Positiv: "We flew from Anchorage to Boston via Seattle. If there had not been a delay in Anchorage, the flight would have been excellent. However, there was a mechanical problem earlier in the day with a plane to Cincinnati. Our flight was scheduled to leave Anchorage at 4pm, but Delta decided to take our pane from us and use it as a substitute for the original but nonfunctional Cincinatti plane. A ridiculous decision. The Cincinnati people already had missed all their connections, but now all the Seattle people missed theirs as well. When we finally got to Seattle 3 hours late (just before midnight), the desk agent said that Delta had no hotel rooms for us and also no hotel vouchers. We thus had to find a room and pay for it on our own. The next day, we had been rescheduled to Detroit and then on another flight from there to Boston. The flight to Detroit arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and we just barely made our connection. Had we missed it, we would have had to spend that night in Detroit. Delta did its best to keep the two of us together. On the Seattle-Detroit flight we were on opposite sides of the aisle in the same row, but that was in a row right behind a bulkhead, making it easy for us to walk over to each other. On the Detroit-Boston flight we were next to each other. Both flights were completely full, so Delta must have made some effort to keep us together as well as possible."
Negativ: "Delta should not have made the dumb decision to take the Seattle-bound plane and use it as a substitute for the malfunctioning Cincinnati plane. Delta should have provided accommodations for the stranded travelers once they arrived in Seattle."

Better job economic explaining what to With luggage and that, while itinerant implies 1 airline, they are only partners and should be treated separately."

Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

I was rebooked for a flight to smile Palm Springs the next day which I did not except. Then I was booked to leave Dallas to Los Angeles that flight was delayed also. To make matters worse my bags ended up in LA when they were supposed to be route it all the way to Palm Springs. I still don’t have my bags yet. Called three times and the representatives cannot reassure me of my bags on the way."

Negativ: "Kayak/JustFly charged us a fee to pre-select our seats which was appealing traveling with a baby. However, upon checking in, we found that the seats were not reserved and the fee was a marketing ploy. The airline attempted to separate our family of 3, but luckily it was not a full flight and we were able to sit together with no help from Kayak, JustFly, British Airways, or American. Kayak/JustFly made the experience of traveling overseas with a baby more challenging than it otherwise would have been which is a terrible way to conduct business. We will never be using these services again and will tell family and friends to do the same."

Wenn dann eine Stewardess helfen will mit einem kleinen Snack aber von einem Kollegin gebremst wird, dann finde ich das unverschämt!! "Wir machen keine Ausnahmen!""

I was starving and didn’t get a chance to grab food due to short layover time. We took a while to take off. We’re supposed to leave at 4:15 and left closer to 5pm. Then when we were on the air, flight attendants took a while to provide the snacks and water and they didn’t even get around to our row before they had to sit down for touch down. Smh. Terrible and thoughtless. Seats were uncomfortable and very little leg space. Entertainment only works if you’re able to download their app and of course no free WiFi because airlines want to force you to spend more money after you’ve spent a large amount to fly to your destination."

Negativ: "The crew at the front desks and at the boarding area for my flight from Anchorage, AK, to the San Fran airport however, were extremely rude. The rating for the crew is a 2 because although my flight attendants were awesome, but the service given to me and to my fellow flyers by the Customer Service Agents/Reps at the front desk and the training of a newbie at the gate, when boarding at the Anchorage, Alaska, airport was terrible. They were extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care that the tones of their voices, their facial expressions, as well as their body language, showed that they lacked the manners and knowledge of compassion, respect and courtesy. Their rotten attitudes were insufficient at making the customers/guests of the airlines feel comfortable before flying. I did not appreciate being spoken to the way some of the reps did."

Negativ: "I chose the back window seat right in front of the restrooms. Crewmember even said it was the worst seat in the house. Although I didn't pay to upgrade, thee were available seats up there. The attendant even said she would ttry to move things around once people were seate without anyone asking. She just knew our row was going to be uncomfortable.. I am tall with big shoulders, the gentleman next to me was large. All that I ask is the attendant come back after all is settled and explain that it wasn't possible to move things around. Although, if there were seats available I should have been offered a different seat. I have flown a lot on different airlines. I've flown on a 15 hour flight overseas. This is BY FAR the most uncomfortable I have EVER been."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"

Staff says one thing then Pilot says something completely counter. Then the lack of any sort of heartfelt appology adds to the insult. Every flight was overbooked by at least 5 people. Total incompetence. Moreover, United has made profit so obviously more important than client comfort. The seats were similar to a straight back Dining room chair except with your knees in your chest. They even took away the seat back pouch as a smal comfort to place items to be replaced with an 8 inch high mesh that fits nothing larger than your cell phone. A 6 hour flight and 1 drink service with 1/2 glass of soda. Pay $7.99 only to find out that video does not work through Canada which was the majority of the flight"
