Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Poor boarding services, especially for business class. Long time at the bus to the airplane.

It's getting to the point in life that a flight in coach in those little seats for 9 to 15 hours is just too cramped. This was a packed flight with nearly every center seat taken. Good for Qatar airlines, which is a terrific airline, but its tough to ride in those little seats on long-haul flights

Qatar is undoubtedly the best airline in the world. Very impressed with their all around service and customer care.

The airport staff of Qatar airlines was UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL. They all acted like we were bothering them. They gave no help in moving from one station to another. In general they gave an extremely bad first impression of Qatar airlines!!

Agents need to be more diligent with where they are sending bags and to double- and triple-check before he luggage is sent down the ramps."

Negativ: "After thorough check (and hours at the airport) at the holiday destination, Dubai, my luggage was deemed lost. The DXB lost luggage staff helped me complete a 'lost luggage' report. However, the staff member told me that 'if' RwandAir found my luggage, I would be responsible for going to the airport as RwandAir does not have lost luggage delivery like most airlines. For the six days of my holiday, I waited for phone calls and checked emails expecting to hear from RwandAir. I heard nothing, RwandAir had made no effort of any kind to locate my luggage they had mishandled. Upon flying back home, I checked with the initial airport (DXB), the transit airport (Kigali), and my final destination airport (Brazzaville). My luggage was not in any of the airports mentioned. In each airport, and the RwandAir office at the Brazzaville airport, I presented the initial lost luggage form from the prior week and it was apparent that nobody, no airport, and no office was interested in finding my luggage. RwandAir, at no point, apologized for losing my belongings or in any way attempted to make up for seriously harming my holiday- not to mention the fact that it appears I will never see my possessions that were last seen being taken by RwandAir staff at the beginning of my holiday travels."

We arrived and checked in well before the 1 hour cutoff and we were under the weight limit, so there was no reason for our baggage to be left behind. We were informed that our bags would NOT be delivered to us at our next destination, that the burden was on us to retrieve them AND there was no stipend or any type of refund to compensate us for the inconvenience. Since we were continuing our travel by road to Uganda, we had to pay extra to have a driver return to the airport the next day to retrieve and deliver our bags. This is very, very poor customer service!"
Positiv: "RwandAir flew us to Nairobi instead and I thought that was good of them to make that change for us. The above evaluation pertains to the flight to Nairobi."

Negativ: "Seats were not adjustable. It may be that I was in front of the exit row, but I looked and didn't see anyone leaning back anywhere. On the other hand, flight was only 1 hr 20 minutes."

Negativ: "This airline is an operational nightmare. I purchased a ticket with a connection, and the second flight being a codeshare, two months in advance. On the day of travel, I checked in, checked two bags, and headed to the gate. An hour before the flight, a Rwandaair agent approached me to inform me that they were no longer code sharing with precision air, the second flight. Chaos ensued, my bags got lost, I got stuck in Nairobi, etc. in Nairobi, one of the Kenya airways agents literally said to me 'avoid Rwandaair and precision airlines - they are both airlines that do not follow any regulations, and not just operational, but safety as well.'"

Flug 3h Verspätung bereits 15 min nach dem check-in. Neue Crew freundlich und alle Gaeste wolten einfch schnell nach hause, somit zuegiges boarding.

Die neue Boardverpflegung von Swiss Economy ist echt hervorragend: frisch, geschmackvoll, schön präsentiert und erst noch sehr preiswert.

Getränke wurden später auch noch gereicht."
Negativ: "Aufgrund den Wetterverhältnissen mussten in Zürich die Anflugswege abgeändert werden. Wir flogen ein paar Schlaufen und und landeten so etwas verspätet in Zürich."
