Positiv: "The flight attendance kindly asked the passengers to allow for the people on the back with very thigh connections, due to stupids delays, to deplane first, but of course almost no one listened and as soon the plane reach the gate everyone stranded up clogging the hallway. There should be more education to the passenger in general. If you don't have a connection, just stay put for an extra 5 minutes, is nothing crazy to do."

Due to a smaller plane we have to stow most of our carry on below which caused a bit of chaos while disembarking trying to retrieve bags and hustle to the next flights. Since I knew before leaving YYZ we were quite delayed my husband drove to ORD to pick me up instead of waiting 24hr for the next flight to St. Louis. It added 8 hours of driving for him to an already long day but we made the best of it."

They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

The Airbus A300 was a reasonably new aircraft. Everything was clean and looked good. The food was exceptionally good. My wife and I both commented on how good the food was (my wife stated, "it was the best airplane food ever"). The main meal, the hotbox snack, and the late in flight chocolate ice cream were ALL good. The staff were great, friendly, service oriented, nice people."

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Do it like Jet Blue or Virgin or any of the other airlines.......you show up, auto check in, bag tags, separate line for smart efficient people to drop off their bags and get on with it. Its just so inefficient and puts a complete damper on the trip......maybe curbside checkin also."

Negativ: "The fact that because I was late for my flight, my reservation was cancelled. I was not given the opportunity to change my flight at all, I just lost out on the return portion of my travel. I would have been willing to pay a fee to change my return, but not given the opportunity. Had I booked directly with the airline, they would have had no problem making a change. Buyer beware!!! If you don't book directly with an airline, you may suffer the same fate as me! This was an almost $1,300 dollar learning experience. Do not use third party online booking agents! You do not have the same protections as dealing with the airlines directly."
