Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"

If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."

Ryanair literally played musical chairs with everyone. Everyone was spending time moving around and asking if people were willing to switch so they could sit next to their friend. Wow way to make a point that you must pay or else."

Der Steward war auch absolut unfähig eine Situation zu lösen, in der eine Familie ihre (im Voraus gekauften) Plätze nicht bekommen konnte, weil eine andere Familie dort saß und die Plätze nicht frei lassen wollte. Am Ende haben die andere Passagiere die Situation gelöst. Mir gefällt auch icht, dass man für jede Kleinigkeit bezahlen muß. Ein anderer Storfaktor ist das ständige Verkaufen von Waren und die ewig lange Aussagen am Lautsprecher. Suma sumarum: Nie wieder mit Ryanair."

Das essen war trocken, langwelig und einfach nur überteuert, aber das kennt man ja scho, selbst den sitzplatz musste man bezahlen... das näcchste mal lieber ein bisschen mehr zahlen und dafür stressfreier reisen an sich war der flug akzeptabel, wird jedoch nicht wiederholt."

Negativ: "Sehr zeitaufwenig, weil man früh da sein muss und sehr lange Wege hat: Terminal 2 also 15min vom Bahnhof, dort zum letzten Gate-Block, von da mindestens 15min Busfahrt über den ganzen Airport. Im Flieger fast 1 Stunde rumhocken bevor er startet, ohne dass Getränke oder Essen verkauft wurden. Die Sitze sind ab gut 180cm Körpergröße nicht mehr ergonomisch, wird mir ab ca. 2h Flugdauer unangenehm. Kein Netz oder Tasche am Sitz des Vordermanns, so dass man Handy usw. nicht 'mal schnell' verstauen kann."

Negativ: "I absolutely hated this trip. In order to check in i had to have my tickets on my phone. Even though I knew my confirmation number. We were told to go to a terminal to get our ticket printed out. I checked in early online so that was weird. We went to the terminal and couldn't figure out how to print it out. After about 20 minutes we got upset and left the terminal to get help. A guy told us he could print off our tickets 37€ to get a flight ticket printed off. He worked for Ryanair. He said if I pull it up off my phone I could get it with an email. Unfortunately I'm a tourist and don't have signal in that country and the wifi was conveniently not operational. I was to to try a local cafe to use wifi. I went to the cafe used their WiFi and then pulled my ticket online. I brought it to the guy who needed my ticket. I asked to check my luggage on. She said I couldn't because my luggage was broken because on my flight to Athens it came back to me broken. Frustrated I walked off to security in Athens. I went to go to my gate and looked at the ticket. The ticket didn't even have my gate on there. I searched on the board for my flight to come on in English but everything was moving too fast so it took 10 minutes to do. I finally found the gate I needed to go to and left. By this time 1hr and 30 minutes we're expended before I got to even security. I got to security and through my backpack containing my camera equipment onto the scanner taking my laptop out. They kicked the back back saying I had to take all my gear out of the back so they can scan it. ( I mean what's the point of a scanner anyways) they they told me to open up my lenses to see inside.... Like what?! I did that so he could look into my lenses. Then he asked me to open up my laptop so he could see inside the laptop.... Again... Seriously?? You have a scanner. Then they told to take all my hygiene products including my expensive calone I put in my bag that was intended for check luggage and throw it away. Because my luggage was broken and wasn't able to go on the plane I lost about $100 of hygiene products. Let me tell you I also work in Africa.... I can't get hygiene products anymore. We began boarding the plane. The ticket on my phone wasn't able to be scanned and see had to put the number in manually. Then we got to the plane and told us to leave my luggage at the bottom of the stairs to be put into the plane with the checked luggage. My broken luggage that wasn't accepted for check luggage was now checked luggage just without all the important items I needed -_- worst airline and airport ever. Never fly with them."

Positiv: "Reibungsloser, pünktlicher Ablauf, positiv war die durch das Personal strikte Priority, Sitzabstand war bei dem Kurzflug nach London trotz 1,90m ok, beim Rückflug das Draußenstehen im Wind naja, natürlich keine Bordunterhaltung und keine Verpflegung, stattdessen die nervige Aufpreispolitik - mach den Flug gleich zwanzig oder dreißig Euro teurer und lass mich in Ruhe mit den Aufpreisen für jeden Mist - das versaut einem den ganzen Flug- und Reisespaß."
