wünschenswert."

Negativ: "Boarded the plane later to be asked to switched planes because of mechanical problems with the first one. After boarding the second 2 hour delayed plane my family and I were asked to step off the plane and go to the front desk because they made the mistake to give several people the same seats. It was horrible, and embarrassing. My family, friends and I will definitely won’t be flying eith United."

When asked they told me there was a misunderstanding. on our way to El Salvador. Due to weather we had to stop at guatemla a lot of people were ready to walk around since a 3 hour flight became a 6 just sitting around a attendant was very disrespectful towards an older lady told her to get out her way and moved her to the side. Me and another gentleman look at eachother and couldn't believe it"

Positiv: "I know it's not the crews fault for the delay, but everything was just truly horrendous. I was a little hesitant to fly United after their scandal, but now I know that I should not have. After a 2+ hour delay, I had to pay $60 at the gate to check a CARRY-ON that I had already asked about at the baggage drop at the beginning of that dreadful day. They assured me that it would be no problem, and foolish me, I actually believed them, so instead of paying $25 to check it ahead of time, I got screwed for $60. For a close to 6 hour flight, a meal should be provided. Entertainment was free because of the fiasco, but normally it's $7.99 which is ridiculous. Lastly, the leg room was really nonexistent. Truly the worst experience I've ever had flying, and I've flown plenty of airlines, both domestic and international. I definitely think my return trip back to Jersey will be my last time flying United."
Negativ: "Refer to the aforementioned post outlining everything I did not like about this absolute trip from hell. Very disappointing to experience that and it really started the trip out on a sour note. Hopefully it gets better before I have to get back on another United plane back home."
Negativ: "All of the restaurants in the airport have changed to this "high-end" bistros. No fast food anywhere except the premade wraps and stuff at the kiosks. If you need food fast don't try to sit down and eat. My sandwich took 30 minutes to come out. Food was ok."

Negativ: "Entire staff was cranky from check-in/crew/post-cancelation at gate in Houston. Was really hoping for a positive experience since united hasn't been getting good reviews."
