+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

The variety of drinks were plenty, the food matched the standard of cost efficiency flight ticket so how could you complain it? On board TV/Movie has new coming features such as HBO's Game of The Thorne, season 7. It was a comfortable and pleasant journey with the team of AC 018. Merci beaucoup!"

Negativ: "From the time of booking the flight, we tried to sort out our profiles, provide passport and KTN, and frequent flyer info, as requested when we booked. Website problems were numerous, from being kicked off multiple times, to refusing to accept my info. I tried numerous times to call on the phone since the web site didn't work, but either didn't get through or was directed back to the web site. Eventually, I reached someone that told me it would be best to just sort it out at the airport. At the airport, I was told I should have set things up ahead of time. In the end, two of us traveling together, with work to do together over the course of the 13 hour flight, ended up sitting on opposite sides of the plane, and didn't get fed because they ran out of food. This shouldn't happen to anyone, but having paid for premium economy seats, you can imagine I was even angrier. We brought this up with a customer service rep in person when we landed and were told that she had no power to do anything and that we should call when we got home. And just to top things off, when I realized I couldn't get work done, I tried watching a movie and learned that the audio jack on my entertainment system was broken."

Tea (old ,too strong,yak).Wake up people ,none of the passengers I spoken to had anything positive to say ! I liked my Lufthansa flight to Europe but for the sheer reason having to return with Air Canada I will avoid booking this flight .Thank You."

That flight was also delayed, so although I was supposed to be in Boston at 7:25, I arrived at around 11:25. All that extra time was spent waiting at Narita and Toronto. -Although I was seated next to a bathroom, I was at a window seat and thus had no good access to it for the whole 12 hour flight -- most of the time the way out was blocked by tray tables. Overall space was somewhat limited."

They had the fasten seat belts light on the entire trip because they said the turbulence was bad. I have been on alot of flights and let me tell you that the turbulence was not bad at all. After three hours prople decided enough was enough and started going to the restroom. The crew would get all bent out of shape and get on the PA yo please stay in your seats and not use the restrooms at this time. Really!! Well that didnt happen. The only thing they give you is one free drink. No penuts, cookies or pretzels. If you want food you have to pay for it. I sat by the window and my window was all greasy. I couldent really see out of it. I did use the rest room and it was pretty clean."

Keine richtigen Kopfhörer in der Business Class ist nicht akzeptabel

Einsteigen ein Chaos und Gedränge! Beim Aussteigen noch schlimmer. Alles öffnet die Sicherheitsgurte vor Freigabe, reisst das Gepäck runter und sperrt den Gang. Da sollte TAP eine Schulung bei LATAM machen, bei denen das Aussteigen reihenweise und gesittet abläuft.

Einsteigen ein Chaos und Gedränge! Y Business und Touristclass wird getrennt und im letzten Stück wieder zusammengeführt ein"Y"! Beim Aussteigen noch schlimmer. Alles öffnet die Sicherheitsgurte vor Freigabe, reisst das Gepäck runter und sperrt den Gang. Da sollte TAP eine Schulung bei LATAM machen, bei denen das Aussteigen reihenweise und gesittet abläuft.

Trotz online Check in wurde die digitale Boardkarte akzeptiert. Es wurde na h Kontrolle des Personalausweises eine Papierboardkarte ausgestellt. Im Flieger sind die Sitzreihen noch enger als bei Lufthansa. Der Service an Board war recht unfreundlich. Selbst Wasser gab es nur auf Nachfrage, ansonsten geht der Service an einem vorbei.

Sehr unfreundliches und wenig bemühtes Bodenpersonal. Zwang sämtliches Handgepäck aufzugeben, anschließend war weniger als die Hälfte der over Head bin’s leer. Hinweis auf elektrische Gegenstände im Handgepäck wurde ignoriert.

Kostet viel und bietet wenig, die innereuropäische Business Class der TAP

Für Business Class nichts besonderes. Essen teilweise ungeniesbar

Customer service at TAP is the worst. No one to talk to, help you or give any direction.

ees gibt kaum einen Gund, Business Class mit denen zu fliegen. Reihe 1 hat noch nicht einmal eine Overhead bin, man soll das Gepäck nach hinten bringen.

europäische Business Class lohnt sich nicht. Sie versprechen Dir Lounge, aber es gibt sie weder beim Start noch beim Ziel. Nur in Lissabon beim umsteigen. Und da werden fürchterlicher Kaffee und die schlechteste Pastel de Nata, die wir je erlebten, angeboten. Ganz ärmlich alles.

Für die Abgabe des Aufgabegepäcks 1:45 Min gewartet.

Neither my companion nor I were able to watch any program or movie without constant freezing and buffering on our 1 year old iPads. It took me 2 1/2 hours to watch a 90 minute movies. Pathetic. Not ready for prime time."

Negativ: "Heading from BWI to Newark to Boston on 9/29 on United. There were delays at Newark airport which lasted about an hour, and meant that we would be super tight getting in for our connecting flight. We had been told ahead of the departure of the delayed flight that there would be someone on the ground at Newark monitoring the delayed connecting flights, in case a flight needed to be held. Well, we actually landed about 15 minutes before our connecting flight was due to take off. However, we quickly found out that not only were the gates closed early, but the flight tracker was showing the flight had actually left early. There was clearly no communication between on the ground crews, and everyone working at the airport once we landed seemed confused about the situation. By the time we got within eyeshot of our gate, the gate agents were telling us that the Boston flight was already closed. This meant that no one was even monitoring the situation for us, and that they made no effort to hold the plane for the five of us who were supposed to be on that flight. Additionally, that was the last flight to Boston from Newark, so they literally didn't give one iota of care for our situation. I had a 10am wedding to attend that next day, and even after telling the agent this information she still asked me whether I wanted to get on a 10:38am flight to Boston, which made exactly zero sense. After all of this, she ended up getting me on a flight into manchester (that flight had been delayed for 3 hours by this time, and was delayed again after I was booked on it) which landed at 1:24am, a full two hours and some change after I would have landed in Boston, and a full hour away from Boston. Luckily, my boyfriend had his car and was able to pick me up. I finally got to Boston around 2:45am. My suggestion to the airport crews is to actually communicate when you have issues like this. It wasn't our fault, but we were greatly inconvenienced and they did not make an effort to prevent the situation at all. Adding to this, our pilot for that first flight told us that the reason for the first delay was that Newark was congested with too many flights into and out of the airport. THAT is entirely their fault for not being able to properly gauge their own capacity and should not have ended up inconveniencing passengers! I end all this with an additional inconvenience- when I arrived for my flight on Sunday at 4:40am for a 5:55am flight back to DC, I was told that my return flight had been CANCELED. Somehow, in rebooking me on the flight to Manchester. So I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with United to get that fixed at 5 in the morning and nearly missed my return flight due to crew incompetence as well."
