Flight attendants are so overworked so when I see the their frowning faces barking orders at us I just try to be sympathetic but really, the days of happy flying seem gone.

The flight back from Cabo was excellent however the flight from LAX was terrible. I was happy by accident to get to LAX 4 hours,early. It took almost all 4 hours. I dont think I will fly with Delta out of LAX anytime soon.

Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I understand the other passengers comfort was important and if that was the case he should’ve paid $60 as well."

Easy on boarding. No food or free water/soft drink but it was a short flight so that was fine. Seats were average.

LOST ALL OUR 4 CHECKED SUIT CASES

We were 3 minutes late to the gate, along with at least a dozen other people trying to make this connection, but the flight did not wait for us. Awful. We were only late because there was only one person at the security checkpoint, and they checked every bag and every person one by one.

I booked through Justfly.com and had to cancel the flights due to the new Omicron virus. The airline (Scandinavian Airlines) told me to get in touch with the agency as they could not do anything. However, its been completely impossible to get a hold of the agency by phone (I called them twice and stayed on the line for more than 1h without getting through), and you cannot reply to or send them e-mails. I cancelled the flights, for which I paid about $1,500 to be on the safe side so they would not think I just missed them, and for that they charged me $60 (!!!), so anything they can charge you for online works, but everything else does not. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Check in at Stockholm airport was very slow, please make some improvement.

Coming through chicago is a nightmare. Customs are rude, everyone shouting, disorganized lines and horrible signage. Ticketing was horrible, rude agents, rude TSA, etc, etc.

They lost my checked in bag.

Lufthansa would not let me through the process, even though I immediately told them about the problem. They not only refused to let me board, but also refused to reschedule me. I had to buy a whole new round-trip ticket at more than double the price in order to meet my family for our once-in-a-lifetime reuinion in Norway, but also make my existing connection for the return flight. It cost me an additional 999 Euros cash in the middle of my vacation because my Kayak ticket was not refundable."

I like everything

Horrendous experience from start, and still waiting for the only checked bag that despite of six hours of layover in Miami was never transferred to the right plane to JAX. Attempt to change flights or seats were hindered by kayak lack of service and call center run around. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE KAYAK OR AMERICAN AIRLINES!!!!

Head flight attendant was wonderful.

Flight was fine. Crew was very efficient. Problem was that we had to take this flight as we had to lay over a night in Dallas due to mechanical delays. We had first class tickets from the delayed flight and got put in the very last row of the replacement flight. Still don’t know what reimbursement we’ll be getting.

Delay allowed me about 10 minutes to sprint through the lovely Charlotte airport. To finish off my trip, American Airlines manages to misplace my carry on that was required to be tagged and stowed. I handed it to the individual right outside the plane to be stowed. How does the bag not get in the same plane?!?"

Negativ: "There was no one at the ticket kiosk located by TSA and no sign that said they would be back or to go to another booth. After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Took very long to board and lots of delays!

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "This leg was so late...I was waiting in Calgary almost 7 hours... they put me on a different flight so I would make my connector in Toronto to Windsor....I originally had a 2 hour window. The second plane was so late, by the time I landed in Toronto, I had 10 minutes. Needless to say, after starting out in Kamloops at 6 am, that was missed also. Last leg missed as well, and had to wait another 4 hours for the last flight out. Just an incredibly frustrating trip"

Negativ: "I may be mistaken here, but apparently since I am not a permanent US resident, I needed a transit visa to fly through Canada, although this was not advertised anywhere. As such, we were not allowed to check in our flight and had to cancel our tickets a few hrs prior to boarding and book tickets on antoher flight. We would up losing good money since we were traveling as a family with kids. The silver lining is we flew Emirates which we should have chosen from the very beginning."
Negativ: "After my checking-in, I was told I was not allowed boarding without an eTA, which was never informed me before. And I could not get an eTA at that time. Terrible! I am seeking for a compensation from Air Canada. If only you could help."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Also when we landed in Edmonton we circled their airport for half an hour then finally landed and we were stuck on the Tarmac for additional 45 min while we waited to get towed to our terminal. All in all terrible first time flying with air Canada and will never do it again. West jet flight I took to my destitnation was awesome"

There was absolutely no effort made to enhance a boring flight with food or drink unless you paid for it.I guess AC does not consider it an international flight from the US to CA and visa versa which saves them a lot of money and works only in their favor. Why I,m even bothering to fill this in."

Negativ: "The final leg of our travel boarded over 2 hours late. No compensation given for that. Two planes were declared not fly worthy-low confidence. While not Air Canada's responsibility, Toronto's Pearson Airport was awful. We went through many airports on our travels and this stood out as the worst. Constant security checks that seemed unnecessary. Poor line management. Not enough security/immigration kiosks. Very expensive food. During our 2+hour delay for boarding, we observed constant gate changes for other flights. Flight organization seems poor."

Negativ: "they changed our time flight so now I'm stuck in LA for the night because I missed my connecting flight. When I tried to resolve these with two different attendants, they were so rude and arrogant, specially Sue from Vancouver. Upon arrival to LA, our bag was roughed handled. Had to make a claim."

Positiv: "Highly professional - in great contrast with the disastrous US carriers. Effortless departure and early arrival!"
Negativ: "Employees have the aura of state-owned company bureaucrats. Competent but charmless, unfriendly. Head rest was broken and made creaking noises the entire flight. Food uninspired."

Enjoyed it

Flight delayed. Crew excellent. Airlines are struggling amid shortages of staff. Be prepared to have flights canceled or delayed.

Flights kept changing right up to the day before leaving—-finally requiring two connecting flights instead of one with all of us traveling alone to connect through a different city. The connecting flight changes were scheduled too close to the arriving flight time—-requiring another phone call and extremely long wait times to United. In all, we had to call United 6 times with flight changes THEY made. United and their partner companies (in our case Lufthansa) continually blamed the other provider for the scheduling problems. All flights we took on this trip were delayed. The flight staff was always good. The arrangements for the trip a nightmare.

The food could be better

This is the second time I have flown basic economy on United and you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass and then have someone inspect the size of your personal item. You cannot check in and get a boarding pass online."

I was only able to watch 22 minutes of a movie on a 2 hour flight due to buffering. Also, the gate agent never announced my boarding group. (she was miserable). then she printed our a boarding pass without seat assignment. we then had to go to gate agent who told us we had to wait a couple of minutes. we returned to the gate agent who again said we had to wait .(she was miserable too!!) all the while, for 2 days, we thought of that poor man assaulted on the united flight as they forced him out of his seat and off the plane. was this going to happen to us??? we sat and watched many many crew members board, crew that did not work on the flight. finally we were given out boarding pass with a seat assignment . HATE UNITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
