I contacted the airline an hour after my flight landed and they showed no urgency to recover my item that had a lot of value to me. If they could have pages the cleaning crew on the ground, I'm sure I would have recovered my notebook. Instead they told me to check 4 hours later. When i did check 4 hours later, they told me to check in 2-3 days. When i checked in 2-3 days they asked if I filed a report. Which I wanted to on the same day but was told not needed. Very disappointing ground services."

Overall, not a good experience as I hoped it would be."

The flight was ok in general. The main problem is that Schiphol airport in Amsterdam is a mess in terms of having a smooth connection and layover. I had 2 hours to make the connection and almost missed the flight to Lisbon. I would NOT recommend at all The use of KLM and Amsterdam as a hub to any other city. Not at this time of caos.

Positiv: "Lined up, crew took our tickets, we loaded on the bus to bring us to the plane, but the bus just stayed there for 10-15 mins. Then they told us all to get off the bus and go back into the terminal and wait. No explanation or apologies. Waited another 30 mins then everyone lined up again. They never explained what the issue was - it was a bit unsettling. Like, was it a meintamice issue? Should we be worried for our safety? Or was the aircraft simply late/delayed? Upon taxiing and take off the pilot finally said they were delayed from a previous flight and the plane needed to be “checked.” Would’ve like to know that an hour earlier when we first got kicked off the bus."

Positiv: "The leg room is one of the best in economy class. At six feet tall, I was able to stretch my legs and not have my knees against the seat in front of us. The personal entertainment console worked perfectly with clear picture and sound, though the free headphones were uncomfortable. Boarding crew allowed us to cut in line since we had a 2 year old. Very appreciative for that, and appreciative for their sternness with those customers who were trying to slip in in front of us."
Negativ: "Crew on board came across as a little unfriendly, though professional seriousness might have been mistaken as annoyance. The food was passable, but definitely not quality. Sufficient amount of beverage was served."

Negativ: "This flight seems more and more every time we take an econo flight which, should be cheaper then what you get for pricing. No fluff flight only I can see the different is the baggage weight you can take is only the extra. Seem we stayed on the tar mac for a while flying out and flying in Ho Chi which, the air movement in the cabin was not that great at all and little stuffy and warm. One thing leaving out of Term 3 at Singapore if you go thru Immegration and want to eat the food is not great all and stay away from Burger King and for the 3rd time got sick again! Worst Burger Jiont in the World ever! From no soda, the chicken nuggets tasting like fish, and the Burgees did not taste like burger very sickening! Thier are a rip-off to still wanted everyone to pay full price for the a meal and without no drink and pay extra for water and wanted people to pay for ice. Burger King Co. really need to take hard look at this Joint for very bad foods serving people and getting them sick and ripping people off with money. Seats are small and compact and the seat belt for the airline is small for a bigger person and not meaning over weight."
Negativ: "The flight was 3 hours late leaving Luang Prabang. When we finally boarded and arrived in Siem Reap, we found out they had left everyone's luggage in Luang Prabang, and it wouldn't arrive in Siem Reap until 24 hours later. Horrible! Worst part, we were told by the airline's team in Siem Reap that this is a common occurrence on that flight! Will never fly Vietnam Airlines again."

Very tight leg space in the cabin
Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.
Negativ: "They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size"

Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst."

Negativ: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Negativ: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"
