Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Boarding und Deboarding völlig unkoordiniert. Keine klaren Ansagen der Crew.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

Angenehmer Flug, sympathische Crew

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Negativ: "They failed to informed me that passangers have to report to the gate one full hour before direct flights to the US from Abu-Dhabi in order to clear US customs and border security which happens there prior to your flight (which is the only place in the world that this happens.) I arrived at the Airport 2.5 hours before my flight and reported to my gate 45 minutes before my flight and was not allowed through. They then were extremely rude to me when I was in the process of finding a new connection and made me buy a brand new ticket for the following morning as the penalties for rescheduling would cost more than buying a new ticket which was 1200 USD!! They insisted that this warning was on their web site and would have been on my ticket had I got it from their website. Since I purchased my ticket from Kayak.com, that was my own problem. They then showed me a warning label on the baggage claim slip that they gave me at check in but this was only in Arabic with NO ENGLISH translation provided. More importantly the representative who checked me in to my flight never told me about needing to be at the gate 1 hr before the flight. Throughout this whole process they were unapologetic, unsympathetic and rude. I met two other people that same day who had the same problem one of these passangers arrived at the gate 1.5 hrs before her flight and still could not get to her flight in time because of the inefficient customs and immigration process that the Emarati's have in place in an attempt to mimic our process in the US. This is a very bad policy which only Etihad does. If you fly through Dubai with Emirates they do not require this nonsense. The Etihad staff were rude, unhelpful, unapologetic and inefficient. Never fly from Abu-Dhabi to the US with Etihad. On the flight, as the plane came to a stop at the end of the runway but still needed to taxi in to the gate, people started getting up. Instead of calmly explaining to people what was going on, one of the stewardesses waved it off and said well when we start moving again or if something happened they will just DIE then! This was not the only occasion I was disgusted by the staff. I woke up on the flight and couldn't find my glasses and the response of one of the stewardesses was "can you ask someone else to help you, I am on my way to take a nap and if I stop to help you I want get my full rest." This airline is one of the worst in the world if not the worst. I will never fly with them again and I am considering sending these stories to a NEWS network to raise awareness on this issue. Their staff don't care. They seem to be overworked and burned out. They only get one day off when flying to New York and back when by law they are required two. This shows that they are abusive to their staff which then leads their staff to have have horrible customer service."

Three hour delay on a 1.2 hour flight. Ground staff made us wait in the boarding area for around 2 hours even though the aircraft hadn't even arrived yet. No updates, no refreshments - not even water. Then we finally boarded to discover MH wasn't even doing meal service on this sector anymore. Just a bag of peanuts and tiny cup of orange juice. So close to five hours without serving water!

By the time we arrived in Singapore, it is almost 0340. Collected the luggages, clear custom and arrived home is almost 0500. There was absolutely no refreshment provided in between, and have to switch between gates which are far apart."
